Hi,
I need to check the configuration settings where the sales orders can be blocked if the ordered quantity is less than that of minimum order quantity.
Pls threw some light on this.

Dear Krishna
Go To OVAH t code
message class V4 and message no 082
Change from warning to error
The mininum order qty for a material can be set in sales org data 1 tab
If for a material mininum order qty is set to 10 and if an order is placed for anything less than 10 you will get error message straight away
No need of any userexit
With Standard customizing it is possible
This has has been tested by me recently and you too can test it

Free goods determined in Delivery over Order Quantity in Sales Order Item
Hi Gurus,
I've a problem about using free goods determination.
First I created free goods master record with following information
ZG1010012060075 From 100 PC -> Free good ZG1040012060075 2 PC
Free goods Category = '2' (Exclusive)
Free goods delivery control = 'E' (Delivery proportional to quantity in main item)
Then I've created Sales Order with
Item 10 ZG1010012060075 4,000 PC.
Item 11 ZG1040012060075(Free good) has been automatically determined for 80 PC
Then I've splitted Item 10 into 4 deliveries. The result of free goods determine in each delivery are as follow:
Delivery#1)
Item10 ZG1010012060075 = 1,176 PC
Item20 ZG1040012060075 = 24 PC
Delivery#2)
Item10 ZG1010012060075 = 1,176 PC
Item20 ZG1040012060075 = 24 PC
Delivery#3)
Item10 ZG1010012060075 = 1,176 PC
Item20 ZG1040012060075 = 24 PC
Delivery#4)
Item10 ZG1010012060075 = 472 PC
item20 ZG1040012060075 = 9 PC
*Remark : Total quantity of 'ZG1040012060075'(free goods) = 92424+24 = 81 PC
(Greater than 80 PC)*
I think the system determined free goods in Delivery#4 correctly due to rounding up. But It might not be over the order quantity in Sales Order Item 11. Even though I've set the item category in delivery with Check overdelivery = 'B' (Situation rejected with an error message), the free goods are determined over order qty. BUT if I change delivery qty in delivery#4 Item20 from 9 PC -> 8 PC -> 9 PC, the error message occurred.
My point is to fix the system not determine free goods in delivery items over order quantity in sales order item.
Has anyone met this situation before? Do you have any idea about this issue?
Best Regards,
Prachya LalitnorasateDear Sai,
Thank you for your advice, but it didn't solve my problem.
I would like the system to determine free goods with proportional to main item AND In the last delivery main item delivered completely free goods must be determined equal to remaining open delivery item.
Do you have any idea about configuration/customization? -
Restricting order quantity in Sales Order
Hi Folks
I have a requirement that my material can only be ordered in multiples of 5 KG, 15 KG and 25 KG. Could you suggest how can i control the ordered quantity in sales order ? is there a standard way in SAP to do it or does it require customization.
ThanksHi
The delivery units like in the multiples of 5 like 5 or 10 or 15 can be maintained in sales org data 1 tab of the material master delivery units field
Having set this So when creating the delivery if the multiples are not properly given the system will throw a warning message message no V4 and 081
You can set this message as errr message in t code OVAH
But there is a risk involved here
If the delivery units is maintained as mutiples of 5 that is 5 ,and 10 and 15 like that in MMR sales org data 1 tab andin OVAH it set as error message V4 and 081 then if the sales order is for 21 units then the delivery will be allowed only till 20 units
So carefully lookimg at many angles this should be used

Hi All....
When we create a sales order with reference to Quotation, then the quantity will be copied from quotation. Later on if user tries to change that quantity in sales order then it is giving a warning message......but what we need is a error message rather than a warning message....so that user will not be allowed to change quantites which are copied from quotation.
Thanks in advance....Hi Rajesh and Vinay...
Thanks for your replies.....
I went in to that of message variables but how to proceed from there...every thing is greyed out....
Regarding that user exit they want me to do this in configuration.....
The message no which i am getting for warning is V1503
Thanks in advance......

Planned Order creation for Sales Order and Purchase Order
Hi
We have a following requirement.
In normal scenario when we have demand for material which was created by MD61 and in addition to that if there is Sales Order the 1st planned order gets revised. To better expalin this consider possible scenario
You create plan via MD61 for 200 qty .The system creates Planned Order for 200.
Now there is Sales Order for 150 peices. Then what happens is original Planed Order of 200 is changed to 50 and another planned order is created for 150 peices. The requirement is not summed.
Now in new scenario instead of Sales Order there is Intercompany Purchase Order of 150 peices.
Now the system is not changing original Planned Order of 200,but it created another planned order of 150.So now there are 2 Planned Orders of 150 and 200.
What I want to know is there any way wherein the system will reduce the original planned order (similar to Sales Order scenario)
RegardsHi,
Use Strategy 52 in urs case.
PIR witll be created .
None convertable planned order will be created.
Once you get sales order for that material.
New planned order will be created which will consume PIR( planned order ).
Eg.
PIR 10.
Planned order 10 qty.
Sales oder 6
Planned order for SO 6 qty
Planned order through pir will become 4 qty.

Planned order MD11/Planned order MD02 for sale order
hi
How to identify a planned order ref to sale order created manually MD11 or created by MRP run MD02.
is there any table entries plaaned order and transaction codes?
i got two planned orders qty1 and qty5 from a client for same sale order item.
what could be possibilites.
-ashokDear,
Couple of check,
1) Check Lotsize ?
2)Planning strategy?
3)Individual /collective requirements indicator in MRP4 view?
For MTO, you will get one Planned Orders per one requirement element.
So, you are getting number of Planned Orders for FG?
For MTS Scenarion, the Lot Size EX will work just like the Daily lotsize (TB).
So, system will club all the requiremnts per day and propose the Planned Orders for 1 day requirements.
You will get separate planned orders for the Next day.
Hope clear to you.

Move Order Numbers for Sales Orders
Hi Every one,
I got a Requirement Like Below.
After booking the Orders in Sales Orders form, we will pick release the Orders.
In our Sales Orders, we are giving the Subinventory from where the Item has to be fetched in the Ware House, while creating the Orders.
For us,While Pick releasing the Orders,We are getting multiple order numbers grouped under a single move order Header. But we require a distinct move order to be generated for each of the Sales Order.
Please Help me by suggesting how this can be accomplished.
Thanks in Advance,
Karthik..Gerry,
There is standard way as I can see it. As you should be knowing the architecture is to create the picking batch fist (which in turn becomes your move order number) and then loop through for all eligible orders to create move order lines. The way to beat this is to create a batch for each order number. You can create custom program and loop through your eligible order lines and pass order number to picking batch.
If you are on R12( may be even 11.5.10.2), you can use WSH_PICKING_BATCHES_PUB. create_batch and release_batch. Just pass your order number also to to the record. What it does basically is creating a picking_batch (move order number) for each order.
Thanks

Fixed Date and Quantity for Sales order
We have Requested Delivery Date in our order entry page in CRM ISA. This date is transferred fine to R/3 with the sales order.
We want to flag the "Fixed Date and Quantity" field in schedule lines of the order in R/3 when the order is replicated to R/3.
We also want to restrict the order specific to particular organization for which the fixed date and quantity is flagged when the
order is replicated
Any ideas on how to achieve this?thanks Rajesh..But I would like to do in a sales order without doing going to any other transaction. Can I assume that this is a gap and we need to code in user exit to trigger 413 movement type.
points are rewarded.
