MIGO printout error

Hi
I have created GR and I put tick on the box by the side of the print indicator also. But when I try for Printout by using MB90, I am getting error as "No messages for initial processing exist"
Please find solution for this.

Diagnosis
    In table XMDVW the entry 110000000000087009 SF01 is missing.
Procedure
    Make sure your entries are correct.
    If table has not been maintained correctly, please inform your systems
    administrator.
How to over come from this problem? Kindly suggest me.

Cancellation of Migo - Excise Error in J1IEX

Hi
We have cancelled Migo vide No. 5000083706 , while cancelling the Excise the following error is appearing
' Material has not been declared as input Material in'. please reply.

Use J1ID under cenvat determination enter input & out put material. Here you can use both same materials.
Have you captured and posted Excise invoice? After GR if S then carries out Ji1ex Post Excise invoice under miscellaneous tab enter rejection code and save.
Then again in J1IEX select option of cancel and enter invoice no and post it will be cancel. If require you can do fresh GR and Excise invoice posting for the same vendor invoice no.

MIGO posting Error

Hi MM Gurus,
I am getting the below error while doing the Goods Receipt for PO in transaction MIGO.
"Check table 169P: entry SAN1 does not exist"

During creation of Co.code, Did copied co.code properly from Std.Co.Code? Pl check it?

Maintain Company Codes for Invoice Verification
IMG--> MM->Log. Invoice Verificationsss>incoming invoices->maintain default valeues for Tax Codesss

MIGO Transaction Error

Dear All,
             We are facing error in MIGO Transaction,after applying
PATCHES In Development Server.
The Particular Include-Program which is containing Data Variables after
application of Notes was resetted.That Include program is not allowing
to change also.It is giving following message.
Carry out Modification Comparision for REPS LJ1IEXTOP First.No changes Possible.
    Please give suggestion accordingly.

Normally after applying the patch try to do SPAU adjustment and retain the latest code (i,e If you have applied notes that is for latest package)..Else the OSS notes relevant to the package must be searched and it must be applied again. What is the error that you are getting..? What is the CIN package?

MIGO 551 Error Deficit of BA Unrestr. prev ..

Hi MM expert I really need your help we are going to live the new company next week and i only found out these things to be done..
Im new in MM..
here is the scenario..
1. on new company- our client do their testing there uploading initial stocks, GI for delivery etc.
2. so before go live we need to clear the stock to 0.
3. on solution is thru MIGO using 551 movement type scraping all stocks.. when i manually tested it its OK.
problem:
1. on some materials it encounters error Deficit of BA Unrestr. prev somthing..
- can someone explain the reason or where i could check why it occurs
2. im not familiar so much in GLs etc.. I know that in OBYC if 551 movement type is use
posting is on transaction key GBB in VNG. if i wont enter GL in MIGO just business area and cost center as required
will the posting be in GL assign in VNG? is that correct when it comes to scrapping?
another thing I check prev posting of material.. it was posted using 561 movement type.. the GL use is the one in GBB BSA.
so should teh GL to use is the one in BSA or in VNG?

if you use mvt 551 to scrap the stock.
how to deal with the Material doc. with value and relatvie FI doc?
since you can use 551, why not use MI10?
the stock deficit may caused by wrong sloc and wrong posting period.
please check the actual stock location (maybe in blocked location or QI location)
please also check when the stock is there. you can not clear the stock of next month in previous month.

While doing migo gertting error does not support serial management

while doing migo 101mvt type getting error does not suppoert serial no management .

Can you please check SAP Note 1262966 - MIGO and MIRO: Missing entries in T169P. This might be of some help to you. It states that
You use transaction SM31 to delete an entry in the views V_169P_A, V_169P_B, V_169P_DC, V_169P_IRTAX, V_169P_K, V_169P_LOGO, V_169P_MB, V_169P_PA, V_169P_PR, V_169P_S, V_169P_SA or V_169P_SV. The entry from the table T169P is deleted when you delete the entry from one of the views.
Different follow-on errors can occur in the transactions for inventory management or the Logistics Invoice Verification.
Error M7 001 "Check table 169P: entry & & & does not exist" occurs in the transactions for inventory management. The system does not propose any data for order-related items in the transactions for the Logistics Invoice Verification.
The entry in the table T169P is required for each company code for the function from Note 980420.

in QA32 Transaction when we are printing Inspection report in English
langauge Form QM_INSP_RESULT -result printout there is an error
"Text element does not exist" and it is giving ABAP dump

e_exit_activ = 'X' at the end(This will stop standard script ). This will work. Please let me know your further queries regarding this.

EXIT_SAPLV01Z_003 not executed and transaction MIGO display error

Hi,
I activated user exit EXIT_SAPLV01Z_003 and it is never executed on transaction MIGO. Also this transaction display an error message "ENTER BATCH".
Movement type 101 is set as manual and check in user exit.

document is ok, but material item green symbol
than post document ,error is runtime error

F150 Dunning printout error

Hello,
While trying to print the dunning report we get the following error:
Dunning notice for account: 'D ' 'D50016 ' was not printed
> Forms for MAHNR: 'LAXM ', RBUKM: '1000 ', KOART: 'D ' do not exist (T047E)
Is this a configuration error what steps can we use to resolve this error.

the form for dunning notice printing is missing in the system where you try to do the dunning procedure.
Ensure that the form "LAXM" for the dunning comp. code "1000" for account type "D" can be seen in table T047E.
There is a SAPNET note 650000 describing a reason for this system behaviour.

Migo reversal error

Hi gurus,
While doing reversal GR through 102 mov type the below error populating.
Deficit of PU IR qty 1.000PC
GR and IR were posted already.
Could some one respond with the reasons for this message. Is it due to the IR posting only.

This error message is caused because you have the "GR-based IV" indicator set in the PO item and you have posted the Goods receipt and the invoice for it, so the two documents are linked to each other.
You cannot reverse now the Goods receipt if you do not reverse the invoice first OR, alternatively, in the customizing SPRO:
Materials management -> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory -> Goods Receipt -> For GR-based IV, Reversal of GR Despite Invoice
Here set the flag for the relevant movement type (102, 122) to allow the reversal of the goods receipt despite the invoice has been posted already.

In SPRO - MM - Invenotory management - output determination - maintain output types.
select WE01 and click on processing routines.
here have you maintained the correct Program , form routine and form name.
