Microsoft Hotmail does not allow me to add an email rule

I am sorry if this is not the right forum, I just could not find one for Microsoft Hotmail, so you may re-direct accordingly or help me re-direct my query.
When I try to add a new email rule through Hotmail web interface which automatically sorts emails received from saic-jobnotification@noreply.jobs2web.com
to a sub-folder, an error message is being displayed indicating that some
characters
of this valid email address are not being accepted by Hotmail web interface.
The text you entered in step one is invalid. It's either
an invalid email address or contains invalid characters for an email address.

The RFX before upgrade does not allow me to add items from catalog

hello gurus
I have a problem with the RFX, we did an upgrade to SRM7.0 from SRM5.0.
The RFX that existed before upgrade in the server does not allow me to add new items from catalog.
each RFx I created after the upgrade works fine.
My client needs to work with the RFx still open, add items and make bids.
I have reviewed the upgrade guide and found nothing regarding an update of purchasing documents.
I have
SRM 7.0 SPS03 EHP1
MDM 7.1 SP06
MDM catalog 3.0SP10

in SRM 5.0 the system was MDM catalog. Actually, after the upgrade , i have SRM7.01 with MDM catalog.
i donn´t know if it is about version, SP or compatability issue, but i believe the upgrade not affect the purchaser documents.
Those look as locked to modify. on tap Position, the buttom ADD LINE, only i can see Position, not anymore option like MDM catalog, free text.
it is a big problem, because the client has documents opened. i need to resolve this issue. Actually i am working in a sandbox system, but i afraid to have the same problem in PRD system after upgrade.

HT1535 my iphone is set to "manually manage music and videos" and it still does not allow me to add music from my other computers.

I have followed the steps in order to manually manage the music on my 3GS iphone. (used the latest version of itunes and my iphone is up to date with iOS5) and it still is not allowing me to add music from another computer.
when i plug it into the second computer, it is asking me to click "manually manage music and videos" again. when i do that, it says it is going to sync with this new library and erase all music that is already there. i dont want this to happen! i only want to add a few select songs from each library. I have waaayy to much to add and erase every time.
both of the computers i am using are PCs and have my itunes id for homesharing... please help me!

On way to experience this is if you have a filter running and some of your rows are hidden. If the is the case, just unclick the filter.

With the New Version of iTunes for Windows it does not allow me to ADD folders of music, just single files. as I have extremely extensive library this is very time consuming

Itunes will not allow me to Import Folder with the new version. Does anyone see what I am most obviously missing. It only allows me to add file to library and not folder. as usually add huge amounts of files at once. please advise.

"Add Folder to Library" is still in the file menu, but you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the file menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:

Question on mail settings - reply does not allow me to view other emails

When I am in Mail and I am replying to a message, I used to be able to check the contents of other emails by clicking on them. Since Masvericks I just get a pane in the middle of the screen which is the reply email pane. I cannot click on anything else until I have sent the email.
Is there a setting that will allow me to browse other emails while I am replying (I find it useful to be able to cut and paste content etc - I can do this on my windows work machine and I used to be able to in mail - since upgrading things have changed.

File, get info, does not allow me to add grouping

This function used to work - File, get info. I could then change Artist, Album, Grouping, Genre, etc. Now for some reason, I can get the window to pop up, but everything is grayed out. I can see the info but cannot edit it. The only thing in black for editing is the start and stop time for the song. I don't want to edit this. I need to add a grouping title. This function used to work before the last program upgrades. Does anyone know why this might not be working? Is there a magic box somewhere that needs to be clicked on? Please help.

I had to go to were the songs were location on my hard drive and chance the security to allow full control then I could change it on iTunes

New Firefox does not allow me to add attitional bookmarks. I can delete but I cannot add a new site or sites. Do you have an instant fix for the problem?

I have xp and have always been able to use bookmarks. The new Firefox allows me to go to a site with bookmarks, delete bookmarks, but I cannot add a bookmark by clicking on the star.
Also, Ebay's pages have smaller print (and pictures) than they should have - Google has the correct print and picture size. There is something wrong with Firefox.

The application Contacts does not allow me to add a New Contact

After adding a New Contact I suddenly discovered that once closed and reopened the Contacts application did not retain it. I then repeated the procedure three times. Yes, I remembered to click on Done after completing the entry.

Thank you Barney-15E for your extremely prompt reply and CORRECT solution! I wasn't quite certain about the "syncing" factor, so, I did nothing there; however, when I went to "Application Support/AddressBook" I found three almost identical files:

I followed your instructions and deleted only the first which matched your suggestion, but I'm wondering what the other two are. By deleting the first item and then reopening Contacts, I was able to add a New Contact AND retain it!
All entries had been deleted, so of course, I simply imported the saved archive. I'm puzzled why it is that Apple uses the term "AddressBook" in Application Support when the application is now called "Contacts."

I created a message from XSD...The XSD allows one node to be repeated say 5 number of times.
But when I create the Message out of this XSD, it has just one node for this .Now I want to create another similar node...
Any idea how to do that?

have you tried changing the XSD node to something like this:
<xsd:element ref="Orders" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded" />
if defined like this it will allow many Orders nodes

Photoshop Elements 9 -Contact Book does not allow me to add new contacts.

I am using PS Elements 9. I added 17 new contacts when I first used it but now it won't save any new contact information. So any new people I want to email from within PS9 I can't. Anyone know why this happens and how can it be fixed. Any help appreciated.

It should be working, how are you trying to do it?
On the top menu of Organizer click on Edit >>Contact Book
Click New Contact
Enter details and click OK
Select photos, click Share >>Photomail
Your new contact should show up in the list and you can add a checkmark and click next etc.

TS3899 The email arrives with no problem, but when making a rely, the message pops up stating "The server does not allow relaying" and the reply is not sent.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
