Middleware-Replicating service transaction from CRM to R/3

Hi Experts
We are using the transaction SRVO( Service Transaction) in CRM and it has to be replicated to the R/3.
Can anybody tell me
1.what is the load object for replicating this transaction ?
2.Do i need to make any settings in R/3 for the replication ?
3.Do i need to create one new transaction in R/3. If so where i have to create the transaction ?
4. What would be the document type category of the replicated transaction ?
Thanks in advance
Nadh.

Hi Nadh,
Service transactions are replicated to R/3 as sales order, with sales items only.i.e. item category SRVS.
You need to maintain the similar settings as you do while replicating a sales order from CRM to R/3.
1. Create a order type in R/3 with the same name SRVO (Tcode: VOV8)
2. Create the item categories with the same name as being determined in the service order (Tcode: VOV7) e.g. SRVS
3. Mainatin item category determination, the way it is maintained in CRM (Tcode: VOV4)
Other than this, assign an external number range to your order type SRVO which is same as the internal number range of CRM. Ensure that the customer master and product also exist in R/3.
Before replicating a service order from CRM to R/3, Create a dummy sales order in R/3 (VA01) with order type SRVO (only for checking purpose)and your sales area, put the customer master and material and check if the transaction is complete. If not you will have to first remove the incomplete stuff, than only an order will get replicated error free.
If you get incompletion items like Plant, shipping point, contact a SD consultant or post another thread.

  • Error during Replication of Service Contracts from CRM to ECC

    Hi,
I'm encountering a problem when replicating a Service Contract from CRM (I'm using SAP CRM 2007) to ECC.
I insert a first Item which is not relevant for pricing (let say, product 123)
I Insert a second Item relevant for pricing, with reference to the previous one (let say, product 456)
I release the Items and I save the contract
When I try to go in edit mode in the Contract, an error appears:
An error has occured in the system DE1CLNT200 while copying the document
    Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020
    Diagnosis
Errors have occured while transferring the document into another system. Remove the error messages from the enclosed log.
    Transmission log
    u2022     SALES_HEADER_IN has been processed successfully (Notification S V4 233)
    u2022     Material 0 does not exist in plant ZX01 / country CH (Notification E V1 391)
    u2022     Error in SALES_ITEM_IN 000101 (Notification E V4 248)
u2022     Sales document  was not changed (Notification E V4 219)
It seems that the program does not recognize the product (the error message says "Material 0", not "Material 456") ...
    Any idea?

Should it be a problem related to the leading zeros?

  • Subcription or publication for service notification from CRM to R/3

    Hi,
is there any subscription or publication available in order to send service notification from CRM to R/3??
    regards,
    Anirban

Service notifications fall under the one-order concept. if it's possible to send the data, then it's with the business transactions subscription: assign it to the r/3 site and see what happens.

  • How to send Service Ticket from CRM to Solution Manager.

    Hi all,
at present we are creating service tickets relevant to SAP operations in our CRM instance and we plan to continue to do so.
We also would like to forward these created service tickets to the Solution Manager Service Desk.
There is functionality in Solution Manager to bind into an external service desk. However I believe this is only really relevant to binding in another Solution Manager - in any case, there is seemingly very little documentation about this available.
Has anyone ever done this - sending service tickets from CRM to Solution Manager Service Desk? If so, could someone please let me know where I can find the documentation on that. Any help is much appreciated.
    Cheers,
    Wolfgang

    Hi,

  • Middleware: Business Partner replication from CRM 4.0 -- R/3 4.6c.

Business Partner created in CRM & is getting replicated into R/3 with Sales Area Data. Configuration is working fine.
Requirement: Automate Accounting view creation in R/3 using middleware.
    1. That is if the user creates Sales view using sales organisation "xxxx" in CRM then the system should create Accounting view in R/3 company code  "YYYY".
Please confirm, wheather its possible? ? How?
    2. If in CRM, the Sales Organisation is "AAAA", then create accounting view in company code "BBBB" (R/3)
    Your valuable input please.
    With Regards,
    Bapu

    Hi Tiest,
    Yes, PIDE entries made.
BP is replcating in R/3 successfully.
In R/3 transaction "XD01" if we create customer along with "Account Group" & "Company code", view "company code data" is visible. I would like to populate this view with "Reconciliation account" entry.
While passing data from CRM, I would like to pass company code. At present, while passing BP from CRM to R/3, Account View is not getting created.
Ex. If the user creates Sales view using sales
Organisation xxxx in CRM then the system should create Accounting view in R/3 company code YYYY.
Please reply, if further information required.

