Microfone do iPhone 4

Olá, boa tarde!
No dia 26/01/2011 comprei um iPhone 4 na credenciada Tim de Itabira/MG. Por volta do dia 20/05 ele começou a apresentar problema com o microfone interno do aparelho. Ao receber ou fazer uma ligação eu escuto a pessoa, porém, a pessoa não me escuta. Redefini todos os ajustes através do menu Ajustes do aparelho e não adiantou. Fui à credenciada e eles me passaram o número do atendimento da Apple (0800 770 0846). Até o presente momento ainda não entrei em contato com a Apple pois eu restaurei o sistema do aparelho através do iTunes no dia 21/05 e isto fez com que ele funcionasse novamente. Mas tive que repetir esta restauração no dia 31/05, pois voltou a apresentar o mesmo problema e desde ontem o problema voltou, restaurei novamente o sistema, desta vez sem sucesso. Eu gostaria de saber se, por estar na garantia, a credenciada não poderia me prestar este suporte. Ou, se não, o que devo fazer? Consultei o site da Apple (Suporte do iPhone - Telefone - Problemas de Chamadas e Conexão) e segui todas as recomendações do fabricante para este tipo de problema, mas de nada adiantou. Lá diz o seguinte: "Se você tem um iPhone 4 que está apresentando problemas na antena e de recepção de sinal após completar as etapas de solução de problemas, entre em contato com uma Assistência Técnica Autorizada do iPhone listada neste artigo para solicitar um iPhone 4 Bumper preto da Apple gratuitamente" e o link à uma lista de contatos da América Latina e Caribe, que leva aos links das seguinte operadoras: Claro, Oi, Vivo e Tim. O que acaba me redirecionando para esta página da Tim.

    Updatet my iphone 5 to IOS 7.1.2, and during the update my screen "froze" in the apple logo. I waited 1 hour before I had to restart it in order to continue.

    Estimados, tuve que cambiar 2 flex de mi iphone 5, funciona todo pero cuando llamo no me escuhcan, me escucho a mi  mismo , si uso auriculars anda bien, con manos libres tambien, alguno de los dos microfonos no funciona y no se cual es , podrian ayudarme? Siri funciona, video con sonido funciona, pero las notas de voz no( con auriculares si), espero ayuda gracias.

    Sorry but that makes no sense at all.  How can they possible know what things will possible malfunction on your device?  Anything that they think is highly likely to malfunction they would have addressed in desiging and manufacturing the device in the first place, during development.  They've made and sold many millions of iPhones, and many of them have lasted years without any problems (I know, I've owned such iPhones personally).  So how could they possible know if yours was any more likely to develop any issues than any of those other trouble free ones?
    It's hardware - stuff sometimes breaks randomly.  No amout of money ever guarantees or even reduces the likelyhood of random product failures.
    Take it in to Apple and see about getting it fixed.

  • IPhone 5S Voice Memos

    Hi everyone,
    I have a problem with the voice memos.
    I am using an iPhone 5S -> iOS7, back up from iPhone 4S (the voice memos were recorded in iPhone 4S).
    Previously, my iPhone 4S had the same problem too.
    The voice memos can't be found in the iPhone VoiceMemo app, but it can be seen from iTunes > On this iPhone > Voice Memos playlist.
    The memos are greyed out in iTunes, but can be played.
    Also, the checkbox in iTunes > Music > Include Voice Memos is unchecked.
    Someone please teach me how to remove all the voice memos in my iPhone 5S and also from the iTunes.

  • Is there a way of getting a "schedule view" in iCal on a mac and on iPad in the same way you can get one on iPhone?

    IS there a way to get a schedule view of events on a busy day in iCal on the iPad 2 Air and on the Macbook Pro?  I can get this view on an iPhone.

    I am paranoid that some untrusted technician is going to make a copy of my music (11,000 tracks) or share some of my personal information (scanned copies of my birth certificate, passport, certificates, photos, etc.) on the web.
    If you put your info into the computer and hand it to another, you have to assume they will copy everything.
    Why are you putting scanned copies of valuable identity information into a computer than can be hacked, stolen, lost or compromised by a dirty tech?
    Have you lost your mind?
    Is there a way of finding out what activity has taken place whilst they've had it in their possession?
    No. The tech would just deny it if he did, or tell the truth which the answer would be "NO" in either case.
    The employer won't ask that sort of questions without solid proof, less they make a enemy of the employee and/or risk being sued for defamation of character.
    It's not like they bother to have a team of people watching over his shoulder that he doesn't stick a USB thumb drive of your data into his pocket to take home.

    If it's iTunes music, it has your personal ID embedded into the song files. Most IT techs know this though.
    I appreciate any advice you guys can offer.
    Too late now, all you can do is not worry about it.
    Take your personal info out of the machine and if you need it, burn cd/dvd copies, a few USB thumb drives, Iron Keys or self encrypting external storage drives with key and/or keypad.

    I want to use same icloud account on 2 iphones. The problem is with contacts, each iphone use different contacts and if I sync both phones with same account contacts mixes and is added from phone 1 in phone 2 and vice versa. 
    It is an option to separate the contacts and get them to each phone separately?

    One iPhone can do it all.
    This is a very usual case if someone has a personal phone number and a business phone number. This is done for a number of reasons, including having a separate bill for the business number and so you can avoid taking calls on the business phone when you are technically "unavailable".
    Besides the group idea, there is absolutely nothing wrong with having two separate iCloud accounts for one's personal and business use. Just as with the phone number, the email contacts, email account, calendar, etc. can all be kept separate.

  • IPhone 3G no longer recognized by iTunes

    I don't know what happened. I haven't changed any settings on my pc. I updated my phone software to 4.0.2 last week with no apparent problems. I think I've charged on my pc since but can't remember for sure. Now when I hook to usb, it goes on and off. Like not the power, but it (the iphone) will connect and show charging and I get the windows message that the apple camera is connected and what do i want to do. then it blinks off, like shows my welcome screen, not charging. then a few seconds later it shows up again and shows to be charging. it goes through this over and over. And iTunes does not recognize the iphone, says an error occurred.
    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Perhaps a failing USB port (check with another device) or a failing iPhone docking cable. Could also be some debris in your docking port on the phone - have a look.

    My question is simple and I'd like an exactly same answer : Can iPhone users send emails from their iPhone's to one or more groups created in Outlook?
    This is my situation: our organization is using iPhone to provide email, calendar, contact, task etc. to some of their employees. We are using Airwatch MDM Agent on user's iPhone because we have an Airwatch server in place. I have an user and she has an iPhone 5 and she has created some groups in Outlook but these groups are not reflected in her Contacts in the iPhone. I have update her phone with the latest update, although I was almost sure that this was not the issue, then I've found some interesting posts on internet saying that this was a known problem for the users with the previous iOS but I thought this might has been corrected with the iOS, apparently not.
    Also I've tried ''the trick'' that is posted on several forums with the iCloud but neither so it's working. I am looking for a straight answer, if this works or not on iPhone's?

    There indeed ARE apps in the app store that will do what you want.  Just search and find the one that best fits your needs.

    You can try deleting the account on your iphone and setting it up again.

    I agree, unplug and replug your router, then reset your iPad by holding down the sleep and home buttons, ignore the red power down slider, and wait til you see the silver apple. let it reboot and then try your connection.
    Chances are rebooting the router will help. You may also need to talk to cox. They may need to reset something on their end.

    I talked with a tech today and he said I cloud is having problems which should be resolved shortly.
    In the mean time I used the .me smtp server settings which allowed me to send mail.
