Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 and 11 not working
Hi Team,
Iam currently using windows 7 64-bit operating system and we require internet explorer 10 and 11 for our regular project usage.
When I have upgraded the version of IE from 9 to 10 or 11 its not responding and not showing in processes tab of task manager as well.
Request you to share your valuable thoughts in fixing this issue

I can no longer send or respond to email from my Firefox browser. I closed and sent from Internet explorer and it works fine. What changed? The only thing different this morning, I downloaded Adobe uprade?I had this hotmail issue myself a while back. I Googled, scanned MS website, scanned MSN website, visited forums, couldn't figure it out. I tried Firefox and Opera and even changed the Opera mask setting from Opera to Internet Explorer. Nothing worked. My best guess was that I was signing on (with the new MSN Live as opposed to MSN Hotmail - the OLD interface) with the "Remember me on this computer?" box checked. I now make sure it is un-checked (which is not the default) and hotmail lets me in.
Not exactly sure if that is the real remedy, but thot I'd throw the story your way just in case... -
Some tables show up in Internet Explorer and not on Modzilla
I just noticed that some of the cats on the Our Cats page of my website,
www.freedomfarm.net, show up on Internet Explorer, but not on Modzilla FireFox. They are actually listed as a table on the page with a picture and text. I will confess that I cheated. I copied the table code from another website that I liked. But since it works on IE and some of them work on Modzilla, I don't think that is the problem...could be wrong though. There is obviously an inbalance with your 'comment' tags <!--------------------->. Go into your pages code and delete everyone before and after the <hr> tags and the missing cats will appear. I don' t have time to figure out exactly which are casuing the issue, anyway other than mark the end and beginning of a section which the <hr> tag already does for you they are'nt required.

Vijay jawreInternet Explorer is FAR outdated for the Mac. Microsoft stopped supporting it... Therefor, the application does not work with Lion in any way. You cannot, and SHOULD NOT, be using IE for ANYTHING. Use Safari, the built in Mac browser, Google Chrome, or Firefox.

That is easy you have the same Internet Explorer as I do. Left click on the lock washer icon then select Internet Options. When window opens click on advance tab then click on Reset and then ok. You are all set now. It should restore the Internet Explorer to orginal settings. If that doesn't work for some unknown reason go to your control pannel some where you should be able to unstall programs on your computer. Internet Explorer is an update so you want to look for it in update section not programs list. Un install and down load a nother copy. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/search#q=internet+explorer You have to unistall the corrupted one first. Other wise the down load page will say you have the latest version installed. frrw. -
Internet Explorer preview not working correctly.

Well my problems seem to be mounting up, my website is loading completely fine in Chrome and Firefox, but in Internet Explorer it doesn't want to load properly. It seems that only the text is loading, leaving me to believe that the css files, style.css and style-desktop.css files are Not working in Internet Explorer.
I have already tried running a browser compatibility test, but it comes up with no errors.

Can't download - error message: 'internet explorer is not working'

Internet explorer 11 not working in app mode
Hi,
I have a Lenovo desktop computer with Windows 8.1. IE 11 worked perfectly well in both app and desktop modes but since 2-3 weeks my IE doesn't open in app mode. I think it might be linked to the update following the IE security problem.
I tried to make the change described in a previous post, namely:
Click the tools button in IE 11(IE 11 on the desktop), choose Internet
options, navigate toprograms tab, on the opening
Internet explorer, choose how you open links:
Make sure we have always in Internet explorer or Let
Internet Explorer decide selected.
BUT in my case the tools/internet option/programs tab doesn't allow me to change this parameter... it's blocked on "always in internet explorer on the desktop" mode....
it doesn't allow me to select anything else...
Is there a solution to this ? please advise.

Sounds like you may have installed another browser which has set itself to be the default? In order to use MUF IE, IE insists that it be the default browser.

The necessary items on some of the BC/BS drop down menus do not appear when using Firefox. I had to open that same provider website in Internet Explorer in order to enter claims correctly. Not sure how a web browser alters content and functionality of websites.
This is likely because the website is using ActiveX, which is only supported by Internet Explorer (it's very insecure, which is why no other browser supports it).
You can try:

When sharing a link or page via email, either the webpage or Firefox will open up Internet Explorer to share the link or page. As I use Thunderbird for emailing, could Firefox open Thunderbird automatically instead of internet Explorer?
From Firefox, I click on "File' and then 'Email link'.
This results in a new Outlook message opening automatically, with the URL copied into the body of the message.
I then add my own text, see the screenshot image. That's where the formatting problems come in!

Have you tried other mail account? Have you tried a email program or App instead of webmail in a browser? Maybe your newly installed applications or other recent changes cause this issue. undo these changes if possible as a test? clear, or just test
this issue in a clean boot mode, if it disappears, then we can continue to narrow down the cause.

THE MOZILLA BOX OPENED TO REPORT THE PROBLEM, AND SAID I WOULD HEAR SOMETHING BACK, BUT STILL HAVE NOThi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

You can check what headers response contains with

after that you could set/overwrite those headers that you don't like with, for example:

If you're working on SSL there is supposed to be some kind of validation, certificate or something like that. IE6 and 7 both have strong security measures in these regards. Maybe you should look something up in that direction.
