Hello CreatePDF Team
Share some knowledge with me.  Can my Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express emails in Personal Folders be imported into CreatePDF format from old computer and export to a new computer.
The new computer is a HP Model which has Window 7 version using Live Window Mail.
Please let me know and show me the steps to do it.
Thank you.

Good day Sophia,
There is no integration between our CreatePDF service and Outlook or Outlook Express.
Our desktop application, Adobe Acrobat, will integrate with most versions of Microsoft Outlook to allow you to convert your emails to PDF files.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
David

  • Microsoft Exchange and Outlook "requesting data.. error message.

I have a customer experiencing problems with their Microsoft Exchange and Outlook clients running across a newly installed ATM WAN. I have a 3 MB IMA circuit at the host as well as the remote. On a frequest basis the clients will get the requesting data from Exchange server error message. Any suggestions on what might be causing this problem?

    Exchange server was original designed as a LAN application, thus the RPC protocol. Since you are running across a slow WAN (latency is not LAN like) you can only adjust/eliminate the message via the Registry, or better yet a Group Policy;
    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;293650
The messages become more prevalent with large number of users, slow hardware, and with Outlook 2003. The move to RPC over HTTP (2003 Exchange and Outlook 2003) might reduce chatter.

  • Can I sync Outlook and Outlook Express at the same time? Please help!

Hi, I'm new to BlackBerry so please be gentle.
I was able to install the BB desktop and sync my BB to Yahoo contacts and Outlook Express.  I would like to also sync it to regular Outlook.  (If you're interested, here's why: I run a small business and I wasn't able to get my website's email to come into regular Outlook so I have to use stinky Outlook Express to get my emails.  However, I want to be able to use Outlook for all the other good stuff - contact, notes, calendar - and have everything on my awesome new BlackBerry.)
Is there a way to have both?  When I try to configure it, it just doesn't have an Outlook option.
If there isn't a way to do this, does someone have another idea for a functional address book?

    1. Perform the steps in this article here KB02206
    2. Reboot PC
    3. Download the latest version of Desktop Manager, should be 4.7
Desktop Manager 4.7.0 B50 Multilanguage - With Media Manager
Desktop Manager 4.7.0 B50 Multilanguage - Without Media Manager
    4. Install Desktop Manager choosing personal email... not work email during installation
This should solve the communication with outlook
As for setting up POP on outlook, you need to know the pop and smtp servers, whether its ssl, and the port numbers, plus your username and password
check all these settings in your outlook express and they need to be the same in your outlook.
What version of Outlook is it? You may benefit from reinstalling outlook or all of office
I live in canada so I wont be any hands on help for you unless you want to send me all the email settings and I can test it here and figure it out. Just PM me the info if you want to do that

  • Microsoft office and Outlook not responding at launch

    Hello.
I have a brand new macbook pro running OS X version 10.8.2 and have just downloaded the Microsoft office 2011 package including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and Lync.
Microsoft Word crashes at launch every time I try to load it.  It simply freezes at the welcome screen and appears to be loading indefinately.
Instead of a welcome screen, the top bar of microsoft outlook loads and then freezes in a similar fashion.
Excel, powerpoint and Lync seem to work fine.
One other thing, the microsoft programs fail to load if another microsoft program is already running - is this normal behavior?!
    Help appreciated!
    Cheers.
    Joe.

You should try asking Office for Mac questions in the Office for Mac forums where the Office for Mac gurus hang out. They may be able to provide a quicker answer. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mac?auth=1

  • Problems when using outlook and outlook express, cannot send more than app 100 KB.

Since app 6 weeks ago we have problems when sending pictures etc, we cannot send more than app 100KB. If we send more there is error code
Socket Error 10053, Error number 0x800CCC0F. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
I have made no changes to either computer. Restoring the laptop to Nov 2011 made no difference. We use Outlook Exlorer and Outlook.
When I take my laptop to my neighbors house, who has Time Warner, I can send 10MB files without any problems, using the EXACT same settings.
Spending over 2 hours with a very informed Verizon technician on the phone did nothing.
I first blamed our server, turns out the culprit is Verizon.
    Any ideas?

  • I only want to sync contacts and calendars with personal folders...

    Hi
I really need some help if anyone can oblige. I've tried my best to sort things out but to no avail:
So, I used to sync my iPhone contacts and calendars with my personal folders, which is the way I wanted it, and still do. Then, I temporarily had an Exchange account running as well as my personal mail. The phone automatically started syncing with the folders associated with the Exchange account.
When I stopped using the exchange account and deleted it, the next time I synced my phone, ALL contacts and calendar entries disappeared - I presume as it was syncing with something that no longer existed. I was rescued by a year-old Plaxo backup - for contacts anyway -, otherwise I'd have been in a proper mess.
Anyway.. the phone STILL wouldn't sync with personal folders despite there being no Exchange for a time, but now I have another (different) temporary Exchange account (this happens when I work longer-term with clients) and once again my phone is syncing with that.
All I want is for my phone to always sync with my personal folders as it once used to do and all would be well with the world.
If anyone can help, I would really really appreciate it.
    Many thanks!

