Minimum Height Won't Adjust

Hi,
I have a bunch of dead space at the bottom of my web page that I don't want. I have tried adjusting the Minimum Height in both Page Properties and Site Properties, as well as dragging the arrows at the bottom (they won't move.) Please help!

Please go to File -> Site Properties and disable "Sticky Footer" to see if that resolves the issue.

How to set minimum height size for an empty XML Form iview

Hi,
I'm trying to configure the minimum height size of an XML Form iview without sucess. Even when there is no content to show, iview height size is around 80 pixels. When there is content the automatic configuration works fine and the iview is resized properly.
The iview has automatic size and the minimum size for automatic is with 5 pixels...
Any ideas?

Setting a minimum height for a dyanmic subform

I am creating a form that is reading in a set of instructions from XML. I would like to limit the instructions to 2 per page. Is there a way I can set a minimum height for the subform, so it will at least be 1/2 the page?

Hi,
If that's the case, then you could size each field in the Design view so that each field takes up have a page. Then in the Layout tab select "expand to fit height" (should also have allowed multiple lines in the Object / Field tab).
Then when you import the XML, short instructions will appear two per page, while longer ones will flow onto following pages. If the fields are set to half a page then you should not get more than 2 on a page.

(In HTML I would create a fixed dimension DIV element for this purpose and add its contents later.)

Minimum height for main window

Hi
I am having a table with datas in my main window and a seperate footer(not table footer) which has to be dispalyed at the end of the page and both with borders. My problem is that when there is few data the box of main window is not touching the box of footer. It will display as 2 seperate boxes. I have tried providing minimum height to tables. But did not helped. Please suggest me a solution.

In FORM PAINTER u just join the borders of the main window and the footer.
so that i will display both joined even if the data is more aor less.

New Ipod Touch won't adjust volume

Hey,
I just got a brand new Touch today. After updating to 2.0 suddenly the volume won't adjust when listening to music or watching videos. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

I had the same issue but a "Restore" solved the problem. From Apple:
Try restoring iPod touch using iTunes.
Connect iPod touch. When it appears in the Source list, click on Restore in the Summary tab.
The settings and data are backed up and then re-synced after the ipod is restored to factory settings.

My Brightness won't Adjust

Hi. My Notebook has been working fine until just last night, when the brightness wouldn't adjust for me. The brightness still won't adjust for me this morning. Help?

I understand the brightness shortcut on your notebook is no longer working.
It would help to know which product and operating system you are using. For information on finding your product and model numbers click here: How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? To see which version of Windows you are using click here: Which Windows operating system am I running?
If this issue is new the easiest solution would be to do a system restore to before the issue started. You can access the system restore by tapping F11 while the notebook turns on.
Please let me know if that works, or reply with the notebook model and operating system.

Help! Screen brightness won't adjust =(

I have windows 7. Screen brightness won't adjust. Tried adjusting it with Fn, the battery settings, and the mobility center. The slider bar adjusts on the settings and mobility center, but once I close the window and reopen it, the bar is always at the brightest side. Help!

Smartform table minimum height

Is there a way to specify the minimum height of a table in smartforms, so that if we have say 10 lines in the internal table to be displayed, and we specify 15 as a minimum height, then 5 blank lines will be printed in addition to the other 10?

u can still achieve the requirement by having another secondary window with a template of the size of sec.window with 'N' lines, so that lines are also printed from the secondary window.
Modified steps:
1.having the table in a secondary window (fixed size) and
2.the table width should be equal to the secondary window width and
3.the table should not any have border
4.Now create a sercondary window2 of size and dimention same as the one created earlier .
5.create a template of size equal to the window ,The template will have all the borders for each lines to be printed
Window1 and window 2 will over lap each other .
Now the template with table borders(like ) will be printed from window 2 Then the table contents will be printed from window 1.

Minimum height for second facet in PanelSplitter.

I am using af:panelSplitter with vertical orientation. Is it possible to specify a minimum height for the second facet so that the facet so that the splitter cant be moved down when the second facet have certain height.
At present I can move the splitter till the bottom of the page so that the second facet disappears entirely.

Volume won't adjust or mute

I have a macbook pro that's about a year and a half old and the volume won't adjust anymore. It isn't a headphone jack issue, nor am I getting the "circle" people refer to when they have similar issues. I can't control the volume with my F10,11,12 buttons, or even on my upper toolbar/ system preferences. I still get sound through both the headphones and the internal speakers, but can control the volume through neither. Any ideas would be greatly appricated!

I recently went to the Geforce website and downloaded the latest drivers without a problem. This did not fix the keyboard volume controls issue.

Volume stuck suddenly..Won't adjust..

I've been using my iTouch 1G for a year or so and it's worked flawlessly. Then today I went to use it and it's stuck on a loud volume. I tried adjusting the volume slider, but when it moves, the volume stays the same level. It won't adjust at all! I'm not sure what caused it but I might try restoring to see if that fixes it.
Any idea's?

I was listening to my IPod one day and wondered if the volume button on the side would adjust the volume while listening or if it was just to increase volume when earphones weren't attatched. After adjusting the volume with with the button on the side the slider would no long increase/decrease volume. On a whim I powered off completely and then turned it back on. It apparently reset and the slider worked ok. Hope this works for you before trying a reset. I guess it's the old adage...when all else fails...reboot.

Table - minimum height?

I'm creating an PDF print form for a customer and they have a layout requirement which I cannot figure out how to do.
The problem is that a table should fill the most of the page regardless of the number of lines, but when the document should be paginated, the footer should be moved to the last page. I hoped it would be as simple at the ability to set minimum height on the bodyrow, but this isn't possible.
I hope someone has a great idea how to fix this, as it's beginning to drive me crazy?
Here you can see page 1 and 2 from the customers layout description - if there is no pagination, page 1 should look like page 2.

I already did, but here's some more details.
The bodyrow content is wrapped in a positioned subform, where I calculate the subform height based on table height, page numbers, and the other elements on the pages.
On the initialize event on the wrapper subform I have this javascript:

Currently it needs some work done after some more thorough testing with a lot of lines. But you probably get the point.

Subform minimum height property minH not working

Hi,
I am trying to set the minH property of a subform, so that it is always the same size as the content area that it is sitting in. This is because it has a border around it - I want the resulting box to be the same size regardless of whether the table data fills it up or not. However this is having no effect - when I have less than one subform's worth of data the box is still shrinking.
I can specify the subform as Positioned, with a height of 12cm. This does the job when there is only one page of data, but when the table overflows onto the second page, the subform (including border) is still fixed at 12cm when I want it to potentially stretch down the whole page (20cm).
In the Subform Form Ready event I have the following Javascript:
this.minH = "12cm";
What I was hoping would happen is that the subform would always display a minimum of 12cm on the first page, and on the subsequent pages it would be at least 12cm and expandable up to the maximum content area height of 20cm.
I am using LCD ES version 8.
