MIRO Layout with the Intended sequence

I am introducting my self as Rravindrareddy.P. FICO Consultant. I need your help to meet my client requirement.

I have created New MIRO layout in T Code SHD0 with the required fields and deleted the unwanted fields.( Made Invisisble)
But the client requirement is such way that these filelds in the lay out should be in a specific order . i can make out this temporarily dragging the fileds from one position to other postion .
But the client requirement is that , Lay out created should have the fields in the sequence and this should be available permanently and should not disapper once we came back from the screen .
MY QUERY IS :
HOW TO MAKE THIS LAY OUT AS PERMANENT WITH SPECIFIC SESEQUENCE OF THE FIELDS ( COLUMNS SHOULD BE SEQUENCE PERMANENTLY)

Problem with the browse sequence back and browse sequence next widget placed in the screen layout

Hi,
Some basics: We are using Robohelp 10 to generate multiscreen html5 output. We used the pharmaceutical screen layout downloaded from: http://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/robohelp-screen-profiles-layouts.html but modified it to match our GUI.
We are having a problem with the browse sequence back and browse sequence next buttons placed in the screen layout from the widgets tool bar. We are in no way experts at this part of Robohelp...and the css portion of all this is a bit of mystery but we have managed to get mostly what we need. Now we just need these buttons to work. In the past we used Airhelp and things worked great. Can anyone help us understand why the sequence buttons are not showing up in the output even though it does in the topic preview?

or maybe the interface has been set to Dark?
Go to Preferences > Interface tab, choose Light from Color Theme dropdown on Apearance section (upper part of the window)

HT2587 Keyboard Layout Creator. Unfortunately I do not find any layout with the word "Apple" behind it out of the list.

I was not able to find a specific keyboard layout with the following word "Apple" in parenthesis.

All those layouts should work with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8...
You get the parenthesis, the @ sign and other symbols exactly on the same key on OS X and Windows (see last 2 screen shots for the Swiss French layout).
The only difference is that on Windows to "alt/option" you must either [ctrl] + [alt left] or [alt right].
For a reminder if you want to toggle between "standard function keys" and "special features printed on each key" you can set this in "System Preferences > Keyboard" and "BootCamp Control Panel" respectively on OS X and Windows.

How to get a specific layout with the available layout managers?

Not done java GUI's (approximately 5 and a half years) for a while (I havn't even touched java for ages until a few months ago), and I am a little embarrased by how much I have forgotten.
After tring unsuccessfully several times with TableLayouts and GridBagLayouts to produce this [ [http://i32.tinypic.com/fl94kp.png] ] sort of layout, I have decided I am either being incredibly stupid, or It's a rather difficult thing to do.
(Sorry about the crudeness of the drawing)
Please can someone point me on the right track as to what combination of layout managers + components I should be using to achive this, or even be super kind and post a code snippet for it.
Preferably, I would like to use just the default layout manages / components that come with java, which will allow me to continue working on the GUI in netbeans without it complaining, but I'll use external libraries if absolutely nesecarry.

Yes, A BorderLayout did solve my problems. It appears I was being stupid after all. :)
@Encephalopathic. Using a gridbaglayout does indeed help with the centering issue for the smaller panel on the right. I had just worked that out myself when you posted. I had been reluctant to try the gridbaglayout for that, because it caused me a load of pain when I tried using it for the original problem.

Premiere CS6 What to do with the Match Sequence Settings MPEG?

Premiere does not seem to handle long exports, meaning, videos that are over an hour. The only way I can get an export with a decent turnaround is to export using the Match Sequence Settings tab. After the export I can preview the file, but I cannot convert it. How do I convert this 22GB file for youtube? H.264, etc, I have tried and failed. Even Adobe Media Composer exports it with audio but no video. What gives?

Premiere handles long exports just fine. If not on your system, then something is messed up there.
Don't use "Match Sequence", just choose "H.264" for the Format, and for Preset choose "YouTube 720p".
I haven't uploaded anything longer than maybe 10 minutes to YouTube and I know they used to have some time and/or file size limits and those recently changed, but up to you to check that before you spend a lot of encoding time only to find they won't accept it, maybe needs to be cut into parts.
By the way, what is the video source format, and editing Sequence settings used in Premiere?

