Middle Speaker not working on CT4

Question

ok i installed a dell CT4780 sound card and i installed this driver

well when i installed i noticed that it gave me an option for 2 or 4 speakers (not 5)
and when i go to test out the speakers, it gives the the option to test out 4 speakers
(which all work fine) but it doesnt scan to check the 5th, maybe this is the wrong driver
any know if a driver from a different card work?
i think this might be the correct driver but i cant find where to download it
and that site doesnt seem trustworthy..
also when i installed this

it told me about sound blaster not detected, i think that might be the right driver cause
the card is from a dell computer, but it still doesnt work..
Edit: this is what im talking about, it give me the option to test 4 not 5 speakers, copy and paste link to browser:

As said above it isn't going to happen, you're trying to get 5. sound out of a card that can only do 4.. There is nothing on the card to connect the center/orange speaker wire to.
P.S. posting the same thing in 0 different threads,

isn't going to magically turn you card into a 5. card.
