Milestone confirmation final operation not auto confirming 1st operation

Hi,
We have a Prod Order which has a soft Routing with 3 operations. The third operation is with a control key which allows Milestone Confirmation. When the third operation is confirmed, the first operation is not automatically confirmed.
Need to know why the first operation is not automatically confirmed.

IW32 operations not auto being set to COMP when header set to TECO

Hi,
I have a requirement for t-code IW32 when the system staus for an order is set to TECO that the status for the operation objects for an order need to be set to status COMP automatically.
Similar to when the order system staus is set to REL that this change cascades down to the operation objects.
So far I have ruled out FM 'BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN' as this does not allow the setting of user status for operations.
I have been looking at FM 'ALM_ME_ORDER_CHANGE' which in turn calls FM 'ALM_ME_ORDER_USERSTATUS_CHANGE' but there is a requirement in the code that the object number for the operation object is either 18 char or 22 char long, or contain the string 'NEW'. The object number I have been using (system generated) is 20 char long so it doesn't even get into the code.
Has anyone got a working solution for this issue?

Sometimes, but in my experience FFirefox updates can really screw up your system, lose you data, mess up your user interface. I have run IT for one of the biggest intranets on the planet and we never allowed even Mictosoft updates until we did User Acceptance Testing and understood the impact of the upgrade. I am a grown up not a child, I have system where I test updates for performance, security and impact, I WILL DECIDE when I want to install it. If Mozilla wants to provide real security updates I would take them but if you look at the link in my OP you will see it said an update was security and it completely messed up.

Actually with FFirefox in my experience they take more away than they add, things I did not ask them to take, they do not look at my config and leave my settings as they were and then tell me about new options, no they completely screw my productivity as it takes days to figure out how to undo the kwap they have added. Copying the AWFUL Chrome interface is not an improvement, Google has one of the worst UI's on the planet accross all their products.
Firefox is designed to be customized PER USER, NOT CROSS-SYSTEM
There are some things that benefit from being per user and some that are per machine, windows has group policies per machine and per user. My OP is telling Mozilla that this is another area where they have "designed" badly, I tell them this so that they improve it and in the vain hope that there is some config setting that will stop this nonsense.

Lumia 920 clock will not auto adjust to operator t...

I have a 920 Lumia and the date / time function is set to ON for 'set automatically'.
I just travelled from the UK to Belguin and the clock updated to the Belgian time zone and time.
I have been back two days in the UK and it's still stuck on Belgian time, I have turned it on and back off a few times but it's still the same.
I travel to Europe a lot and would like this function to work, it did this no problem on my previuos N8 (just about the only thing that did work on it..... )

Thought so. On orange the automatic time feature used to work but since they became EE it either doesn't work or only works intermittently. I believe they may have dropped support for the feature, or it only works when connected to orange transmitters, not the t-mobile ones. Forcing it to pick up an orange 2G signal may help but not totally sure.
Sadly it's a network issue, not a hardware issue.

Less Than operator not working, Greater Than operator works comparing dates

I need to compare dates to conditionally display a row. If the DateDueJulian_ID5<= AsOfDate_ID47 display otherwise don't. I get all rows but if I reverse the logic >= the condition works and only displays the one matching row.
I am using the Template Builder 10.1.3.4.1 and WORD 2007.
Any help is appreciated!

Netcfg - ioctl[SIOCSIWAP]: Operation not permitted

Hi,
I am using linux only for a few months. I installed arhclinux + openbox from scratch. I connect to wifi using netcfg. I can connect to internet, but it takes about 10sec to do that and I allways get this error:

I want to deactivate production order changes after 1st operation is confirmed through CO11n.Ie. production order qty should not be allowed to change after 1st operation is confirmed.

