I am going to buy a new PC to replace the old and slow running machine; the Adobe Acrobat X will be moved to the new PC, please suggest how to make that happen!

I feel I've explained plenty what you must do but you aren't getting it.
All music on your old iPhone should be in your iTunes library on your computer. Transfer the music from your iTunes library on your computer to your new iPhone in the same way it was transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone - via the iTunes sync/transfer process.
Since you prefer the manual way, you must manually drag and drop the same 377 songs from your iTunes library to your new iPhone - in the same way the 377 songs were manually transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone.
Or you can sync which provides more options overall. Create an iTunes playlist for the 377 songs. Select Sync Music under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes and choose selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Select the iTunes playlist below that includes the 377 songs followed by a sync.

I have the correct License Key which I checked on Adobe License site but when I enter it
is says it's incorrect

Problem solved,
I found the original Adobe installation files on our system that we used to first intall Acrobat Pro.
Using these files with the correct volume license key we were able to install the programme on our new Computers.
I was also informed by Adobe Help that I could also download these file from the Adobe License website after logging in.

But before I follow through on this will this procedure deactivate my old Mac's CS2 apps? I'd like to keep the old Mac active until I'm confident that there will be no glitches with software operation on my new Mac. In other words a shakedown cruise of app integrity on the new Mac. never migrate adobe files. properly install them using the installation files.
for cs2, don't use your installation files. use Error: Activation Server Unavailable | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3
and you don't need to deactivate your currentle working cs2 programs.

I received a response from Adobe to deactivate the license on the old PC and I completed that task on 1/22/15 and responded back to Adobe on the same day. As of 1/26/15, I am still awaiting a response from Adobe to activate Acrobat XI on my new Mac. I need this for business purposes and am finding this process to be very slow. What is your program? You specifically ask about Premiere Elements but your ID = photo shop elements 12.
It is confusing why Reynolds Films 2014 is replying to your thread, talking about Photoshop Elements.
Assuming some version of Premiere Elements currently on some Windows operating system.
What version of Premiere Elements do you have and on what computer operating system does it exist?
How did you install your version of Premiere Elements on Windows - installation files from an online purchase or
from installation disc from purchase of the product in box packaging?
What installation files or installation disc do you have?
You cannot install Premiere Elements Windows installation files on a Mac computer. If you want Premiere Elements
for your Mac computer, you will need to buy a version of Premiere Elements Mac that is supported by your Mac computer.
If you purchased Premiere Elements Windows in box packaging, it probably came with 2 installation discs, one for
Windows and one for Mac. If that is the case, use the Mac installation disc to try to install the program on your
Mac computer.
But, we need the details from you in order to sort out what is and what needs to be done.

You need to install the software on the new machine the same way you installed it on the old machine. You are allowed to have two activated installations if you would like to retain the original installation as a backup. If not, then you should deactivate it (Help -> Deactivate in any program),

I know I am allowed to have it on two computers but I would like to keep my second install for future use instead of having it stay on my old failing computer and go to waist. If I just uninstall it from my old computer will the cloud know it has been uninstalled freeing up my addtional use.

Before uninstalling the creative cloud apps the deactivation is required. To deactivate the subscription you can launch any product ( photoshop, dreamweaver etc)
go to help menu and you will find the option deactivate. This will deactivate the whole subscription and you don't need to do it for all the products.
After deactivating the subscription you can uninstall the products one by one.
You can then go to the new machine and login to www.creative.adobe.com, login and then start downloading the products.

Oh, that's the heading - ok... Well, I think the subject line pretty much says it all
I bought a Lenovo 2 Yoga. It does not have a disk drive so I can't load the software onto the new system. And, I don't want to repurchase Acrobat again. Is there a way to get my Acrobat from my old laptop to my new?

Thanks Sam.am. I did do that and it appeared to have worked great. The only problem now is it wants my Serial number. I have gone over to Identit-e 2.0 to enter my product code to get the serial number as Adobe has directed - but, it doesn't recognize my code. This was a Student Teacher version. I have all the original stuff and the product code. So, I'm not sure why it won't recognize the product code. I'll keep digging.
Thanks for the other suggestions guys. Can I move my Acrobat X Pro folder from my old laptop to a stick and just do it that way should I not be able to get the serial number?

After using migration to transfer data from my old MacBook to my new one, I can't find pages and I don't really want to pay to redownload it.

Anything purchased from the Mac App Store will appear under "Purchased". Download it. You don't have to pay for it again.
If you purchased iWork on disc, copy it from the old MacBook.
