Mini Menu Box at the Bottom of PDFs

When you hover over PDFs at the bottom of the page, a little mini menu box pops up that gives you a print option, tells you what page you are on, etc. I accidentally Xed the box and now it has permanently disappeared from all my PDFs! Do you know how I can make it reappear?

Unfortunately, Adobe FormsCentral does not have an option to add signatures.
In order to distribute forms requesting signatures, you may use the following Adobe products:-
Adobe Acrobat:- PDF creator, edit PDF | Adobe Acrobat XI

How can I turn this function off? I do NOT want my new Safari windows to have history displayed of previous websites I visited. I only want my Favorites (on the top) to be displayed. Please help.

Thanks for replying, but that isn't the answer I am looking for. Also, there is no + sign, UNLESS you do tap the overlapping boxes.
Let me try to ask my question a little more clearly:
When I tap the two overlapping boxes on the lower left (the option to Open New Windows), the new Window that appears will show your Bookmarked FAVORITES. But with my new iPhone 6, and the new iOS 8.0.2, when I tap the two boxes to open a New Window, my Bookmark Favorites show (as they always have and should), but below them, there is a dividing line underneath them, and it says Recently Viewed Websites, and has these websites available to tap.
So my question is, HOW DO I TURN THESE OPTION OFF?
*UPDATE (10.13.14): Since I have asked this question, I no longer see these Recently Viewed Websites under my Bookmarked Favorites in my new Window tabs. So I hope that Apple fixed it, or somehow it was a mistake, or somehow I changed an Option on my iPhone 6 that stopped this for reoccurring.

I want to insert Menu bar into the bottom of the Panel but it always appears at the top and I want to create a menu at the bottom and in the left so when i click to that menu, all the menu items will appear above like window icon of Microsoft. So can you show me how to do it?

now the text box has to go to the bottom of the VBox even if the VBox has other objects or if its resized.

Vbox, acts much like a linear layout like in other languages.
Just keep your declared textbox at the bottom of your content (content :[] ), then the text box will continue to get pushed further down your view, as you add other controls to your content.
layoutX and layoutY will just increase your spacing from the previous declared control in that content.

How do I keep the Spry menu fixed to the bottom of the header div?

I have created a horizontal Spry menu bar using Dreamweaver CS4 but the problem is, I can't figure out how to make it be in the right position at the bottom of the header div. In Design View it is too far below the header background graphic, in Live View it cuts off the bottom of the header graphic, and it also looks higher or lower in Safari and Firefox.
I'm sure it's very simple, but how can I control them menu on the y-axis and keep the menu fixed to the bottom of the header div? Is there a way to float it to the bottom?
I really appreciate any help or advice anyone can give me on how to get a stationary menu bar.

You need 4 basic things:
jQuery latest core library,

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

sounds like you're having a hardware malfunction. You can try restoring your phone first from backup, then as new, but if these don't help, you'll need to bring your phone to Apple.

I need some help! I just upgraded from PS CS2 to CC photoshop, bridge and lightroom CS6 CC. It is very different. I have 2 initial problems. 1) I do not have an option for mini bridge. It isn't in my PS dropdown menu nor an icon at the bottom of the PS work space. Why don't I have a minibridge? 2) In CS2, I could doubleclick on an image in Bridge and it would automatically open it in PS. That doesn't work with CS6 (creative cloud). Should it? When I attempt to save an image from a web site page, I right click and then the Save Image popup appears. At the bottom of the popup, the "File name" box will contain the appropriate file name of the image. However, in the "Save as Type" box, there is nothing listed and I can't enter a file extension, such as JPEG. What then is saved is just a thumbnail image
