Minimum no of sales order

hai all,
where you have the no of minimum sales orders permitted in vk11 condition record...some body told it's in additional data...i am unable to find can u help me?

hai,
you can only see the minimumm sales orders inn the condition record
only when in the condition type functionality if u check condition update feature ,
then go to the conditio record -additional data-u can find it there.
u can
1.max condition value,
2.max sales order
3.max quantity(in terms of unit of measure).
if u want to see the cumulative values go to----extras --cumulative values.

Dear Pankaj,
You can have minimum order quantity by maintaining at Material master -->Sales org data view but, I don't think you have option to control minimum value in sales order in the standrad functionality.
You can try with some user exit with the help of ABAPer.

Minimum Price for Sales Order

Hi Gurus,
We want to implement a price check, so that vbap-netwr cannot be under a certain value.
(Like a kind of PMIN).
But PMIN is not practible as we want to add additional authority-checks.
Which user exit or enhancement can be used to achieve this.
Any sample cadingn would be appreciated.

Use VOFM condition value. See the condition 014 'best value' as a simple sample. Perhaps you can set other condition and set it as statistical to do the comparations in the subroutine.

Min/Max quantity by sales order line items, but not by material?
You can have your abapper code the Additional Data B screen user exits at the line item level. You will add two quantity fields - min qty and max qty. You will also have to code USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP to enforce the rule that order quantity is between the limits.

How to block the material qty to 1 while creating sales order (VA01)?

Hi All,
Scenario : We have 20 Materials each with 100 qty in Plant. In the sales order we should have all the 20 materials with qty one. The sales order should throw an error if the material qty is more than 1 and should not allow to create a sales order.
so is there any transaction code where we can block the entire material qty to 1 from the same plant while creating sales order?
Note: We should not set in MM01 "Minimum order qty". Assume we have 100 material in plant we can't set for each material one by one "minimum order qty".Instead of that is there any option to set the whole material qty to 1 as minimum while creating sales order?
Kindly guide me how to proceed.

If you have access to idoc before calling the processing Function module, Adding header text segments E1EDKT1 and E1EDKT2 to the idoc will create the header text.

If for a material mininum order qty is set to 10 and if an order is placed for anything less than 10 you will get error message straight away
No need of any userexit
With Standard customizing it is possible

Hi,
We can set the control for Min order quantity in the Sales org1 view. Like wise we can control min order value also.
For that we have to use two condition types AMIW & AMIZ.
AMIW is min order value, where as AMIZ is min ord surcharge
Let's say AMIW value is 50,000.If the order value is less than 50,000 then AMIZ comes into picture.Amiz compares the automatically determined order value and AMIW value.The difference of those two values Amiz takes as surcharge and it overwrites the automatically determined order value with this value.
Like wise we can maintain min order value also by using this two cond types.
In the pricing procedure

Charge sales order value with a minimum value

Dear All,
I have one requirement where I would like to charge my sales order value with a minimum value. For example, a minimum sales order value requirements are set at $1,400.00 (the minimum values can be different based on the different materials) per order, if the value of the order exceeds $1,400.00, therefore no minimum fee is applied or displayed and the customer is charged the actual value of the order; if the value of the order is less than the minimum thus the customer is charged the minimum. We also can set the minimum as quantity.
Is there any standard functionality through which this can be done.. or any suggestion?

You can maintain the Condition Record with Condition Type as AMIW wrt to Division & Price Group.You can change the Accesses as per your requirements.

Sales Order Blocking based on Minimum & Maximum Qty, Wt & Value.

Hi Experts,
I need to put a minimum and maximum (value, quantity and weight) set up in Sales Order based on the Customer.
Based on the condition record I should be able to put the minimum and maximum quantity, order value and weight in condition record.
If anybody try to enter less than the minimum and more than maximum system should automatically block the sales order.
Is it possible ? If possible how can I create condition record for this.