Sync the contacts with whatever cloud service you were syncing them with on your old phone.

  • Can I import my emails from Outlook and  Outlook express backup to Mail

    Hi
I have saved a lot of my emails from when I was using PC, using Outlook. I have since just been using webmail.
I now want to import it into Mail, as I have an imac that I use all the time. Can this be done? If so how, and how easy is it?
Also is there a free way to do it, seen a few progs but have to pay for them.
    cheers

Ah i see, bit of a long winded way but if this is the only way then I'll have to.
I would have thought you ould go from Outlook/Outlook express to Apple mail straight away though?
Anyone else please? surely this must have been done when people became Apple Mac users? from PC users?
    cheers

  • How to transferer of the contacts of Iphone towards Outlook and Outlook for

    Hello
I do not know how to update my contacts which are on outlook towards my Iphone 3 and conversely, of Iphone towards Outlook.
Idem to transfer photos between my PC towards Iphone and Iphone towards my PC?
Somebody can you he(it) help him(it) to resolve these difficulties.
    Cordially

I replied to another thread that may be close - not sure this will help, but it is a start:
In iTunes, on the INFO Tab, UnCheck the "Sync Address Book Contacts" and Sync iCal Calendars.
On the iPhone, go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>.Mac - then turn OFF Contacts and Calendars. After that is off, go back out to check your info - you should have 1 copy - HOWEVER, that is the wrong info as that is the computer copy. If you use MobileMe, go back into Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>.Mac - then turn Contacts and Calendars back ON - it will ask if you want to replace (delete) your calendar and contact info - say YES/DELETE.
In a few minutes you will see your iPhone being repopulated with your MobileMe info.
    Good luck!

  • IMS 5.2, Pocket Outlook, and shared folders

When the messaging server was first installed and I setup my Dell Axim x30 running Pocket PC Mobile 2003 Second Edition and Pocket Outlook to check my email account using IMAP everything seemed to work wonderfully. As a matter of fact, I eventually setup my Pocket Outlook to check several different IMAP accounts on the server and they all worked well. Things ran smoothly for many months.
Then something changed. And I am not sure what. For some reason (I can't remember now) I removed one of the email accounts from my Pocket Outlook. I eventually setup Pocket Outlook to check that account again but from that point forward it seemed to take FOREVER to "download folders." It took me some time to figure-out why Pocket Outlook was behaving that way--it was enumerating EVERY folder for EVERY user in our system (at the time there were approx. 3,000 users). It was enumerating them and putting them under "Shared Folders" in the "Manage Folders" area of Pocket Outlook.
In Outlook and Outlook Express there is a setting to prevent this sort of behavior from happening (select the "show only subscribed folders" setting) but that is not an option in Pocket Outlook. The checkbox to the left of the "Shared Folders" selection under the "Manage Folders" area of Pocket Outlook is cleared... but it seems that Pocket Outlook feels like it must first enumerate ALL the folders of ALL the users before it will honor my cleared-checkbox choice.
The completely INSANE part of this whole issue is that I know for a fact that only 10 or fewer users have designated any of their IMAP/HTTP email folders as "shared." Why in the world is the messaging server advertising to every Outlook, Outlook Express, and Pocket Outlook that EVERY user has "potentially" shared EVERY folder? The messaging server did not behave that way when it was first installed and configured and I can think of no major changes in the messaging server's configuration that has changed since that time.
Furthermore, while any account on this server I now configure within Pocket Outlook will behave this same exact way, the accounts that I had previously setup are behaving "the right way" (i.e. the way they behaved when they were first configured--they do NOT take FOREVER to attempt to download EVERYBODY's folders). Just to make things even crazier I reconfigured one of the "well-behaved" accounts in Pocket Outlook to check a different account (all I did was change the login name and password--left all other settings exactly the same), this previously well-behaved account is NOW misbehaving and attempting to download every-frickin'-folder on the email system!
I know... computers do what you tell them to do--NOT what you want them to do. While I cannot think of any messaging server configuration changes that would explain this behavior there has obviously been some change or changes. But I'll be a monkey's uncle if I can figure it out!

Well, if nothing has changed on the server, it's hard to know what to say.
You can eliminate the server's response to the search, most likely. If the search is something like an imap "list%" command, then
    configutil -o store.sharedfolders -v off
will stop the server from responding to that. This will also prevent any imap client from getting a response from that imap command. It does not prevent sharing or subscribing to folders, but you have to go through webmail to do it.
Yes, you have to restart the imap daemon
    stop-msg imap
    start-msg imap

  • Iphon 2.1 - can u sync "contacts in personal folders" when using exch2003?

