MIRO: Delivery note and Planned Delivery Costs

Hi experts,
I'm trying to register planned delivery cost starting from the delivery note selection in MIRO.
The reason is that i usually have many GR of the same PO and i want to register the correct delivery cost only for the material that i have actually received.
How and where could I work to set the correct solution? (price conditions maybe)
Any help is appreciated.
Warm Regards,
Pierluigi

go  to  miro
select the planeed delivery layout variant and select the po or delivery note for the refrence
i sugget u to mark the gr based iv check box in po and then do the miro so that system will suggest the values for the specific delivery of material in miro

  • Delivery note wise planned delivery cost

    Hi Experts,
Please let us know in MIRO we want to pass planned delivery cost bills delivery note wise.
But while we choosing delivery note option the option to choose planned delivery cost is vanishing.
Our main motto to get the planned delivery cost grn wise in MIRO, please suggest how that can be achieved.
    Regards

hi thanks for reply I have found the solution that delivery note only take cares the value part of the material
I have to use bill of lading to get the delivery cost at IR
Is there any way or copy control that whatever is being entered in delivery note at MIGO should be copied to the bill of lading field, with a flexibility user can change if he wants

  • Condition category B,F and planned delivery cost indicator in MIRO

    hi,
i would like to clarify the linking between condtion category and planned delivery cost indicator in MIRO.
    1) if in PO, i have condition type where category is B(delivery cost) or F(freight), then during GR, system will credit freight/customs clearing account. subsequently in MIRO, i have to choose planned delivery cost indicator when create invoice, correct?
    2) if my PO has no condition type where category is B or F, i do not have to choose planned delivery cost indicator during MIRO as no freight/customs clearing account to be set off. correct?
    thanks

    Hi Eliana,
I think you are on right track.

  • System is not considering Planned Delivery time

    Dear Gurus,
As iam planning for the month of January and running the MRP,schedulelines are getting generated but system is not condering Planned Delivery time maintained in the material master ie. 7days.Following is the example:
I have a FERT-X with a component A-1PC in its BOM and its planned delvery time from vendor is 7 Days.If iam running the MRP on 13/12/2010 for FERT-X  100 PCS for January1,2011 then the schedule lines are getting generated for for component A is on 01/01/2011.But PDT is maintianed in material master is 7 days and same has been maintianed in vendor inforecord. But system is not considering it.
Kindly help to resolve the issue.
    With Regards.

I have one ROH which has two different vendors.
Two scheduling Agreemnt with target qty 100000 kg each.
Two different Vendor info record with Min. order qty maintained.V1-1000Kg,V2-6000Kg.
One source list with two vendors and with respective scheduling agreement.
Quota arrangement is there in which SOB is maintiained 50:50.
I hv the requirement of 3084 kg of ROH.
I run the MRP and two diiferent schedule lines are getting generated with 50:50 qty as mentioned in Quota arrangement.
Not considering the minimum order qty maintiained in vendor info record.
    The above process is correct
Only One doubt In Quota Arrangement?
IS two schedule line is created after MRP run?
Generally System will  select a vendor Whose Quota value is less
quota rating   = quota base quantity + quota-allocated quantity/ quota

  • 10.7 ERP Question on Planned Shipment Date and Planned Delivery Date

    Hi All,
I have a 10.7 ERP question related to Planned shipment date and Planned Delivery Date which are on shipment::released event.
Are these held and displayed at the shipset / shipment level on ERP database
and forms or are they held & displayed at theline level ?
This question is specific to Oracle ERP 10.7
    Thanks,
    SM

I do not believe 10.7 documentation is available online anymore. Release 11 documentation is available at http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/A60725_05/r11_doc.htm - the functionality closely resembles 10.7

  • "Create delivery" not allowed (Sys. status Cost, object VB0000000237000010)

    Dear All,
While creating delivery i am getting the error saying as below,
"Create delivery" not allowed (Sys. status Cost, object VB0000000237000010). and allowing me to the process delivery. we are the scenario for make to order process.
    please suggest the solution.
    kamlesh panchal

    Not clear on your comments
Create delivery "not allowed" (Sys. status Cost, object
VB0000000237000010). and "allowing me to the process delivery"
When the error message says creating delivery is not allowed,  then how are you able to process delivery.
Nevertheless,  go to VA02, input the sale order reference and execute. From top menu bar, click on "Goto -- Header -- Status". There again click on "Object status" and check whether any lock is there. If so, change it and then retry

  • Delivery Notes and CofAs we are having issues.

Hi , one of our users has the following problem:
    ==================================
I have recently had a printer put  on the network that is compatible with SAP.  When we generate CofAs or Delivery Notes from SAP, the printout font is now in courier and the letters/numbers are overlapping in some sections.
We need to have this fixed so the CofAs/DNs are legible.
Also, the DNs should be printing two-sided.  They are not now.  The printer is capable of printing two-sided.
    ==================================
    Summary:
I printed out a Quality Notification and it prints fine.  Only the Delivery Notes and CofAs we are having issues.
    what could be the problem?
    how could it be fixed?
    please let us know.
    Regards.

I tried this option, but did not help. We have two weblogic servers on different
machines. One works fine in downloading pdf file over https, but not the other.
The error we are getting after selecting it to save it to a file:
IE cannot download xx.pdf from www.xxx.com
From the link, when we say "save target as", we get different error as:
This file could not be written to cache.
Someone suggested to pass "pragma: public" or "pragama: no-cache" in the header.
But we are just simply serving it as a file, neither from servlet nor from jsp.
So I suspect it something to do with our weblogic proxy or security configuration.
              Any ideas/help is much appreciated.
              Thanks

  • Planned Delivery Date and Actual Delivery date.

