Middleware errors

Hi Gurus,
In my system other guy make the configuration for the replication to ERP. Now, I delete this configuration follow the  help (delete suscription, publication, site, queue and filter).
However, now I only have an error. If I try to create an activity the system create a BDOC for BUS_TRANS_MSG and when I review the tx SMW01 I found a Queue in wait for send (but I don't wan to sent to ECC).
I don't have suscription for this BDOCD.
For other BDOCS (BUPA MAIN) I don't have this problem (I delete the suscription for BUPA_MAIN and for BUS_TRANS_MSG )
However,I have connection with BI and the query for activity use BDOC BUS_TRANS_MSG . Any idea why I have this BDOC in wait in the queue?
Why I need to review?
Regards.
Lyda
Any idea?
Regards

Hi
If you dont want to trigger the repective BDOCs by the system, just go to transaction code- SMW3_00 and give the BDOC name and select Do not Send.
With this no BDOC and no queue will be created.

Nadh

    2 . BDOC type AGMT_MAST_CRM it is in Intermediate State I( I04 )
It is showing the MSG as
BDoc stored before update task (intermediate state) in the
          Queue name feild : SEE_TABLE_SMW3_BDOCQ
    Thanks in Advance
      Anudeep

    Hi Anudeep,
Having BDoc in intermediate State (I04) does necessarily mean you have error. It might be that you have very huge traffic in your middleware and the BDoc are in intermidate mode (not yet fully processed).
For example you may have a look at the state of queue that contain the BDoc. Here is a list of useful transaction to monitor your BDoc.
    SMQ1 - Outbound queue
    SMQ2 - Inbound queue
    SMQR - qRFC monitor
    SMOHQUEUE - Monitor R&R Queue
You can also have a look that online help:

  • Middleware error while Generating all Required Objects(SMOGTOTAL)

    Dear Experts,
I am trying to establish Middleware setup between CRM2007 and ECC 6.0.
When i am trying to  Generate all Required Objects in CRM by using T.code SMOGTOTAL
when i checked Status of Generation Job by using the Tcode GENSTATUS we are getting an error saying
"/1CRMGC/CGCUST_TG_WRITE_DTC:The data object "<FS_DTC>" does not have a component called "GROUPNO"."
    http://s657.photobucket.com/albums/uu298/vallabhaneni/?action=view&current=SMOGTOTALerror.jpg
see the above link for detail error with screen shot
Could you please tell me what could be the problem.
    Thanks & Regards
    V.Srinivas

    Hi
    Reason:
Based on the generation it will be decided to add the field
GROUPNO to the generated database table. If the table has been generated once, the generation will step over it each time afterwards.
That means, after doing changes regarding that, the generation will not
    create the table again.
=> In the first generation run the error has occurred (I don't know why).
So in all other generation runs afterwards it has not been corrected.
Then you have to removed the generated table and run the generator
DATA_COLLECTOR_TABLE of the generator group "Data Collection Service".
Afterwards, the table will be created with the field GROUPNO
Hope this will solve your prob.

  • Middleware-Error of Field conversion from R/3 to CRM

    Hello Friends,
I am getting the below error when we tried replicating pricing condition objects from R/3 to CRM. Kindly help me if you have any solution on this.
Funct. CND_MAP_CONV_FUNC_T682Z_QUSTR cannot convert content KOMP of field T682Z-QUSTR to field /SAPCND/T682Z-QUSTR
    Message no. CND_MAP141
    Diagnosis
Conversion of the source field into the target field cannot be implemented. Possible causes may be:
No conversion is defined for the current contents of the source field in the system tables for condition exchange.
There is no conversion rule for converting the current field content in the system tables for condition exchange.
Conversion according to the defined conversion rule was not correct for the current contents of the source field.
The reason for this os often problems that result from putting together an R/3 System with a CRM System. These problems are, for example:
not paying attention to the restrictions in CRM for data values or supporting applications and objects,
incorrect exchange objects or exchange objects with the wrong selection values,
an inconsistent data structure from the R/3 OLTP System.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Yogesh

    Hello Yogesh
I have just noticed the message you placed on SDN re condition customising download errors.  Did you ever get to the bottom of this problem ?
The reason I ask is that I am getting similar errors. I actually started with two errors which I believe are related, these being:
Funct. CND_MAP_CONV_FUNC_T682Z_FNAME cannot convert content AUBEL of field T682Z-QUFNA to field /SAPCND/T682Z-QUFNA
    and
Funct. CND_MAP_CONV_FUNC_T682Z_QUSTR cannot convert content KOMP of field T682Z-QUSTR to field /SAPCND/T682Z-QUSTR
I have since read OSS Note 319636 and looked at maintaining the separate
conversion rules in CRM Customizing table CND_MAPM_CNV_FLM by adding an
entry for AUBEL into view V_CND_MAP_CNVFLD using SM30. This I saved to
    a transport.
I then looked to add AUBEL to the field catalog within the IMG however I received a
    message stating that :
"Entry is in SAP name space. Message no. /SAPCND/CUSTOMIZING403".
    So it won't let me.
Did you have similar problems and did you resolve them ?
    Regards
    Ian

  • Middleware errors from transaction smw01 in worklist

    Hi,
for all users the MW errors (transaction smw01) can be seen in the worklist as workflow items (7.0 SP4).
Does anybody know how and where to deactivate these settings?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Wolfhard

    Hi,
    thank you for this hint!
But I cannot identify any setting there which could be the reason for the workflow items related to the MW errors.
There are only some "historical" mail settings for some users as this system is a copy of the productive system.