Issue with the Access Sequence related to Pricing

Hi Gurus,
I have one issue related to Pricing. I have an access sequence ZPCD which has Table "A558" assigned to it.
Table A558 has fields
5 Sales Org
10 Distribution channel
20 Division
25 Customer.
But the issue is here.....in the access sequence ZPCD the field "20 Division" got deleted some how.
but i checked the table A558, it has "Division" in it.
So, summary is Table A558 has field Division, but the access sequence ZPCD is missing field Division in Access table A558.
Table 518 contains 585 condition record entries entries in Production system.
So question is how will i add Division back to the Access sequence Table A558.

If I am correct, in access sequence, at field level, there is no deletion option available and hence, I am surprised how this could be possible.
Anyway, you can try in development server as follows:-
Go to V/07, select ZPCD, block the table 558 and delete. Save the data. Now try to reassign the same table and see how it works.

Problem with the display sequence of free characteristics in Bex Analyzer

Hello,
I want to display free characteristics in particular sequence in Bex Analyzer.
I have arranged free characteristics in particular sequence in bex designer but while executing the report from analyzer
free characteristics are not getting displayed in the sequence in which i wanted to display it in query output.
Could you please let me know what setting needs to be done in order to display free characteristics in required sequence in bex analyzer.

Please observe that the sequence of Characteristics in BEx Analyzer is Alphabetic (in ascending order), I faced a similar situation once and I solved it by adding a prefix to the Characteristic Name at the query level, for example.

Distribution Channel
Division
Month
Sales Organization
Year
Could be sorted this way.
A01. Year
A02. Month
B01. Sales Organization
B02. Distribution Channel
B03. Division
C01. Customer

Can we make horizontal / vertical swipe layouts with the package "CS 6 Design & Web Premium" ?

At this moment I'm testing the package "CS6 Design & web premium" to check whether this package could be useful for me.
In the trial version of "creative suite 6 design & web premium", it's not possible to use the menu "Folio builder" > you need to get the required software first by clicking on "updates" in the menu "Help".
Unfortunately, I can't click on "updates". Is it because I'm using the trial version ?

The trial certainly allows updates. If it’s grayed out give it a few minutes.
And please post any DPS related questions in the DPS forum, not the InDesign forum.

"Welcome to the Task Sequence Wizard" never shows on PXE boot, but does on Boot Media with prestart command

Hey guys, I have a fairly odd situation here. I have all OSD Task Sequence advertisements set to "PXE and Boot Media (hidden)" and all are optional
(not mandatory). I use a powershell form via prestart command to give the user a choice which limits what task sequences they choose. When everything is working, this process works. Unknown desktop-class systems see desktop task sequences,
and server-class systems see server task sequences.
Here's where it's different when I use different boot methods:
Boot Media
"Welcome to the Task Sequence Wizard" is presented. User hits or clicks Enter.
Powershell form is presented; user picks their task sequence
Confirmation screen is presented with the task sequence they selected (this is an OSD screen the same size as the "Welcome to the Task Sequence Wizard"
screen.
Dependency check screen is shown with a progress bar. If a package is missing from a DP, it will display an error here with the PackageID. This
looks the same as "Regular" OSD with standard non-hidden advertisements.
PXE Boot
"Welcome to the Task Sequence Wizard" is never displayed.
Powershell form is the first screen they see. They select it and it continues.
No confirmation screen is presented if the system is known; if it is an unknown system, a small dialog says there is a
*mandatory* task sequence about to be run and it will run in 180 seconds. Users can hit enter.
No dependency check screen is shown; and if a package was missing, instead of presenting an error, it simply reboots. However, if everything is there,
the process starts successfully.
While I have no problems with the first window never being displayed, not displaying the error dialog and simply rebooting is what is bothersome to me.
99% of our builds are from PXE boot.
Again, these task sequences are all 100% optional, NOT mandatory, and I've double checked this multiple times. Can anyone explain why we get different
behavior between boot media and PXE boot? Any way of getting PXE boot to "mimic" the Boot media behavior?

