MICN transaction not getting Material List

Dear Friends
Using transaction code MICN, not getting materials list for cycle counting. Is there any setting in SPRO. Please advice me.

Not getting Material Costs in Production Order - MTO Scenario

Hi,,
When we are execting MTO Scenario, We are not getting Material costs in Cost analysis of Production Order (Transaction Code CO03).
We have executed cost estiamte. but we are not gettig the material cost.we are getting only Activity price of Labour Hours.
The problem is -
1. we have created Sales order
2. we have Run MRP & Planned order changed as production order
3. But in this production order Costing Relevancy check box was not activated automatically. it is in gray mode and not able change this.
4. Is the problem with SD configuration? Kindly help me in fix this issue.
Note - if we create production order directly - it is showing the Material cost. But only in MTO scenariod it is not giving the material cost.
Kindly help me how to fix this issue.

Activate notification for not getting material certificate

I am QM user,In case of 01 type QA32 inspection,where I need a material TC from vendor,In case I am not getting TC from vendor end,How I could process the result recording/UD & activate notification for not getting material TC?Is it possible to acitvate the same during result recording?

QC55 is a different functionality. It is used to prevent UD before certificate receipt is confirmed.
You can do dunning but not creating QN from this transaction.
What I had suggested was
1. in QE01 transaction, click on 'create defect'
2. Enter report type
3. select defect code corresponding to TC
4. Click on activate notification.
5. Add tasks/ activities to the notification. process the QN.
If you are not able to create defect notification, check config under
QM --> QN --> Defects recording.

In previous versions of i Tunes you could highlight a song in your library and there would be a genious list on the right side of the screen showing songs like the one highlighted in the library. Now I do not get that list. Is there a way to get this back

Java does not get file list from shared folder in another server.

I'm using java 1.4.2.16,
Command below does not get file list.

File[] files = file.listFiles();
SapMII folder is Everyone full Control permission.
How can i solve this problem?

Could you please post replies in a more helpful way? Just informing me that it was an NPE doesn't really tell me anything. Post the stacktrace (Exception#printStackTrace()). And the listFile() methods API has this to say:
Returns null if this abstract pathname does not denote a directory, or if an I/O error occurs.I'm able to run this sample code easily:

Order types entered in a Ztable, system will not perform material listing.

Hi Guys,
I have a requirement where user will enter the list of order types to be excluded from material listing through a custom table.
For all those order types entered in the custom table the system will not perform any material listing check, regardless if the material is existing in the material listing.
Can you please tell me how to do this through coding???Any particular exit or where can i code this.???

Thank you for your response, what I am still not getting is - even in manual transfers via LT10 shouldn't the system restrict the movements to certain storage types? If you think from the shopfloor perspective the WM material movements are done at WM level only - meaning moving materials from one storage type to another and LT10 is widely used as it is one step tcode.
I know we can restrict movements when storage class is assigned in search strategy, but this applies only to hazardous materials. The material in question is not hazardous so I am still thinking if there is any way to restrict material movements.
Do you have any documentation link which mentions search strategies are not taken into consideration during manual transfer? If yes please send that would be helpful.

In the topmost Firefox menu with File,Edit,View,History,Bookmarks, I can not get the list of bookmarks to display as they did before. The Bookmarks menu does not open up into the list of bookmarks.

I am running Mac os 10.6.8 and Firefox 6.0.1 on a MacBook Pro and on a desktop Macintosh.
The large computer displays a list of bookmarks when you click on the uppermost Bookmarks menu.
The MacBook Pro displays the following when you click on the Bookmarks word in the top menu:
"Show all Bookmarks, Bookmark this Page, Bookmark all Tabs and an icon with a blue dot next to Bookmarks Toolbar with an arrow to the right and below that it says Unsorted Bookmarks.
There is no display of the list of bookmarks from which I can chose as I do on the larger desktop macintosh computer.
How can I get the list of bookmarks to show as a list when I click the Bookmarks menu?

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

In the tcode ib02 , we get the bom component list for particular equnr no. now in iw32 we need bom component list in the f4 help o,f component field of the components tab for particular equnr no ,added in the header tab.please help.

This facility is there in Standard.
In the components tab click on the List icon at the bottom menu (see picture below) . You'll be presented the BOM list, Here you double click on the material to be taken into Order. You'll be back to Components page with the material copied into Components list.

Transactions not getting posted in Vertex but OK in SAP

Hi all,
Am into an issue as follows:
I have 2 IRs posted to a PO. The tax code on the PO is AP Tax from Vertex but was changed to AP self assess tax in both invoice. One of the invoices got updated to the external system (Vertex) but the other one didn't. Compared the IRs side by side and they look exactly the same and was posted by same user.
Does anyone know about any process which happens for a self assess tax posting. Also the behind details of how a posting from SAP gets updated in Vertex.
I would really appreciate any answers and would assign points for the helpful.

Can we call a transaction in background and get the list in report?

I want to call the standard T-Code MC.9 from a report in background using Call Transaction and get the list in the report.There are some enhancement done to its base program RMCB0300 due to which if I use Submit ... exporting to memory and then import the list from memory, the result doesnt match to the values given by T-Code MC.9.
The option apparently for me is to use Call Transaction method, but if I use Call transaction method, how do I make the report to be executed in background and then get the resultant list in the report?

Copy the program in Z and than modify it saving the list on memory on database table.

From JCO calling BAPI and want to get the list

Using JCO i connected to SAP server and want the list of profitcenter and all creditors.
For Creditors : BAPI_CREDITOR_GETDETAIL
For Profit center: BAPI_PROFITCENTER_GETLIST
I am using both the bapi's but i am not getting the list of it. Basically this two bapi will return table so..will u pls. help me out to solve this problem.

Hi,
probably you work wiht wrong data (if is something wrong with connection to SAP, some exception will erased).
First connect to SAP with SAP gui, go to transaction se37 and try run BAPI_CREDITOR_GETDETAIL. That is a test do you work wiht correct data (in BAPI_CREDITOR_GETDETAIL creditorid is mandatory).
Other you can do is: get bapi's return table (also export table) and read message.

Spool not getting generated in OO ALV report

But,when we are scheduling that report in background,spool is not getting generated.

am working on APP(Automatic Payment Program)...for both cheque printing and Payment Advice printing..Am Using Script for Cheque Printing and PDF forms for Payment Advice Printing...
But after running F110,
spool is getting generated only for Cheque printing not for Payment Advice Printing...Spool is getting generated for Payment Advice Printing if am using Standard Script instead of my customised PDF form..
Plz help me out..
