MIGO Error for subcontracting scenario through PO

Hello All,
We have PR PO process where PR is created for subcontracting and then PO with BOM explode in PO for same material for in and out.
User is getting error while posting MIGO for Subcontracting GR though PO.
Though 541 stock has been transferred to vendor
and though PR PO process we are doing subcontractor PO and MIGO 543 movement
getting error with blank message in migo
Message no. M7895
Due to this not able to complete MIGO and stock transfer to plant from vendor

I think it is still possible to place the cursor on the message and to click the icon with the question mark, this should then hopefully bring a pop-up with the message number.
from there you can investigate further. e.g. if it is a Z or Y message, then it is a home made message, and you can get the info who created it from transaction SE91.
In any case you should do the following in Migo:
Open the sub-items before you press Save or before you click the Check button. Only then you can know whether the message belongs to the header or to the item.

      The Error message is as *'of the required quantity of material &, && quantity is open'*. This error comes for few plants.
      I am working on 46C version of SAP.
      OSS note 526850 says this is a program error in version 46c but then why this error is not comming for all plants .

    Hi,
    In a normal import process, before the goods receipt, you are making invoice verification for Customs using MIRO and using Planned delivery costs as an option.
    As the goods receipts doesn't exist, system is not proposing Customs conditions
    As the goods receipts quantity is unknown and there always a possibility of partial invoice verification for the customs, system will not directly populate the values in MIRO.
    Doing enhancements to populate this values may not be needed. Pls convince the user on the import process.
    Any other option available for that, really dont know

  • SAP TAO | getting an error "replay Error" for the scenario

    Hi,
    I am getting the "replay error" for a scenario.
    When tested the individual components, they were passing separately in HP ALM, but when consolidate all of those test cases in one test scenario then this error "replay error" is shown.
    Could anyone help in resolving this issue.

  • Problem in Posting of GR for Subcontracting PO Through MIGO

    Hi All,
    When I am posting 101 through MB01 for Subcontracting PO The system is creating three line items in Material Document( 101, <b>543 & 545</b> ) which is correct.
    But if i am doing the same through MIGO it is posting three line items as (101, <b>543 & 543</b>) - Which is wrong.
    I am using SAP R/3 4.7.
    Please let me know if there is any OSS note to fix this.

    Hi,
    I can't belive it....543 is showing Credit indicator and 545 is showing debit indicator.  Which is perfect.  So, when we receive a subcontracting PO, if at all there is any byproduct that is going to be received, it has to be either debit or credit (only one way) whether we receive from MB01 or MIGO.  If you see 545 in MB01 that means, you are receiving by-products along with ....However, in MIGo you are showing only 543 (consumption of components).....Are you missing any by-products comingup in mIGO?  Is the PO the same you are using in both MB01 and mIGO....very minimal differences in terms of functionality we may encouner between these two transactions but I strongly doubt about posting two different movements types for exactly the same data....I am not doubting you; just curious to work on such problem.  Please cross verify again and let me know.

    Based on the blog you are executing the scenario I guess. The scenario is clearly focusing on the picking up the files using the mask attribute in File Access Parameters.
    As you mentioned clearly, that you are getting mapping error plz concentrate on how to rectify the mapping errors.
    will guide to do so.
    1. Go to SXMB_MONI and in the integration server and check for the message you are trying send.( I hope you did this)
    2. As it is giving you mapping error, Double click onthe message Flag showing red.
    3.Plz check the Payload XML content copy that content and paste in the message mapping Test section of IR.
    4. Execute the Test. If you get the message at the receiver side there shouldn't be any error.
    If you still get the error let me know.

    Do the Interface mapping test as well if you are successful in message mapping.

    This is regarding doing Migo for Import Purchases.
    the error is coming as" Account determination for entry TI00 _ 0001 _ 3000 not possible" while posting.
    Message no. M8147
    Diagnosis
    The system did not find an account for this transaction. This means that the account determination for key TI00 _ 0001 _ 3000 is not maintained in MM Customizing (Valuation). The key is made up of:
    u2022 Chart of account
    u2022 Transaction key (= Posting transaction)
    u2022 Valuation grouping code
    u2022 Account grouping code
    u2022 Valuation class
    System Response
    The system cannot update a G/L account for this transaction. You cannot post the transaction.
    Procedure
    Contact your system administrator.
    If you have the authorization, check the Account determination in Customizing for Valuation.
    Proceed
    Note
    The relevant posting transaction can be found in Table T030A.
    Checked OMWD , setting is proper i.e Valuation Grouping code has been assigned..
    In BSX, WRX, PRD and FR1 for 3000 G/L accounts have been assigned.
    The above error is not occuring for Domestic Purchases.
    Please respond immediatly, we are in urgency.

    What are the other conditions you entered in purchase order? Have you maintaied account & accrual keys in pricing schema and GL accounts in OBYC.
    I hope BSX, WRX and PRD are enough for your material postings. But check with other conditions like customs etc...whether they have been maintained properly or not.

  • No error for subcontract PO when we do GR without issuing components.

    Hi experts,
    The system is not giving any error message when we do a goods receipt for a subcontract PO without even issuing the components to the vendor. i have a PO which had 4 components to be issued. 1 material is of HALB material type and the rest 3 were UNBW material type. i did a GR without even issuing the components to the vendor and the system allowed me to do the GR without giving any error message which shoud not happen.
    Any idea why the system is not giving the error message?