Quantity not post in auto confirmation in process order (PPPI)

Hi Expert ,
We are doing process order (PPPI-Route) stage wise...Now we have ACTIVATED auto confirmation in contorl key PI01...Now system allow us to confirm only PI03 Control key...Upto that, it is ok....
But when we check in COR3 , Activity Consumption (standard) - which we maintain in PI01 not calculated as actual Qty and Cost.....(Actual qty comes zero)
Can you give your input on this...

Second,
Our Price Indicator in Activity type is 1 and Actual Price Indicator is 5.
Is this settings needs to be change ?

TIME TICKET CONFIRMATION IS NOT EXICUTING AT SUB OPERATION

We are trying to post Time ticket Confirmation at sub-operation level
through standard web service. Up to Operation level,standard web
service is working fine but problem arises when we do posting at sub-operation
level.Web service is not working for sub operation level.

As per your reply I have set the Act. Data in OPK4. Screen areas in OPK0 for Dates were already set open. After doing the OPK4 settings if I am setting execution start and finish time for a phase in COR6N as 10:00:00 and 10:15:00 accordingly in the order for that particular phase in the details screen start and finish time (in the Dates tab) is updating but in the Qty/activities tab the confirmed time is not updating to 0.25 hrs (it is showing 0). Even during COR6N after putting start and finish time in the Dates tab the activity in the u201DTo confirmu201D tab is not updating . When I click actual data in COR6N screen, that activity(time) is picking up the value as per the scheduling through recipe. And only if I manually change that time to 0.25 hr, then it is updating in the Qty/activities tab in details screen of that phase in the order. But I want to select the Execution start and Finish time in Dates tab of COR6N and want the system to update the figure in Activities tab of COR6N as the calculated difference between start and finish and the same updated value should be transferred to the Qty/activities tab of the phase details in the order. Please suggest how to achieve this....

Thank you for the reply. These are not, however, past purchases; these are fresh episodes of purchased seasons. For instance, I receive an email that a new episode of Elementary is ready for me to download. When I check for available downloads, though, I am told there are none. So these are not previous purchases that I am trying to re-view or download again. These are fresh items for which I have paid but which I appear unable to access unless, perhaps, I were to re-purchase them. Grrrrrr.

Auto Confirmation of Externally Processed Operation

Dear Experts,
I am uing externally procesed operation. The process is working well.
But when I do the GR of the externalluy processed oepration, I want the operation to be confirmed automatically. Is this possible?

Hi,
I can think of 1 option.
Create a Z program using BAPI - BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_ACT & in this program check if control key is PP02 & the operation has received the status EODL. If it has the status then trigger the BAPI to post activity confirmation.
You can schedule the Z program to run periodically in background say every night or every hour or as per your business need.

we need your help that we have using the auto-confirmation for normal production order , but got the problem in combined order confirmation for final operation , in final operation we are not getting quantity distribution with respect to child order.

Pl use SAP Standard Control key "PP03" which is meant for Milestone Operation confirmation , which will confirm all previous operations when you confirm the operation with control key ..
As this control key have the AUto GR option also activated you can take a copy of the same and Unckeck the AUTO GR option of you dont want the same..
However AUTO GR can be used with used with the confirmation of final operation , SO my suggestion Pl take a copy of PP03 and use its for all the milestone operations except for final operation.
PS: as mentioned by other friend .."use of contol key
PP98"[ , I just want to clarify that in Standard SAP there is no Predefined control key is "PP98 " , i hope its configued for there specific business ..(as I suggested you above )
Standard SAP comes with only 4 control keys for PP , as below
PP01     Routing/Ref. op. set - internal proc.
PP02     Routing/Ref. op. set - external proc.
PP03     Routing - in-house prod. auto. goods rct
PP04     Routing - in-house prod. with check

Operation Sequence & Confirmation Type checked at PO Confirmation-CO11N

My client wants that, at the time of Production order Confirmation - CO11N, SAP should check Operation Sequence and its Type of Confirmation (Partial or Final)
For Operation Sequence I have done necessary Configuration (SPRO) settings in Confirmation parameters. But how to check for Confirmation TYPE??
For Example, I have production order with 5 operations, now if I confirm First (1st) operation with PARTIAL CONFIRMATION, then when I confirm Second (2nd) operation with Final Confirmation, it should check that previous operation is Partially Confirmed and thus allow me to confirm Second operation only Partially. Currently I am able to do Final Confirmation for Second operation in above scenario.
How can the above thing be restricted please let me know?

