Migrated single user PS to my new laptop, Serial Number won't accept on new laptop.

I migrated all data and software onto my new MacBook Pro. I've also deactivated PS on the old laptop, however Adobe won't register Photoshop on the new machine, saying the serial number in invalid. Any help please?

If you did anything other than install the software (transfer, migrate, etc) then you need to install it properly.

Can't Safe Boot or Single User Boot with the new (wired) Apple Keyboard

I have found that my shiny new Apple keyboard does not recognize the shift key or command-s when booting, making it impossible to boot into either safe mode or single user mode.

Read on Macfixit about incompatibilities with the Core Duo machines (I'm running a 1.66ghz Core Duo MacMini, 10.4.10) and can't startup using safe mode or single-user. Not sure if this has been addressed yet?

Well, first of all is this a boxed version? If it's a download your serial number is invalid because downloads are single platform while boxed serial numbers work on both.

The CC version doesn't use a serial number. Is activated with your Adobe ID and password. And it's all tied to your account being paid current. Other than that, the programs are the same. You have been provided the link to the standalone installation in the comment above this one.

I'm entering my serial number to authorise CS6 Design & Web Premium on my new Macbook Pro.
I get an error message "Serial Number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer", and it is asking me to choose a qualifying CS5 product!
I've checked on my Adobe account that I'm using a valid CS6 serial number!
What am I doing wrong?

The message you reference indicates you are installing an upgrade version. It is not able to find the older qualifying version that you upgraded from. It is likely providing a selection list and input field where you can identify the older version and input its serial number as proof that you qualify to use the upgrade.

Single app purchased (Flash CC asked for serial number)

I just bought single app from (flash profesional) for 1 month membership. I got invoice and bill, but still can't use the product.
I tried to find my serial on my plan & product, but i still missing it .When i try to open flash, adobe flash cc ask med for serial number.

In a Finder window, choose Go > Go To Folder.
Type /etc.
Select the hosts file and open it.
Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
Save and close the file.
Duplicated host file and saved as hosts.backup.

MIgrated two users to the same new account

WE had an incident where we did a migrate job as follows
2 different users were migrted to the same account.
stsadm.exe -o -migrateuser -oldlogin (domain\XXXX) -newlogin (domain\YYYYY) -ignoresidhistory
One of the users has some problems with mail .
Is there a way to restore one of the users to his old account.

if old user sid is the same like one of the records in newuser sid history it will never work normaly on Sharepoint.
One of the account need to be disabled or need to have different SID's

Trying to install PS4 on new MacBook Pro. I have already installed PS 3 extended. When PS4 asked for my PS3 serial number will not accept # on back of my PS3 case?

I have PS3 and PS4 installed on Mac 27", but when I try to install PS4 on my new MacBook Pro will not accept Serial # on my PS3 Extended case. Even though I have PS3 Extended installed!! Tried Serial # with and without dash, but neither works. Had both installed also on my MacBook Air OK but I wiped intend installed new OS. Not clear why PS4 not accept PS3 Serial # despite the fact that PS3 Extended already installed with the correct Serial #.

Photoshop 3 and Photoshop 4 for the Mac were released in the 1990s before Mac OSX and will only run natively on the Classic Mac OS (OS 9.x or older). They may run under emulation in "Classic Mode" on a PPC Mac up until OSX 10.4. They will not run on any Mac with an Intel processor nor with OSX 10.5 or newer. Same with Photoshop 5 and Photoshop 6.
Photoshop 7 came with both Classic and OSX versions, but will only run on a PPC-based Mac, or an Intel Mac up to OSX 10.6.x with the Rosetta emulator
Now, to clarify the naming of versions;
Photoshop CS = "Photoshop 8.x"
Photoshop CS2 = "Photoshop 9.x"
PS CS and CS2 came as OSX versions only and will only run on a PPC-based Mac, or an Intel Mac up to OSX 10.6.x with the Rosetta emulator
Photoshop CS3 = "Photoshop 10.x"

As for upgrades, you can go back about (3) revisions to use the old SN for an install; e.g. a PS 7 SN can be upgraded to PS CS3 (10.x) but not to PS CS4 (11.x). So, there is no way PS 3 could be upgraded directly to PS CS4 (11.x)

I bought Lightroom last November. Trying to reload onto new machine. Serial number won't work says contact customer suppoet. What a laugh. Been trying to get some sense through twitter etc etc for days now. No LR since June.

Any idea how to get Customer support to take notice of my problem?? It's beyond a joke. Any help would be very gratefully received.

Just so you are aware this is a user to user forum, so the replies you get here are mainly from users like your self. You have provided very little info to go by and my suggestion below is just a guess.
You may have downloaded the LR 5 Creative Cloud trial version and trying to input the perpetual version license key, that will not work.

Try checking your Hosts file to see if you have any entries that might be blocking connectivity to Adobe's activation servers.