For minimum order quantity you can maintain in the material master itself. So whenever you enter the quantity less than the minimum order qty it throws the error and will save the order.
Regarding the maxmum order quantity you have to write the userexit to control the max. quanity by specifying the max. qty in user exit.

Hi,
If you want to be it should be automatically then follow what RAM KI suggested, but without much more work you want do it manually then do as suggested below
Use the field USAGE at header >> under Sales tab
Create table with combination of Sales orgz and usage fileld and generate table
Assign this generated table to access sequence which is used in your frieght condition
Configure two usages as FRIEGHT include and FRIEGHT Exclude
Maintain condition record for the frieght condition with above combination
Now when you create sales order go header level and select usage as you select usage system will pull values from condition record for frieght.

We maintained minimum order quantity for material ; can we put massage sale oraganization wise
ie for SO IN01 Massage type is 'E"
& for IN02 massage type is 'W"
If my minimum order qty. is 10 then SAP will accept the sale order qty. with multiple of 10 .
Eg. If customer placed order qty. 15 Nos. Dose SAP convert it into 20 automatically ?

Min sales order qty is controlled through MMR Sales Org 1 - if you want it to round up or down to the correct order quantity then you will need to create a rounding profile (see below).
Otherwise to change your message from a info or warning to an error goto transaction OVAH message V4 082 and change to E = error.
Rounding Profile
Key that the system uses to adjust the order proposal quantity to deliverable units.
Procedure
In Customizing, enter a threshold value from which the system should round up to the next value per deliverable unit:
If the requirements value exceeds the first threshold value, the system always rounds up to the next multiple of the level found
If the requirements value falls below the first threshold value, the system copies the original requirements value.
Two other types of rounding exist:
Dynamic rounding profile:
These profiles are used to round up quantities to logistical units of measure (for example, layers). The contents of a logistical unit of measure does not have to be know when creating the rounding profile. It is determined by the master data from the material master.
Rounding profile with quantity to be added/subtracted
With these profiles, the given quantity is changed either by adding a percentage or subtracting a percentage.
Only static rounding profiles are taken into account in requirements planning. Neither dynamic rounding profiles not quantity addition/ subtraction are taken into account.
Examples
A material's base unit of measure is 1 unit; the purchase order is to be delivered in layers (1 layer corresponds to 5 units) or in pallets (1 pallet corresponds to 8 layers which contains 40 units).
You maintain the profile as follows:
From a requirements of 2 units, the system is to round up to 5; from a requirement of 32 units, the system is to round up to 40.
This results in the following order proposal quantities:
Requirement from 1 -> 1 requirement from 31 -> 30
Requirement from 2 -> 5 requirement from 32 -> 40
Requirement from 6 -> 10 requirement from 74 -> 80
Requirement from 7 -> 10
Dependencies
If no rounding profile has been entered, the system uses the rounding value entered in the material master record for the planning run

i have created Material like mobile phone, in material Sale-org 1 i have mention minimum quantity as 5 no to be order and i creat sales order as 2no of mobile phone, but the minimum quantity display mesage showing like total weight, not total quantity, how can i display error message like min quantity 5 no should to be order.

Check the unit of mimimum order qty in MM01... That may be as KG...
<b>Minimum Order qty Unit will be same as Base unit of measure...</b>
If You have KG there you have to maintain base unit of measure as you need may be EA-each/PCS for your requirment...

Am trying to restrict (via a warining message) users from creating sales orders with less than a minimum quantity for a given material and a given customer. I read in some threads that I should use transaction VD51, but the only thing I can do is to specify minimum delivery quantity. Can you please suggest a solution? Thanks

Hi,
Since your scenario of minimum order qty, setting it in the material master might not solve as you told. But you can think of creating dummy contracts ( quantity contracts ) for those customers whose those minimum order quantities as per your requirement. And whenever you want make a sales order for these customer make sure refer these contracts and reference the quantity fully. Now, from the quantity contracts
customer A - 5, B - 10 so on ...., units is copied into sales order as you desired.