During configuration the confirmation parameters are set as per the follow IMG path
Production> > shopfloor control >> operation >> confirmation >> Define confirmation. Here we have 3 views in the first view of generally valid setting we will
give check 1) error when operation sequence is not adheredto
                2) & 3) Error If over delivery & Underdelivery tolerence is not maintained as per Workscheduling view of Material master record
                4) Error if the quality inspection value not exist
In the 2nd view ONLY we have General individual screen in that we have
                1) confirm type : choices are Partial / Full confirmation
                2) Goods movement : If the indicator is set the system will give log screen message and ask you to say Y or N to correct the errors in goods movement
             An other indicator for Quantity / activity as control indicator
             I think this will help

Sales order not getting confirmed because of oldest of open items overdue.

Businesses using the auto order creation for sales, sales order getting created but when I check it in schedule line the quantity is not getting confirmed even quantity is available and credit limit is also available and there are no open items due. When I check ,availability tab in VA02 manually, its coming oldest of open items overdue.

The oldest open item must not be older than the number of days specified.
If in ova8 it checked then system is checking the oldest open Items .

Inventory load using 561 movt type and auto confirm TO in MB1C using 561 movt type

Hello All,
I am doing the inventory load using 561 movt type in MB1C. Then the material is in 998 storage type and bin "AUFNAHME". my requirement is that i want to confirm the TO, when i do the MB1C itself for the 561 movt type. Is there a way in the SAP, where i can trigger the TO confirmation in the background automatically, when i use 561 movt type in MB1C.
Right now my thought processing is that as below,
i create the inventory load using 561 movt type in MB1C and use the LT10 and move the stock to a different bin and confirm the TO.
In the above step, i am using LT10 as a extra step for confirming the TO, which i am trying to decreasing my configuring in such as way for the movt type 561, so that it will automatically confirm the TO in the background, while doing the MB1C.
My 2nd question is, when i have 5000 different materials, which are inventory loaded using 561 movt type and MB1C. I am trying to auto confirm the TO in the background, when doing the MB1C for 561 movt type itself.Secondly, if it doesn't work, then i can goto LL01 and pick the unconfirmed TOs and mass confirm the TO's.
On the whole, my questions are is there any std config in SAP to auto confirm the TO for movt type 561 in MB1C. If it is not possible, then i need the best way to mass confirm the TO's in SAP.

Let me explain the process step by step
Assumption/mandatory criteria- The process is applicable only in case you do not have storage unit management active This process is warehouse transfer w/o WM transaction. This method is based on principle of MB1A- 711/712 movement type.
(1) Use OMJJ and create new movement type by coping 561 for ex- "Z61". In field selection (flield selection from 201) double click on WM and make the entry "WM storage bin and storage type as required entry from suppress.
(2) Now use MB1C with above customised movement type. At the end of this transaction,system will take you to the screen to make an entry in storage type and storage bin. Post the entry.
That's it. Your stock would be in warehouse as well as IM stock would be in sync. There is no TR/TO. You can create LSMW to upload the data by this method. If you have SUT defined then you can follow the same process as above. But after that do not forget to update LQUA-LETYP field with respective SUT. However, you can not use this method in case you have SU management active.
My view with this upload process- Please use other data uploading method which are not at all time consuming. In more than 90% of most of the business scenarios, storage unit type is used. Hence you will have to perform additional activity of updating LQUA-LETYP-storage unit type field. If this is the case, then why cant you use other uploading method?.