    Hi,
I have got a error in SAP CRM of BP, where the Address is not updating which the address was updated in ECC system for the BP.How to resolve that error.
    Thank you,
    Sekhar.

First check the inboud queue (SQ02) on CRM side and outbound queue on ECC side (SQ01) if the bdoc get stucked. Then if the lines are clear check in SMW01 in crm if there are any errors for this bdoc.

  • Middleware Technical Error

    Hi All,
we are experiencing middleware error as follow:
    - Outbound call for BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG to adapter module CRM_UPLOAD_TO_OLTP failed.
    - Service that caused the error: SMW3_OUTBOUNDADP_CALLADAPTERS
    any help is really appreciated.
    Regards,
    JD

    Hi JD,
First of all welcome to SDN.
Go to the admin console in transaction SMOEAC and check whether you have created a subscription for publicaion "All transaction" (I do not remember the exact name so pls check the name) and assigned this subscription to the R/3 site.
If yes then remove the assignment of this subscription to the R/3 site.
    This should solve your problem.
    <b>Reward points if it helps!!</b>
    Best regards,

  • OID-23054 Error: failure getting the attribute

    Hi,
I have set up OID replication among three servers. One server being the Supplier, and the rest two are Consumers. The replication is working fine but one of the consumer is applying the replication way later than the other consumer. After looking at the logs, I'm seeing the below error messages constantly. • OBIEE 10g to 11g Upgrade Project plan

    Hello All,
I am a technical consultant working on OBIEE/OBIA and the management needs a project plan for upgrading OBIEE suite 10g to OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.6).
Can you please share some details as -task list and approx hours required. I have a rough idea of task list in terms environment setup, installations, configuration, custom code migration, testing etc. I want present a professional plan that is being followed by others. Dont want to look odd one out. Your help is appriciated.
    Thanks you !

    See this in the log:
    *02712: Expected oracle.biee.admin:type=BIDomain.BIInstance.ServerConfiguration,* Oracle instance, found 0*
You will have to look into why the upgrade utility isnt seeing any instance recognized - it will only work with 1 instance registered and for some reason it cant find any in your configuration.
You could try looking in Oracle® Fusion Middleware Error Messages Reference 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.6.0) for details on the error.
Ensure the service instance name is present in jps-config.xml.

I've seen this happen before if component objects are stored in managed beans (e.g. using binding="#{someBean.foo}").
Problems like this can happen if the component is stored directly on the bean as a member variable (most commonly if the bean is application-scoped, session-scoped, or pageFlow-scoped but smaller scopes can exhibit the problem too).
Usually just referencing the components from the accessors on JSF event objects during an event handlers or using one of the various component searching APIs (e.g. findComponent) can suffice in locating the components dynamically.
However, if using one of those mechanisms isn't feasible you must use the ComponentReference as the storage mechanism (and follow the caveats noted in its JavaDoc):
    http://www.jarvana.com/jarvana/view/org/apache/myfaces/trinidad/trinidad-api/2.0.0-beta-1/trinidad-api-2.0.0-beta-1-javadoc.jar!/org/apache/myfaces/trinidad/util/ComponentReference.html

  • Materials are not downloading automatically from R/3 to CRM

    Dear All,
My R/3 team has created 10 new u201Cmaterialsu201D in R/3 system and these materials suppose to interface to CRM automatically, but it was not.
Before creating these new u201Cmaterialsu201D in R/3 I should have download the u201Cmaterial groupsu201D to CRM. But mistakenly I created the material in R/3 on 14/04/2009 and I downloaded the material groups to CRM on 16/04/2009.
Does u think this delay stopping automatic u201Cmaterialsu201D replication from R/3 to CRM?
I even check for middleware errors in SMW01, but i did not find any error messages.
    Kindly advice!
    Regards,
    Silpa.

    Hi Arup,
    Thanks for the reply,
I undersatnd that, before we download the "materials from" R/3 to CRM, "material groups" must be exist as "categories" in CRM system.
Materials created in R/3 on 13/04/2009, but materials groups have been downloaded to CRM on 16/04/2009, that's why system unable to interface the materials to CRM automatically.
System tried to interface the new materials on 13/04/2009 but it could not , because new material groups not available in CRM at that time.
Since our material groups are existed in CRM system, we would like to download the 10 newly created materials from R/3 to CRM system.
Please tell me what load i have to execute ?
R3AS (Adapter object -Material) - Initial donwload ?
R3AR4 (Adapter object -Material) - Start request ?
Is there any way to system to donwload  them automatically ?
    Regards,
    Silpa.

  • UIXInclude getAttribute Illegal access of the include attribute map out

    Using JDeveloper 11.1.1.6.0
I've been digging into the reason why I've been getting this in my logs. At first, I thought it was because of a declarative component, but after further digging, it was actually the region which I'm using inside a declarative region's facet.
<UIXInclude> <getAttribute> Illegal access of the include attribute map outside of the include context
Searching google only gets me to this link:
    [ Oracle® Fusion Middleware Error Messages Reference|http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16162_01/core.1112/e22506/chapter_adf_faces_messages.htm]
Has anyone encountered this same log? If you have, can you share what is causing it?
    Thanks.
    -Marvin

    Found the issue.
Too bad I had to realize it the hard way. When the declarative component is trying to point to an attribute that doesn't exist, then you get this message in your log. Feel bad for the af:region for getting blamed... (but hey the documentation said contact support so that didn't help as well).
Killed the unneeded and anonymous attribute element and everything is back to normal.
