MIRO - item data change

Hi,
We want to change data when saving the invoice. We use these user-exits and enhancements but it doesn't change item data. (field : MATNR)
enhancemet : LMR1M001 ,
badi : INVOICE_UPDATE
What can I do to change item data for matnr field.

What you are intendiing to change is the Important criteria, if you are trying to change data whcih is linked to other objevct then it is not possible.
Only free fields caqn be altered in the Invoice line item such as texts or any Cost object like cost center or WBS or Profit center....
What is the field you are intending to change at update.

Hi,
Please go to t-code VOV8,select your s.doc type and double click it.Pl check no of days in "Requested delivery date/pricing date/PO date" -Lead time in days.
If it is 5,change it to 8.
Schedule line date is also determined after system carry out availability check.

   and it saves.
2. To check if this happens or not,
    After that write COMMIT Work.
3. In DEBUG mode,
   execute till the FM and COMMIT Work,
4. In another session,
   see the table STXH
   to know whether it REALLY Gets
   updated or not!

Line Item Value change in MIRO Transaction

I have one requirement i.e as follows.

After getting the items in table control of the miro screen of a particular order.
I have to clicked on edit own condition of selected item.
then it will show another screen ( create invoice document item - conditions)which have the all condtions details like
Fra1 , frb1 , sd% , Penalty % , gross price , frieght charges etc.
In this screen first time it is showing line item as
in the miro intial screen i.e. if u click po item
10 it will show 10 only.
after updating fra1 value , i came back to the main screen at that time it is asking that select the any one of three.
after selecting manual selection its fra1 was changed.
once again if i go to the same line item by clicking
the edit own condition(13 column if u select all information in textbox whixh is above tablecontrol right corner) it is showing line item as 1 in screen ( create invoice document item - conditions) which should be line item as 10. ( here i took line item as 10)
Please clarify this, why it is showing
first time as a original line item and
after updating it is showing like
for line item 10 -

"...it does not work..." is probably the worst description of a problem you can imagine. As an application developer you should know that. Do you use firebug to see what happens once it "does not work"? Any better hints?

Change Date for Order Item Partner Changes

When I make a change to a partner on an Order Item the Change Date VBAP-EDATU is not populated. can anyone recommend a way to have this field filled for all changes to any fields on an Order (header and Item)?

It can be done by WF, Why you need a warning message?

IW51 - Badi during save to change item data

Hello experts,
we are trying to modify on service notification the item data (classification data).
We are trying to do it via BAdI Interface IF_EX_NOTIF_EVENT_SAVE.
Once we reach that badi we want to update classification data using function BAPI_OBJCL_CHANGE.
We pass the document number we have to the object key of the bapi (qmnum + fenum).
But bapi returs us message that document xxxx does not exist.
When we test bapi vie SE37 it works .
But in the badi it seems failing cause the document is not yet commited.
Do you have an idea of how we could call the bapi to change item data with document number saved before ? (other badi, exit, other solution,...)
Or any other idea could be welcome.

There should be entries in FPLTC for FPLNR found in table FPLA. Try from SE16, enter FPLNR preceded by zeros so that the total length is 10 and execute.For example, FPLNR is 10, enter 0000000010.

BAPI / FM to change Sales order item data

Hi,
I need a BAPI or FM to update the following fields of VBAP (Sales Document Item Data)
KZWI2 - Subtotal 2 from pricing procedure for condition
KZWI3 - Subtotal 3 from pricing procedure for condition
KZWI4 - Subtotal 4 from pricing procedure for condition
KZWI5 - Subtotal 5 from pricing procedure for condition
I found FM: ISM_SALES_ITEM_CHANGE for this, but when I use it, it gives me dump for some data object 'XJKNBK'.
Does any one have idea on how to use this FM or if any other FM is there please let me know?

I think you can try the Bapi 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE'. You can make use of its Tables Parameter CONDITIONS_IN and CONDITIONS_INX.

SO Delivery date change when item category is modified

Hi expert,
When i change the item category on my SO, the delivery date change.
Can you please give me the configuration, or exit to check how the delivery date is calculated?

- Set a breakpoint at function module SD_SCHEDULING
- Change your item category
- This should trigger your breakpoint (if SD_SCHEDULING is changing the delivery date)
- Post screenshot of call stack back here.
Looking at the call stack will give us an idea of why a new scheduling is triggered.
If SD_SCHEDULING is not called, then I assume it must be a user exit causing the issue - check your coding in the SD user exits of include MV45AFZZ.

