Migrating from 10.3 to 11.3 without using device manager

Question

Is it possible to sync a 10.3 Android client againts a 11.3 mobile server? The reason I ask is because we do not use Device manager to handle updates on the client. The client syncs and will be notified through the database if there is a pending install.
When we try to sync the 10.3 client with MS 11.3, we get a HTTP 404. After debugging we find that the URL the 10.3 client tries to connect to <servername>:<port#>/webtogo/public/Consolidator.  When we try the 11.3 client, it connects to <servername>:<port#>/mobile/Consolidator (and syncs fine)
I have tried to have Glassfish forward the old URL to the new one, but it fails with a "ERR_CREDENTIALS: Failed to get credentials from the server"

Is this possible at all? All we need is a single sync to go through to the server in order to download and install the latest client. We have 400 clients throughout the country, so manual install is nearly impossible.

The webtogo was dropped in 11.x.    so the URL has changed.  This is one of those situations which needs to be handled by support.   Have you filed a request with support yet?