I don't have an IPhone nor do I want an Iphone, so I have little to no experience with the phones, but I have an owner that has one and once he upgraded to 2.0/2.1 he was no longer able to sync his outlook 2003 "contacts in personal folders" folder to his iphone via itunes /sync sw using usb cable. He had an issue where there was a LinkedIn 'collected contacts' folder and it originally was synced with the phone after the update. We have since gotten rid of the linked in toolbar successfully and after resetting sync history and attempting another sync that folder was no longer showing in the sync software/on the phone. Now it just shows the 'contacts' folder and we can not get it to sync with the 'contacts in personal folder", which is in the complaint unicode formatted type pst. Should he be able to by design to sync to the 'contacts in personal folder' with this version even though his outlook is defaulted to his exchange account? He has nothing in his exchange 'contacts' folder that he wants nor needs to sync to his iphone and NO we are not setup to sync/use the iphone with our exchange server or have plans to do so.
Any links to specific documentation on the subjects and/or specific facts on the true behavior of the phone and software version with the aforementioned outlook account setups would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

I have the exact same problem. I am syncing the email and calender with an MS Exchange account. In iTunes, I set the Contact to sync with Outlook. After upgrading the iPhone software, the next sync wiped out all my contacts on the iPhone. It used to be able to sync the contacts in the Outlook 2007 Personal Folder. Now, it just won't do it. It just keeps the contacts from the Exchange Contact list.
THis is a huge problem. Anyone with any solutions? Apple?

  • Microsoft Outlook 2007 - outlook.pst is not a personal folders file

I don't understand why this error occurred.
This makes me wonder if my backups of my computers are good operational backups.
My computers have been backed up on my network for several years using
    Microsoft Windows Home Server 2011.
I have reloaded Windows 7, Office 2007 and associated programs on one of my computers.
I also restored my outlook data file from WHS 2011 to my documents folder.
After opening Outlook and pointing to my data file, I receive the error below:
    Error message from Outlook 2007:
outlook.pst is not a personal folders file
I have tried Microsoft Fixit and scanpst with no success.
What else can be performed to repair this file?

Thanks again,  I don’t have a problem with paying for the software and or support.  I just want to be assured that the software and or support
will repair my entire outlook.pst file before I pay.  As stated before, I plan to contact Stellar this coming week.  Maybe the message I received was due to not purchasing the product.
I like the idea of purchasing Stellar Software.  I believe it will be useful in the future.  Although I have some questions about the software for other applications.
Thank you for all your responses.  If you should have anything else to share, I would be interested.

  • Microsoft Outlook Email Personal Folders

Is there a way that I can access my personal email folders from my MS outlook exchange account? I would like to be able to file messages from my inbox into my personal folders to free up space.

  • Import outlook 2010 personal folders

I have outlook 2010 on windows8. Lots of messages in personal folders. Migration assistant did not get personal folders or messages ext. How can I import these messages into folders in MAC MAIL

What does "it still pointed to an AppData directory for the user on the OLD computer" mean? Is that a pop-up window with error message?
That means when you start Outlook, Outlook throws an error message saying it can't find the AppData directory to store the OST files in, because it is using the Windows login name from Computer 1 (where
the registry profile was exported), rather than the Windows login name on Computer 2 where the profile was imported into the registry.
Does the new computer also install Outlook 2010 on Windows 7?
Both running Outlook 2010 and Windows 7.
Did you use the default profile name “outlook” or a custom profile name? If you go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles, can you see the profile in the list?
Different profile names.  I need to run multiple profiles on the same computer, and wanted to import a new one, rather than creating it from scratch.
In addition, to move Outlook information to another computer, we can also use the method described in the following article:
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-in/outlook-help/move-outlook-information-to-another-computer-that-has-outlook-2010-installed-HA102544948.aspx
This procedure involves creating a profile from scratch, or using an existing profile.  I need to add a profile that is running on another computer.
Please feel free to post back and provide more information, we will follow up this qustion as soon as possible.

  • Sync Personal Folders from Outlook

I was wondering if there is anyway to transfer my .pst (Personal Folders) from my Microsoft Exchange account to my iPhone? Any assistance will be appreciated.
    Thanks,

Second, I disagree this is normal behavior; Plaxo for example synchronizes directly from the primary calendar (and contacts, etc) as well as any other folder without moving items into special groups.  I'd expect iCould could do the same if designed to do so.  Lastly, I was definitely NOT given the choice during installation.  I was hoping that iCloud would help me replace Plaxo for my 'cloud' sync as well as keep my mobile devices current at the sametime, but unless Apple changes this aspect of the design, I will have to decide what tradeoff to make.
Plaxo and iCloud are very unlike, iCloud is a WebDav system and Outlook is exhibiing it's normal behavior as a WebDav client. If Plaxo works for you then use it, Outlook does not support iCloud as the default account.