Change Sales Contract Item Data - VA42

Dear Colleagues,
I'm trying to create an LSMW that will allow us to change item data in a quantity contract. We used a direct input program to create the contracts but I'm not sure that it can be used to change them as well. Our info from the contract creation is below.
The item level fields we're attempting to change are contract start date and contract end date VEDA-VBEGDAT and VEDA-VENDDAT
Does anyone know if it's possible to use this program to change contract item data? Is there a better method other than trying a batch input recording?

Hello gurprit Bhatia,
On the view create a new action. Fill only the Name and Text and leave the other items default.
In this event you can populate the table fields.
Bound this newly created action (event) to the onSelect property of the 'DropDownByIndex'.

Reg. Exit/BADI for changing item data of PO in ME22N

Hi all,
My requirement is to update the field LABNR (Order Ack.) of few specific line items of a PO, in the Transaction ME22N, using Exit/BADI.
I have tried the BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST. But the PROCESS_ITEM method of this BADI processes only the line item which has been changed/inserted in ME22N transaction. But my requirement is to update line items irrespective of whether that line item was "changed/not changed" during the process in ME22N screen.
Could you please suggest me some suitable Exit/BADI for this requirement.

Problem solved by implementing the method Process_Header.
1. Get the items from Header                              - im_header->get_items
2. Loop the item list and get the line item record   - re_item-item->get_data
3. <- Logic to Update the line item - >.
4. Update the line item                                       - re_item-item->set_data

Adding new fields to Item Data - PO (ME

Is it possible to add new custom fields to PO Item Data in Confirmations tab and these new fields are required only in PO Change (ME22N).
How can we achieve this!

Can anybody confirm BADI ME_GUI_PO_CUST will acheive desired functionality for above posted issue!
Functionality: Adding new custom fields to confirmation tab. During Inbound delivery in confirmation tab (Item data) if 'Confirmation category' is selected then the new custom fields should show up below for input & they can be saved.
if 'Confirmation category' is not selected then new custom fields should be invisible.

How can I recover from a Botched BATCH DATE CHANGE in iPhoto?

Short Story: Intending to change the date for one photo I managed to change the dates for all 8,525 images in my iPhoto08 library to the SAME DATE!! I found that the original creation dates were saved in the in the Modified field that appears in the Photo Info Window / File metadata subsection. I would like some help figuring out how to set the Date Created to this File Modified Date that appears in the Photo Info Window.
GORY DETAILS:
I used iPhoto08/ Photos menu / BATCH CHANGE... /“Set DATE to 20100723 1:20:54 PM” with “Modify original files” checked. iPhoto changed all 8,525 images to the same date.
I now realize I should have used Photos menu / Adjust Date and Time ... But the damage was already done. Unfortunately there was no Edit menu / Undo for this operation. ALL 8,525 images have the same date. I checked in the the iPhoto Information sidebar--same date all images.
Next, as a test, I dragged an image to the desktop and opened it in Graphic Converter7.0.3. The same date “20100723 1:20:54 PM” appeared in the Image Browser List /”Date Created”, “Date Modified”, “Date Captured” metadata fields.
The following appeared in the Graphic Converter

Actually it's my Mom and Dad's iPhoto library containing all the kids and grand kids pictures, family trips, important events, everything. There is no backup. I feel as if I have tipped over a file cabinet containing all our photos. Our “date and event” organized 8,525 image iPhoto library was now as useful as a giant shoebox. On second thought, a shoe box full of real photo prints would be more useful than my iPhoto library because the prints would have the print date stamped on them.
At this point feeling desperate I closed my eyes and said a quick prayer to Saint Rita - Patron Saint of the Impossible.
I returned to iPhoto .................and noticed the Show Photo Info MENU item in the Photo Menu.
I selected it.
And Low and behold,
in the Photo Info WINDOW,
under the Meta data File SUBSECTION, the correct photo creation date appeared -->" Modified: 20071002 05:46:07 PM" I checked different photos ... They all had different FILE MODIFIED dates. These dates were/are the old creation dates! My prayers were answered: THANK YOU SAINT RITA!
But now I am really stumped! This File Modified Date seems to be some kind of external metadata that is indexed or keyed to each image. How is this metadata stored in the iPhoto library? How can I access this File Modified date? I now turn to you GREAT iPhoto WIZARDS. Pray tell, how can I set the “Creation Date to the file Modified Date” that appears in the Photo Info Window as a (scriptable?) batch process.
I am on my knees for this one...please help. we have iphoto11 but afraid to upgrade to it. until i know more i don't want to loose this Modified Date metadata.

iPhoto seems to be using file metadata as some sort of index key in the
Photo Info Window. open up the iphoto library package and take a look at
the .xml file -- ModDate is used everywhere. hoping to export this data and merge/join it to
each image.
