MicroSDHC iPad 3 Retina Ext. HD?

I'm heading to Europe in 2 weeks for some skiing. I'll be recording footage via this goggle cam. I'll be using 32 GB MicroSDHC cards. Last time I did a trip like this, I brought a laptop to transfer the footage daily and then clear the card. I don't have that luxury this time around and I don't want to bring 10+ cards. I was planning on using a connection tool like this to read the SD cards, and transfer footage to the iPad, but I'd like to confirm that I can do this, and then see if I can transfer files from the iPad to an external HD.
A service like Dropbox won't work due to file size and the limited shared wi-fi speed available. Can I use something like this to transfer the files for storage?
MicroSDHC card > iPad > External HD > clear the MicroSFHC card > wash, rinse, repeat, profit
Could something like this work, where I could transfer JPG and .MOV files to the iPad from an SD card and then offload them to an HD?

That solution would get you about half way to where you want to me. That solution will get you to be able to transfer the JPG files and MOV files from the camera card to the iPad. Once on the iPad, you would not have the luxury of being able to transfer them directly to an external HD though, and the iPad does not support connecting a storage device like that to it. If you will have wifi internet access, you could look into buying a month or two of "Pro" level service from DropBox. Then you could transfer the files to your iPad from the SD card, then upload them to DropBox where you can get 100GB of space for only $9.99/month.
Keep in mind that the Apple Camera Connection Kit only supports certain format file names and folders, so if your goggles don't write the proper format, or the correct folder, then you would still be out of luck to use it to transfer them to your iPad.

I was able to load the Productivity Suite / Free !! on both my iPad mini and my iPhone 5s with no problems and at no cost.

HP ePrint mobile app on iPhone 4S & iPad Retina--Both devices say "Photos (0)"

I have just installed HP ePrint mobile app on both my iPhone 4S and my iPad Retina. However, when I go into the app, when the main screen pops up ("Photos" -- "Cloud" -- "Web" -- "Email"), when I tap "Photos," on either device it says: "Photos (0)"--i.e., I'm assuming that the app thinks I have "zero photos" on both devices, which of course is not true. Other details: (1) I have a Photosmart 7510 on my home wireless network; (2) I am able to print OK to the 7510 using Apple "AirPrint"--no problem there; (3) I can also print using either device (iPhone or iPad) using the HP "PrinterControl" app. So, how is it that HP ePrint mobile app cannot "see" my photos on either my iPhone or iPad (especially since they can "see" those photos when using the HP "PrinterControl" app). Thanks very much in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this situation.

The issue is related to the privacy settings on ios 6. To resolve this go to settings on your device, then you should see a privacy section. In there go to photos and turn the eprint app on. This should work to allow you to see the photos.

So we are entirely new to Apple products. I'm an IT guy, but have always been a windows user.
So the Ipad with Retina Display is to be mine (and will use it at work for notes, organization, etc)
The MINI is for the wife.
But, are we allowed and can we.. buy an app and share that app between both devices? IE. Can I buy a copy of Angry Birds for the House and both Ipad's use that single purchase? and if so, can we still run the Ipads seperate other than to share the apps purchased. IE my facebook and email set up on mine and hers on her ipad mini?
When I finally find a note taking app I like, can I share it on her ipad, without her having all my work files, etc?
Thanks for helping out the apple noob. Hoping for a great experience, and anticipate droping $100 in apps the first day.. just don't want to do that twice. If this is against the usage policy, thats unfortunate but good to know. (I mean we can share stuff on PC as long as its in the same household)

There are a number of Apple services: iMessage, FaceTime, iCloud, Game center, Find My iPad, etc.
Now, to share apps, music and books you need to have the same Apple ID:
iPad's Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > Your purchasing Apple ID.
For the other service, your wife should have her own Apple ID.
All she needs is a valid e-mail address, apply Apple ID below:

One way is to sync the iPhone using iTunes on your computer. Then assuming your iPad is using the same Apple ID as your iPhone, sync your iPad using the same iTunes. Make sure you have the apps sync set up correctly in iTunes for your iPad. While the iPad is plugged in to iTunes, go to the Apps tab and check the instructions.

ITunes recognizes my new iPod Touch 5G as if it were my iPad Retina

I bought a newiPod Touch 5g. I already own a couple older iPod Classics and a realtively new iPad Retina. I run iTunes on a Windows XP SP3 machine.
When I plug in the new iPod Touch 5g iTunes recognizes it as my iPad Retina. I've tried the usual starting and stopping Apple Mobile and Ipod Services with no luck, as well as rebooting, closing and opening iTunes, etc.
At my wits end!

Solved one problem: the iPad was showing up because it had "Sync via WiFi" clicked. Once I turned that off, that issue was solved.
Problem is more genertic now. Windows sees the iPod as a camera only. Tried all the problem solving steps in other threads with no luck, including rebooting.
iTunes sees my iPad and an old iPod Classic, but not the new one.
So is my last resort is to uninstall and reinstall iTunes?

The HTC hotspot works fine with everything else I connect to it.
Also - ipad will not connect to my HTC via bluetooth. Again, I can connect to everything else with my HTC other than my ipad.
I have to say this is my first venture into Apple products and I have always wanted to get away from my windows based laptop to get a MacBook, the problems I have had (flash player etc) & continue to have (as above) are putting me right off swapping over. I HATE technology that doesn't work and my ipad has been hard work!

Please see the bold. If you're out of icloud storage, then you won't be able to backup to icloud unless you purchase more storage, but yet you said you backup to icloud.
If you really did backup to icloud no data would be loss - sounds to me that it didn't backup since you had no more free icloud storage space.

Unable to install ipa to iphone5s and ipad retina by Flash Builder 4.6 using latest Flex sdk 4.13

I am using Apache Flex 4.13 FP11.1 AIR14.0 for my Flash Builder 4.6 in my windows 7. attatched is the code. I am using provisining profile and my iphone5 and ipad retina UDID is added in that. But exported application via flash builder for ios is not installing in my ipad retina display and iphone5. I including following default images.

The problem is that when i sync it via itunes. it shows Waiting... then it shows progress for installing. when i click the app icon in device it shows Installing... as shown in these images but never shows finished process.

I did one application for ios 5 and 6.Niw I tried to run in iPad retina simulator,but application was crashing.Due to this problem only application was rejected by apple.So how can I handle the application in iPad retina simulator.

1. Never submit an app that you has serious defects such that it crashes or is otherwise unusable.
2. The question is why is it crashing? For that, you need a symbolicated crash log; this will tell you where in your app the problem lies.
3. Always test on the actual device your app is expected to be compatiable with. The Simulator is not good enough; final testing should always be done on actual hardware.
