Migrated to the iPhone 4, now lost facetime feature - help!
OK so I had the 3GS for awhile, last night I purchased the iPhone 4. So I backed up my 3GS, then restored to my iPhone 4 so all my contacts, photos, music, etc moved over fine.
Now on the iPhone 4 I can no longer find "facetime" how can I get the iPhone 4 software but keep all my stuff?
Here is what is currently has for specs on the iPhone 4

Modem Firmware: 01.59.00

You did import these important photos over to an alternative storage medium, just like you would with any digital camera, right?

If you want to solve your problems, unjailbreak. And don't do it again, because jailbreaking causes problems as you read about in that article. You can try Recovery Mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

ASk your friend who unlock the phone for him/her.
ONly the carrier that the phone is locked to is authorized to unlock it.
bAse on your description, it sounds like your friend had his/her phone hacked to unlock it from the original carrier. -
I probably misclicked when I activated the security lock on the iPhone and now I can not figure out what password I entered. Moreover, I have patches and funky looking phone so I can not restore iphine pres itunes. Please advice.
Your only recourse is to force it into DFU mode:
Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings. -
Hi I have iPhone 4 with iOS 6 and a week ago I stop ressiv or send SMS. I tried everything but I still can't send.. I erase the version and all the data on the iPhone and now I can send SMS. But when I'm downloading my buck up the problem happened again

It's July now and apple usually announces a new iPhone is September should I get the iPhone 5 now or wait until September?
No one but Apple knows when (or if) Apple will release a new iPhone. That being said, Apple has released a new iPhone every year for 6 years straight. If you think you want the newest iPhone, wait a few months and see what happens this year.

I have the iphone 4 and when syncing my iphone an error message appears half way through saying "itunes cannot sync apps to the iphone because the apps installed on the iphone cannot be determined" can anyone help? I cant back up my iphone as this appears every time :-(
As another post suggested, I restarted both the iPhone and the computer, and that fixed the problem.

I can't find photos imported from my iPhone 4 with "Image Capture" to iPhoto anywhere... and they were deleted from the iPhone after import! Can anyone help me find the photos?
Do you know the date they were taken? Try search on that.
