Mini Not Working-Help Needed ASAP!!

Hi guys,
I have pretty much a massive problem. I just got a 4GB iPod Mini and it isnt working. By not working I mean its not working!!
I installed the applications on the CD then connected my iPod expecting it to start charging and......nothing!!!
I thought my USB drive pooped itself so I tried all 4 of my USB 2 ports and not a single action on the screen.
So I went to the apple site, downloaded updates and all that, reinstalled twice and still nothing.
My laptop is plugged into powerpoint, so if it isnt getting enough power i dunno.
HELP ME GUYS!!!!! PLEASE HELP, what do I do to get it working?

Yes, we have already bounced the server many times and check the about this page if the substitution has been reflected even before we checked using jdr_utils.. But so far no luck. What I forgot to mention before is that the vo we are substituting is composed of 6 EO and we couldn't change the query using the expert mode, so we just added one of the columns from the EO..

We're trying to substitute the PersonListVO of Irecruitment>Candidates page> Individuals tab. We have imported the substitution successfully and deployed the classes and xml in the right directory. But the page is still referencing the original vo. below is the output statement of jdr_utils.printdocument. PLs help as we're near our deadline and we've run out of ideas. Thanks.

Ipod mini not working HELP PLEASE!!!!!

my ipod mini is showing the apple logo, a sad face and then a battery sign with a fire bolt when i try plugging it into the computer. also, my computer wont recognize it at all. I've tried resetting and restoring it many times but its not working. what should i do!?!?!?!?! I've tried to make an appointment with the Genius Bar but they are too busy and my warrenty expires really soon!!

Applecare registration is not working, help needed

Hello, my macbook 1 year warranty expires tomorrow and I purchased applecare today. I logged on to register it and the webpage is under construction and not working for 2 more days. What can I do to register? I tried calling to register and they are not open on weekends. What happens if I can't register until 2 days after my warranty expires? Any suggestions?

Transitions not working, help needed

Hi,
I updated to Snow Leopard and iLife 11 yesterday, my transitions on iMovie11 don't seem to be working, when I add them to the project they come up as a grey symbol with two small boxes overlapping each other. Anyone know what this is and how to fix?

Viewing web cam does not work, help needed

I'm having trouble viewing an iSight webcam on my iBook. I start up iChat on my MacBook then click accept to start viewing the webcam. 'connecting' comes up and thats as far as it goes. Same with audio, click accept and then it goes to 'connecting' then the same happens. I thought you could still 'view' the webcam even though theres not one installed on my iBook? Any help would be much appriciated, thank you!

Can I ask if you have an AIM or @mac name (A screen name ) ?
If so have you set this up in iChat ?
"Connecting" would indicate you are not Logged on to the AIM server hence my first question.
You can View your Preview by Clicking on your own Video icon next to your Buddy Icon pic. (or by going to the iChat > Preferences > Video section).
If the mac firewall is On but you have not set iChat ports then you could have problems particularly if in the Advanced section you have Stealth mode selected.
You will also need to open the ports in any device that routes to connect you to the internet.

Actionscript 3.0 not working help needed

Well I've made a post about this and it sank away without a single answer. SO here's the problem when making an actionscript 3.0 file I put in some actionscript and it works but after saving my work the actionscript suddenly doesn't work. Actionscript 2.0 work though. Someone please help, customer support is simply saying that it's not their problem.

In this case try to change the power socket. Try to do 30/30/30 hard reset. The following procedure will clear out the NVRAM and set Router back to default values:
~~ With the unit powered on, press and hold the reset button on back of unit for 30 seconds
~~ Without releasing the reset button, unplug the unit and hold reset for another 30 seconds
~~ Plug the unit back in STILL holding the reset button a final 30 seconds....
Then make the physical connectivity. Here are the steps for the physical connectivity for the router:
The router’s power adapter needs to be plugged to your router and into an available power outlet.
If using a wired connection, the first Ethernet cable needs to be plugged to the computer’s LAN port into any of the router’s blue numbered Ethernet ports.
The second Ethernet cable should be plugged to the modem’s Internet port and the other end into the router’s yellow Internet port.
Ensure that you have no firewall enabled that may prevent the router from being detected.

The Issue Is Majorly Caused When Any Effect Is Applied On The Video And Rendered The Issue Occurs. And By Closing The Application And Restarting The Application Its Works Fine Again But As Soon As The Effects Are Applied Same Problem Occurs Recursively.

Email setup not working, Help needed!!!!!!

I recently got a Blackberry Curve. My Text and Web tarrif was activated yesterday so I got a text telling me I can now set up my email account. Upon trying to set up my hotmail account for my Blackberry, I got as far as entering email address and password where it told me 'Your device had a problem connecting to the server'. Anyone know what I need to do?

E61 Bluetooth modem does not work - help needed

I have an IBM ThinkPad R51 Laptop with XP Profesional SP2. I have installed the latest version of PC Suite, 6.82.22.0. I can sync using the bluetooth connection. I can connect my laptop to the internet with my E61 using the USB cable.
But I cannot connect to the Internet using the BlueTooth connection. The BlueTooth modem appears to be the problem. When I try and connect it fails with the msg "Failed to connect to the Network! One Touch Access could not connect to the selected device."
If I go to the Blue Tooth Modem properties via the Control Panel and Query the modem I get the following error msg:
"The modem failed to respond. Make sure it is properly connected and turned on. If it is an Internal modem or is connected, verify that the interrupt for the port is properly set."
BlueTooth stack is WIDCOMM ver. 1.4.3.4.
NB. I am unable to select the Microsoft stack in Connection Manager.

Changing icons & Controls does not work- Help needed

When changing the theme in "theme preferences" only the window borders change... The icons and window controls remains as the same boring default.
Does anybody have a solution to the problem?

Update: A nice little reboot fixed the problem. It may have been because I added fam to the startup...
i always use ... "switch" and "switch2" from pacman. they're small programs to switch gtk/gtk2 themes... I don't have the whole gnome package so that works well for me.

I restored my iphone and updated it but the progress didn't complete and now my iphone is not working. i need help asap.

it seems like apple's activation servers have gone down under the weight of the overwhelming amount of activation requests. you will be able to activate your phone once the servers are able to catch up with the activation requests.
