Minimal Adobe application for book animation

Question

Is it possible using only Dreamweaver to create an animated
image of a book with pages that turn and text on each page that
maps to the text in an e-book; or would Adobe Flash be
necessitated? If the latter, how close an approximation to the
described effect would Dreamweaver support.
Thanks you'all. Corporate support might want to address this
since the exchange of mucho dinero is implied.

The easiest way to do this would be to lay out the pages in
Adobe
InDesign and export from ID to Flash. I don't know if it's
possible in
earlier versions of InDesign and Flash, but I saw a
demonstration of
this technique in CS4 a few days ago. It was very impressive.
Dreamweaver's role would be to display the Flash movies
created by the
other two programs.