    When a goods receipt is done in SAP, then there was usually a truck in your plant and the material is physically placed into your goods receipt area.
    You are looking for a solution to block the receiver from doing his job (to receive the material). because someone else (maybe shipping manager) has not done his job (forgot to record the goods issue to the subcontractor in SAP, physically the material was probably shipped, otherwise you could not have phyiscally received the finished material).
    Do you really think that preventing to post a goods receipt is the best option?
    In my opinion, you should try to control that everything what leaves your company is goods issued.

  • NOT Bound error for Zfield added through AET

    We added a Zfield through AET in the Account overview screen of IC Web UI.
    The same field we added in the Account Identification screen of IC Web UI.
    Account Overview screen its showing as enabled mode and its working fine.
    but in Identify account screen its giving not bound error.We added the field under the Enhanced BO Account with Ref BO as BUPA.
    Any suggestions to solve this issue will be highly appreciated.

  • Acceptance at origin for subcontracting scenario

    Dear Experts,
    Business needs to use the acceptance at origin functionality with subcontracting orders.
    For this, we need to first set up the field "Origin Accept." in Delivery Tab of PO.
    But, as soon as I enter Item category L in ME21N, the field Origin Accept.  disapperas!
    What config is controlling this?
    Can some one please help?

    Acceptance at origin option will come in PO at Item Detail level in Delivery Tab (jst adjacent to Underdel. Tol. option).
    If it is not coming then i guess u need to activate it in 'EKPO' table, the field is 'WEORA'.
    And u can configure it as per ur requirement via SPRO>>MM>>Purchasing>>PO>>Define Screen Layout at document Level (Choose the appropriate Field Sel.) go to GR/IR Control then on the 2nd page u will find this option.

    We have an issue in subcontracting process. We are trying to complete goods receipt for the multiple line items for subcontracting PO.
    These multiple line item contains serialized materials. When we are trying to complete the GR, We are getting runtime error saying u201COnly 0 serial numbers entered instead of 1u201D
    Any pointers in resolving this issue will be a great help to us.

    Hi,
    Pls check whether you have maintained the serial no for the material in mm01 tcode. When it comes to subcontracting process you will create a BOM by listing all your materials but when you take GR from subcontractor after some action is performed on that list of materials then definitely you have to manually give the serial no in MIGO or check automatic serial no there.you might have not placed anything over there.

  • Error showing - No price could be determined for subcontracting in CK11N

    Hi,
    We are facing a problem in CK11N that while we are creating Material Cost Estimate with Quantity Structure, getting an error message..
    No price could be determined for subcontracting
    Message no. CK468
    Diagnosis
    The system could not calculate a price for the subcontracting because none of the valuation strategies in valuation variant 001 was successful.
    System Response
    If the system issues a warning message or an information message, the costing item is used in the cost estimate with a zero value.
    If the system issues an error message, it sets the status "KF" (costed with errors).
    If the system issues a termination message, the cost estimate cannot be processed.
    Procedure
    If you have authorization for Customizing, check the valuation strategy for subcontracting in valuation variant 001.
    I read many thread already, but no solution is suit my requirement..
    please help..

    We run the transaction OPN2 and select 001- Planned valuation - mat. Valuation Variant. Db Click on it and select Subcontracting tab.
    There Strategy Sequence is defined as under:
    Priority......Strategy Sequence
    1...............Effective price from Purchase Order
    2...............Net Purchase Order price
    3...............Effective price from Quotation
    and in Quotation in Purchasing option, there is selected - Auto quota arrangement.
    please guide.

  • Two Alerts for one scenario: Application Error and No mapping found

    Hello,
    we have a synchronous scenario here embedded in an BPM.
    The last send step step is sync. The receiver is a web service (SOAP adapter) which sends back a response.
    Problem with the response from the service:
    First test: error entries in SXMB_MONI and in RWB
    RWB only shows message "No mapping found".
    SXMB_MONI shows more:
    1 entry for send step (status: log version)
    1 entry for APPLICATION ERROR for response
    1 entry for NO_MAPPING_PROGRAMM_FOUND for response
    APPLICATION ERROR:
    We have changed to trace level 3 now and there are some messages:
    level 3 message type T: Unknown channel type: SOAP
    Don´t know if this matters, because the channel is the sender channel.
    NO_MAPPING_PROGRAMM_FOUND:
    We have checked the whole implementation.
    It is completed w/o anything missing. the required mapping is available.
    No left change list entries to be activated.
    Error text:
    The Interface-Mapping http://xxx.com/xi/global GetDocIDsReq_nach_GetDocIDsResp is not available in runtime cache
    We made more than one full cache refresh but w/o any effect.
    We checked: There are no locks left!
    Does anybody here have experience with this problem or has more ideas what to do?

    Hello Dirk,
    We figured out that if you change your message mapping you also have to refresh and save your Interface Mapping.
    To ensure that your messages are equal with your Interfaces and the Message Types you should test the Interface Mapping by using integration Builder.
    If this works you have to check your BPM.
    By using BPM we figured out that if there is a fault in a BPM version the engine will not use this new version.
    To figure out which BPM version is used you have to open the
    Process Monitor à select the process and display the graphic à navigate to EXTRAS and select Workflow Builder. There you will see which BPM is really used. Maybe this is an old one.
    Hope this will show you where the problem is.
