Might have caused problem installing adobe?
Hello I had a virus on my computer so I deleted my account and uninstalled adobe on add/remove program on Control. I found out this was the wrong way to uninstall. So I went to the adobe website and downloaded the uninstall program and restarted my computer. Then, I changed the internet security and installed the updated adobe 10. In midway of downloading, it says error in installing.
I don't know what could be the problem. Plus, I downloaded the stand-alone player and it still hasn't worked.
Please, anyone help me.

I have Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 installed on Windows XP 32 bit, Windows 7 64 bit, as well as Windows 8.1 (previously 8) and no problems.
Are you installing the program from installation files (purchased as a download to a Windows or Mac computer??) or from installation disc labelled for Windows?
After the program is installed, then you install the Premiere Elements 9.0.1 Update and work from it.

More details first before we go changing any compatibility settings.

I'm running Windows 7 32 bit on an ASUS netbook with 2mb ram. I installed both Air 3.7 and BBC iPlayer Desktop using Google Chrome. I downloaded 3 BBC programmes. Two ran fine but the third wouldn't start and I kept getting a message to try again later. I deleted this programme and downloaded it again, with the same result.
So I uninstalled both Air and the BBC iPlayer Desktop, the Air exe file and the two folders at the following locations:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AIR\ and
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\BBCiPlayerDesktop.xxx
Since doing this each time I try to install Air either on its own or with the BBC iPlayer software I get the message part way through installation:
"Sorry, an error has occurred.
An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator."
I have run the Microsoft Fix it programme and still get the same result.
I have tried everything on your Trouble Shooting page apart from the bit about the elevated command prompt, but as I'm the sole user and administrator, that seems unnecessary.
I have closed Chrome and tried installation using Windows Explorer but with the same result.
I have tried all the above with Microsoft Security Essentials running and disabled. And I have tried the same with Astrill on and off.
I have had a response from the BBC with much the same advice as appears on your trouble shooting page.

Motorola Surfboard SBG6590 installation cd says "Problem installing Adobe Air"
When I attempt to install the software which came on the installation cd for my Motorola Surfboard SBG6590, it gives the following message: "Problem installing Adobe Air. There was a problem installing Adobe Air". After I saw this message the first time, I went to Adobe's site and downloaded air from a browser and it said that air was successfully installed. When I reattempted to install the cd, it gave the same failure message about "Problem installing Adobe Air". I tried uninstalling Adobe Air and reinstalling and I still get the same problem. I have a mac OS x version 10.5.8. The version of air that I downloaded is 2.5.1 for MacOS.
The script gives the following error: "AppleScript Error. Finder got an error: A privilege violation occurred."

I'm not sure why, but when I open the Console application, it busy waits and won't let me see any logs, so instead here is some relevant lines from my /var/log/system.log. Problems installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 - Rollback action issue.
Im having problems installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.
The problem is right at the end of installation, it says status is registering and then immediately does an action rollback.
The message "The wizard was interrupted before Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again."
I have also created a new administrator account and after rebooting tried to install it but with the same result. It appears to get to the end of the program install but falls over just before the Organiser install. There are no error messages. AV and surplus programs have been stopped. Desktop clean up run. XP machine well within required spec.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problem installing Adobe Creative Suite CS4
Hi, I am having a problem installing Adobe Creative Suite CS4. I have uninstalled CS3 and installed my new CS4 and it installs fine. I go to open one of the programmes such as InDesign and I get an alert message "Licensing for this product has expired". I used to have a trail version, so uninstalled that too and still get the same problem, is there anything I can do?

Can you open the application from programs list ?

It is install but not runningTry a fresh install of Flash after completely uninstalling it using the application Adobe Flash Player Install Manager, in the Utilities folder. Then re-download and install from ww.adobe.com
If you are still having problems you could try installing Google Chrome as it has its own version of Flash built-in and doesn't require the separate installation of Flash. -
After updating my 4S to iOS 5.1.1 last night, none of my data applications are working today, nor Siri, iMessage or anything of the like. I'm at a loss as to what might have caused it. Is anyone else having this issue/has anyone found a fix? Everything seems to work fine if I connect to wireless, but if I'm not connected to it then nothing is working. My service provider says everything should be working fine, I still have the 3G symbol and full bars.
Somebody clearly hasn't read the User Guide.
Basic troubleshooting steps are retart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW.
If you have tried ALL of these steps and you're still having problems, then you need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation.

Can't get sound despite all settings correct
My iPad2 used to make a sound when I received an incoming email. It no longer does that, despite all my sound settings showing it as working properly. What am I doing wrong? Does the sound go out on these iPads?
