I recently purchased an album on itunes and it keeps saying there is an error downloading?
It keeps saying there was an error when I try and download and to check my network connection. The itunes store works fine and so does my internet, I have restarted my computer and itunes it still won't work. Does anyone know how to fix this or how I can file a complaint to itunes or something?

It may clear up after a while. You can write to Apple but I bet it clears up before you receive a reply.

I am trying to download and install the iOS 7.1 software that was sent thought general on my iPad 4 th generation it keeps saying there was an error downloading it, what do I do now?
First try resetting your iPad and then try updating again.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If it still will not work, try updating using iTunes. But before you do that, disable your firewall and your antivirus software, then try the update again. -
I just bought aperture and downloaded it from app store. when I try to open the app I get a warning message that says: There was an error opening the database for the library “~/Pictures/Aperture Library.aplibrary”. The only option the is to quit. What is wrong?

not sure what the problem might be, but you can try the following:
While pressing ALT+CMD on the keyboard, click on the Aperture icon in the dock: Aperture then opens in a special "recovery mode", and you're prompted to choose what kind of repair you need: Repair Permissions / Repair Database / Rebuild Database
Considering the situation, I'd recommend you to try "the "Repair Permissions" option first.
If that isn't enough (and it may well be the case), then go straight for the "Rebuild Database" option; it's a non-destructive opration anyway, but since you've just installed Aperture you shouldn't have anything valuable in the default library...
NOTE: if you do have some pictures in the library, instead, do a backup first! Time Machine is your friend
Another option would be to launch Aperture while keeping only the ALT (option) key pressed: Aperture will ask you what library you want to open, or you can choose to create a new one from scratch.

Hi - in the app store, I've logged in with no problem, but when I go into my existing purchases and have INSTALL next to everything I've bought, and try to click on them it says;
"There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (100)".
I've tried restarting, clearing all caches, buying and downloading new apps (which works), and also buying and downloading more music from iTunes too (so I update all T&C's etc too, and update all payment info). Change your Date & Time settings to reflect automatic. It will fix the problem.

I had a book on my ipad 2 and all of a sudden it's saying there's an error on the page and all the pages are blank. It still shows up fine on my iphone. Any ideas how to get it back on my ipad without rebuying it?
As long as it is still available in the store then you can re-download it for free - you will need to delete it from iBooks on your iPad before you can try re-downloading it. You could also try copying it from your iPhone to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases (assuming that it's not already on there), and then sync it to the iPad.

Help, I had aperture open and working on a image and did not have a battery in and bumped the power off. As a result it will not open my master, it is locked. when I try to open that Library it says There was an error opening the database for the library. I have tried every thing. I updated the other libr but now it will not open the main to update. What do I do?
Try starting Aperture with the command and option keys held down. You'll get 3 options.
Try each, starting at the top, in order, checking after each to see if it fixes the issue. -

Why am I receiving an "unknown error message" when I attempt to upgrade my X OS from 10.8 to Yosemite? It says "There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later (4)." When opening Aperture I get Warning that says "There was an error opening the database for the library “~/Desktop/Feb 12, 2011.aplibrary.” That's it. The program does not open at all. I'm concerned that my pictures may be lost. Does anyone know how to deal with this Warning?