  • How to prevent the replication of service order from CRM to R/3

    Hi,
I create a service order and it displays in SMW01. Does it mean that system tries to replicate it from CRM to R/3?  I have deleted the subscription in SMOEAC while publication of BUS_TRANS_MSG can't be deleted. Is there any other configuration affecting the replication from CRM to R/3?
    BR,
    ROBERT

    Hi Robert,
The replication to R/3 will not happen if you dont have a R/3 site maintained in smoeac. This itself should be enough as it wont know which R/3 should the data be transferred to. Hence the data will not get replicated to R/3.
The bdoc that you see in SMW01 does not mean that data will get replicated. it just indicates what has been created in CRM.
    Thanks,
    Abishek

  • Creating R/3 service orders from CRM

    Hi Experts
I am working on an scenario in the Interaction Center WinClient where complaints can be registered concerning iobjects. For now, we have made the design using activities, where the objective is to simple register complaints. However we would like to have direct integration between the complaints filed as activities and service orders in R/3.
We have thought about two possible approaches to do this. One by creating a service order in CRM as a follow to the activity described above using the action profile, and the transferring the service order to R/3. However we feel this might be a little complicated due the fact that using services orders in CRM requires more configuration. The second approach consists on creating an Action Box of the Interaction Center WinClient that calls a PM transaction in R/3 where I can directly register the service order in the R/3 system.
Does anybody have any ideas on what would be the approach?
If somebody have any ideas on how to create a service order in R/3 from CRM would be very helpful and will be rewarded with points.
If you have any documents that might be useful for the configuration I would really appreciate that help. My e-mail is [email protected]
    Thanks for all

    Hi Alberto,
The second way though it looks simple but has lots of functionality gaps.
Jst imagine, if service head wants to know the number of compaints being served completly, or what are the types of complaints and what are the services we offered, or link between complaints and service orders.
This would not be achieved in the second senario.
Better go ahead with the first solution, and it hardly requires much of the configuration, also u would be able to do all the analysis.

  • How to comsume another application´s web service directly from crm on deman

    Hi,
I am incharge of a integration project between EBS 11.5.10.2 and CRM On Demand via web services
    1. Assumptions:
Not to use additional architecture (Ex. Fusion Middleware)
    2. One of the requirements is: From CRM On Demand to invoke a EBS web service to see and update item´s stock.
    3. Advances
We already developed EBS web services to see and update Item´s Stocks
We need to consume the EBS Web service developed directly from CRM on Demand, but we haven´t found a way.
In CRM On Demand Panel Administration there is a section for web service integration but just for exposing CRM On Demand objects and functionalities, but not for consuming another application´s web service.
Mean while we are developing a web service client (web application) to consume EBS web service just for demonstrating its functionality to see and update EBS item stock.
    I will appreciate your help!!!

  • Unable to access ECC transactions from CRM using Transaction Launcher

Hi Folks, we are trying to create a booking request using VA11 from portal. For this we have configured transaction launcher in CRM which will connect to ECC system from portal and VA11 screen will be launched. For this we have done the necessary configuration in transaction launcher (Including RFC destination and logical system) and this is working fine in Dev system but not in quality system. We are able to see SAP screen with toolbar Menu and System but not the entire transaction (refer image below). Our questions here are,
    1)     What user type has to be configured when connecting from CRM to ECC? (System, Communication data or any ohter)
    2)     If this has to work with user as Dialog, is there any supporting document from SAP saying this should be Dialog user?
    3)     Is there any other issue and need development specifically related BOR TSTC?
Warm regards and thanks in advance for your time.
    Prasad

    Hello JC,
Yes, it is possible . You have to create new work center link or Direct Link for the existing transaction launcher.

  • EDI for Services Invoices from CRM

    Hi All
Does anyone know if it is possible to output billing documents from CRM to external customers via EDI?
    Cheers
    Gavin

    Hi Gavin,
I havent sent invoices via Idocs from CRM but have done so for Service orders. You have to find the correct replication object to use, one that allows you send Bdocs through the External Interface (XIF adapter) that will convert the Bdocs into xml/Idocs, for example the object BEABILLDOCFINA looks like it will send bodcs from CRM to the XIF. In smoeac you have to set up a new site with XIF as the site attribute which lets you specify an EDI partner profile for IDocs or an RFC destination for XML, then assign a subscription that references the Bdoc replication object BEABILLDOCFINA . Then when you have done this maintain an entry CRMXIF_C1 which links the site and Bdoc to an XIF interface, there seem to be a number of interfaces for invoices CRMXIF_INV_RELE_SAVE. This interface is where the mapping from Bdoc to Idoc or XML file is done. If you are using Idocs then you need to ensure that you have the correct partner config set up with the IDoc type assigned. THe idoc types seem to be CRMXIF_INVOICE_SAVE_M01 or CRMXIF_INVOICE_SAVE_M02 .
    Cheers

  • SAP ECC Service notification from CRM Complaint

    Hi,
As there are some links and document are available to create the quality notification in SAP ECC from the CRM complaint, using action profile for this some setting also needed in SAP ECC QM, but as in ECC we already have the service notification (IW51) which is working fine, is there any option to create the service notification in SAP ECC instead of quality notification.
    Regards,
    Zafar

    Hi,
In the notification type, insted of quality notification just maintain the service/PM notification type system will create the notification in SAP ECC.
We also wanted some other details to be pass from CRM to ECC for that we have created a function module in SAP ECC which updates the notiifcation and then that function module need to be called in SAP CRM after the Create Notification FM in SAP CRM Action.