You'll see the "Retrieving policy for this computer..." dialog box - I never get that with PXE - just Boot Media.
Note that I am running 2012 R2, not 2012 SP1 - but I never got a chance to test this process with SP1.
Upon further experimentation, the "hidden" task sequence has nothing to do with this. If I change it to a normal, non-hidden advertisement, as
long as the "prestart" command in the boot image is used, we don't get those missing dialog boxes at all, with PXE.

Are both boot images the same for PXE and the boot media? Same package ID and all?
Boot media for us always shows the task sequence wizard first, while PXE always displays the pre-start command first.

Line Layout with Reference Key in F-03

Dear all,
Iu2019m facing the following problem.
I modified the line layouts for F-03 through O7Z4S. In particular I created a line layouts with the field Reference key 1. The problem is that in F-03, using this variant, the field XREF1 appeared always blank. The same thing happens for XREF2 while for XREF3 everthing is ok.
Is something that I forgot in customizing?

I created the same - Reference Key in IDES it works if you create with text and then insert Reference key as part of Field with this.

Multiple lovs with the same name on the same module/form

I've noticed that in this case in a generated fmb LOVs get renamed so that first remains with the same name, next one gets 1 at the end, next one 2 and so on.
What I haven't found yet is the rule by which they are sorted, i.e. which one gets 1, which one 2, which one remains with the same name...
I've tried with the usage sequence of the LOVs but that seems to have no influence.
Anyone has any clues?

I have the same problem
an external firewire drive "232 GB" is gaining an extra, sequentially numbered, mountpoint in /Volumes/ each time it is unplugged and re-plugged.
This is a bit of a pain as Xtorrent is downloading to a folder on this drive and so, whenever it is unplugged, I have to either;
restart all the downloads or,
before launching xtorrent, go into /volumes/ and delete the last mountpoint (so the system automatically adds the one Xtorrent is expecting)

Upload a flat file to BPS layout with hierarchy: is it possible?

I used a known "HowTo...using SAPGUI" to load a flat file to BPS layout. Finally I need to use a predefined layout with several variables and hierarchical representation of characteristic values in the key field ( I can't use a special layout for file uploading!). The procedure works fine if I use a flat structure of characteristic in the key field (no hierarchy). But once I choose a hierarchical representation of key characteristic in the level (but nonhierarchical model in the first screen of layout builder!) the layout data after uploading is absolutely wrong!
1) whether is it possible to perform that without ABAP coding?
2) If not, how can I change the function modules to use hierarchy?

I have solved it.
Probably nobody understood my question. First, I have tried to attach file upload function (see "How To..load a flat file into BW-BPS using SAPGUI") to the same planning level where original planning layout with hierarchical structure in the key field already existed. But now I realized that it's impossible!
SOLUTION: It is necessary to build the file upload function at the separated planning level with the same structure as that in the uploaded file. No hierarchies allowed in the "Selection" tab of planning level !!
Such upload function operates perfectly in the planning folder where original layout with the hierarchical structure of key characteristic is presented. After the file upload you can perform all further activities in the planning folder (including that with uploaded data).

How to Specify/Associate a layout with a content

I have created a new site, I have created few contents and few templates. During creation of content/page i did not find any option to associate a template or layout with the content/page. When i am trying to preview the content or try to open in web mode, I gets the following error.
"A content layout must be specified to render this asset in web mode. Please specify a default layout."
Need help me in resolving this issue.

Screen layout with several views

hello,
I want to embedd three views in one window in a specific screen layout via three viewcontaineruielement´s .
On the left I want vertically embedd a Menü (M, as a tree) and close to M on the top I want to have a browser-view (B) and underneath I want to embedd a detail-view (D).
So M should fill out 1/3 of the width and B and D got 2/3 of the width.
B should fill out 1/3 of the height and D 2/3 of the height.
It should look circa like this:

How can I achieve this screen layout?
Is it possible to change the screen layout with the mouse when I test the wd-application.

you are right neha.
I made 40 lines of example text in B and B takes the space which the content require (> 30 %) but how can I restrict the space of B to 30 % of height?
So B should fill out 30 % of height and for example show only 20 lines (in these 30 %) of text with a scrollbar.
Extending the web page depending on the content size is not a good solution...
EDIT: So I want to have for each view container a scrollbar if the content of the view exceed the fixed size ( for example B 33% of height).
