    What's the problem? How can I fix it?

    Its a Issue with your C++ Library on your computer, a way to fix it is to Rebuild your entire C++ Library from uninstalling the highest version to the lowest verision and reinstalling them back in chronological order..
    I would suggest to contact apple support, request a Senior advisor they should be able to get that squared away, now if your not in phone support period you will probably have to pay for support.
    I'd suggest the apple care if you havent got it yet

    At first i got a problem with my Apple Mobile Device Support, but then after i've done some research browsing the net on how to fix that problem, i've finally found the solution to that problem...     Not sure if this is the ideal solution but worked just fine. I simply reinstalled Windows 7 using pre-delivered Microsoft functionality. Upon sucessful reinstall Itunes latset version worked just fine. It is a shame Apple supoort could not have recommended this solution in teh first intance.