  • Middleware- Replicating followup transaction

    Hi Experts,
We are creating a Quotation in CRM for which follow up document is a Sales Order.
When these two transactions are replicating to R/3 is the Sales order is created as follow up to the Quotation or these two transaction will be created as two different document types i.e no follow up from Quotation to Sales order.
    Points will be rewarded.
    Regards
    Nadh.

    Hi Nadh,
Have you already created quotation and followup sales order in CRM? Then I believe none of them are uploaded into R/3. After creating quotation and followup sales order, then you can upload both together into R/3 as separate documents with no relation. But if you first create a quotation in CRM and after uploading it into R/3, then you try to create a follow-up sales order in CRM then you will end up with some issues. Please read the below SAP help note :
"You can transfer quotations that have been created in SAP CRM to the ERP system, and create follow-up documents there. If a quotation has been transferred to the ERP system, you can only create follow-up documents for it there and no longer in SAP CRM. You can create follow-on orders in SAP CRM for quotations that were created in the ERP system and replicated to SAP CRM. "

  • Call to R/3 transaction from CRM CIC0 Action Box

    Hi All,
I configured in CRM the action box to call MySAP (transaction VA01), I used the method BOR with the object BUS2032 and the method CREATEWITHDIA, but I need to configure the action box to pass data from the transaction CIC0 into the R/3 system via data flow, for example:
    I need to send the field value CCMSEARCH_STRUCT-BP1_PARTNER (Partner - CIC0) to field KUAGV-KUNNR (Sold-to-party - VA01).
I tried to use &BUS1006005& to send the Business Partner, but it doesn´t work.
    Any documentation is very appreciated.
    Regards
    Cássia Lima.

Steps involved in solving “escape Sales area popup while creating cash sale order from CIC0 transaction” issue is,
    In CRM system
    Go to transaction EWFC0.
    Configuration name “ZABOXUSA”.
Click on change button and select transaction ‘VA1_’ in transaction group R3OE.
Click on details button and change object type to ‘ZZBUS2032’ from ‘BUS2032’.
Assign values to transaction VA1_ in data flow.
    Save and close.
    In R/3 system,
Go to transaction ‘SWO1’ (Business Object Builder).
Copy object ‘BUS2032’ as ‘ZZBUS2032’ including program.
In the object ZZRBUS2032 click on the method ‘CREATEWITHDIA’ then click on the button program on the application tool bar.
At line number 196 added the following lines of code.
DATA :        WA_SALESPARTNERS LIKE LINE OF SALESPARTNERS,
                      IT_KNVV TYPE KNVV.
**MODIFIED TO ELIMINATE SALES AREA POP-UP FOR CASH CUSTOMER.
    IF SALESHEADERIN-SALES_ORG IS INITIAL.
LOOP AT SALESPARTNERS INTO WA_SALESPARTNERS WHERE PARTN_ROLE = 'AG'.
SELECT * FROM KNVV INTO IT_KNVV WHERE
                    KUNNR = WA_SALESPARTNERS-PARTN_NUMB.
          SALESHEADERIN-SALES_ORG = IT_KNVV-VKORG.
          SALESHEADERIN-DISTR_CHAN = IT_KNVV-VTWEG.
          SALESHEADERIN-DIVISION = IT_KNVV-SPART.
         ENDSELECT.
      ENDLOOP.
    ENDIF.
    **END MODIFICATION.
    Save and generate the program.
Please let me know any comments on this.

  • Integration of Service order from CRM to ECC

    Hi Experts,
We are working on CRM 7.0.
My requirement is that when user connects to call centre for any complaints(Billing etc) in CRM Interaction centre ,service order need to get triggered in ISU.
    My questions:
    1) What will be the best possible option for registering complaint(Service ticket ,Service order etc) in SAP CRM
    2) How can we triggered service order in ISU when service ticket or service order is generated in CRM by call centre agent
Do we need custom enhancement or Configuration will be enough
    Regards
    Nikhil

    Hi Nikhil
    1. Compaints (CRMC) is best for registering complaints
    2. Use actions to trigger the next document such as a service order.
