Migration from 9.04 to 10.1.3 ( Null pointer Exception)

Question

I have migrated my code from 9.0.4 to 10.1.3 version of jdevloper but while migrating the BC4J components I am getting folloeing exception.

i'll have to say that this is pretty .... up!
migrating from one 'minor' release to the next
10.1.2.0.2 -> 10.1.3
should NOT be this much hazzle.
you guys really really need to hire some usability people .. not only on the front end, but towards your dev tools as well .. cause ppl will LEAVE you over .... like this.
You know, java, ejb, j-whatever, is ALL ABOUT having the developer concentrate on developing business logic... so why am i fiddeling around with configuration files and whatnot wasting time that could have been saved with a little effort on the usability side of this product ?
and what the hell happend to orion ?