    Hi,
Is there a report in SAP which shows the delivery date of a PO line item and actual GR posting date from PO history in one report?
I need to display the planned delivery date and actual delivery date in one report, preferably in columns next to each other.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi
To my knowledge there is no such report. You will have to develop this report through ABAP help. You need to pick the planned delivery date from the PO and GR posting date from material document. Both this fields (EEIND & BUDAT) can be viewed in the PO history.
However, challenge will be when you have multiple delivery dates and receipt posting dates are for part quantities.

  • Change Picking data, then call Delivery Note and Invoice in the background

I have designed a GUI where the picking data (from table LIPS) is changed.  Now my SD consultant wants the program, when a SAVE or CONTINUE button is clicked, to do the Delivery Note and Invoice in the background.
    To quote:
Your progrm must change the values in the delivery in txn VL02n, when the delivery is saved it updates LIKP and LIPS amongst othr tables. When the invoice / billing doc is created it is done with ref to the delivery. Billing doc created using txn VF01, the main tables of the billing doc are VBRK (header) and VBRP (item).  And for completion sake, tables VBAK and VBAP are the sales order tables!
In my PAI module, how do I do the calling of these two functions?
The consultant suggested I use a BDC. Why can't I use Call Transaction.... ?   What is the best way to do this?
At the moment, my SAVE button updates an internal table of LIPS, and for test purposes it exits to List Processing to test if the amounts changed correctly.
    Hope someone can help.

    Hi
    Ok.
Do you mean "Accual GI Date" in Item overview ?
I have performed a test. When I check "Goods Issue delivery" indeed it has posting date in the past.
    Now for the invoice:
    I set
    "Billing date"
    "Serv. rendered" date
and "Prining date" in the past.
Would it be enough to post everything in the last month ?
    regards

  • Req. delivery date and plan order finish date relationship

    Dear Experts,
I have a question on setting the req. delivery date and plan order finish date relationship. Now, I want the plan order finish date is one day before the req. delivery date, is it possible to set it in configuration? Please advised! Many thanks!
    Regards,
    Matt Yim

    Matt,
Please use a schedule margin key(SMK) in the material master MPR2 view which has float after production defined as 1day.
If there are no SMK with that defination then you can define you own in customisation and assign the same in the material master. (SPRO--->Production ->MRP->Planning ->Scheduling and Capacity Parameters->Define Floats).

  • 'Delivery Completed' and 'Final Delivery' indicators in me23n

    Hi Guys,
What's the difference between the 'Delivery Completed' and 'Final Delivery' indicators in me23n?
    Best Regards,
    Alper Myumyun

    Hi,
    EKPO-ELIKZ ("Delivery Completed" Indicator)
SAP help (pushing F1 on the field):
Indicates that the item is to be regarded as closed.
    (SAP F1 in MIGO)
Indicates whether the delivery completed indicator is set for this item in the corresponding purchase order.
    Use
This indicates the current status of the purchase order item.
    EKPO-EGLKZ ("Outward Delivery Completed" Indicator)
SAP help (pushing F1 on the field):
If this indicator is set, no further outbound deliveries can be generated for the item.
The indicator is used in conjunction with a partial delivery arrangement. If the partial delivery arrangement provides for just one delivery attempt, for example, the system automatically sets the "outward delivery completed" indicator when the outbound delivery is created.
You can also set the indicator manually.

  • Return delivery and Planned delivery costs

    Hi guru
scenario: I create a PO (Vendor A) with Planned delivery costs on order item.
I store planned delivery costs in the purchase order item on the Item conditions screen. ( I enter a different vendor for "freight vendor" - Vendor B, select the desired condition on the condition screen and choose Goto - Details. Overwrite the content of the Vendor field).
    I create GR. OK
I create a return delivery (122) but I have to pay invoice for "freight vendor" to Vendor B.
    Can I make it?

    Hi,
    At the time of GR;
    Stock A/c - 110 - Dr
    GR/IR Clearing - 100 - Cr
    Freight Clearing - 10 - Cr
And when you return it then same entry gets reversed.
So at the time of MIRO, it will not propose the freight value automatically but you refer the PO and select "Planned delivery cost" and then under "GL Account" Tab, enter Freight Expense A/c - Dr and "Simulate", it will credit vendor and then Post

  • Delivery notes and serial numbers

    Hi
I have a simple SQL question.
How do I get the serial numbers in "plain SQL"?
The SDK "Help Center" shows that I can get the delivey notes from the ODLN table and then dig into the DLN1 rows and get the list of items. However, serial numbers are within the OSRI table (OSRI.IntrSerial).
How can I "bridge" DLN1 with OSRI? Or, how do I get all serial numbers related to an item of a delivery note in "simple SQL selects"?

    Hi Vieri.
You have to link to table SRI1 where saves the transactions you made with transactional documents where includes items with serial numbers. The query could be as follows:
    SELECT ODLN.DOCDATE, ODLN.DOCNUM, OSRI.SUPPSERIAL  FROM OSRI
    JOIN SRI1 ON (SRI1.SYSSERIAL = OSRI.SYSSERIAL)
    JOIN ODLN ON (ODLN.DOCENTRY = SRI1.BASEENTRY)
    JOIN DLN1 ON (DLN1.ITEMCODE = OSRI.ITEMCODE)
    WHERE ODLN.DOCENTRY = 5
    ORDER BY ODLN.DOCDATE DESC
I don´t know by the moment if via SDK you can read this information.
    I hope it helps.
    Best regards.
