Mirroring video without showing controls buttons

Hi there!
I want to mirroring live video recording using my ipod touch 5 throu Apple TV3. I did it already and it works well but I'd like to get ride of the controls buttons appearing on the screen (rec button, settings, etc.), I just want to see the video feed only, is it possible?

Is this possible?
I want so when the person selects a submenu, it will show a video before showing the buttons contained within that menu. For instance, say I select "Extra Scenes" frm the top menu. Before it shows the buttons for all the extra scenes movies, an intro movie shows.

I think you are stuck with looping on menus.
Of course you could always make a pretty long menu with a "still" and the end and no sound, so it would seem like it stopped for quite awhile......

Video control buttons not working

I have an embedded video in an Interactive SWF project I am working on and the video control buttons I have built do not work. Under the buttons panel, I selected "Video" and then used all the various control options available to create a control panel for my video. It looks great, but none of the buttons work. My video file shows up in the appropriate drop down menu and I am 100% sure I have done everything correct, but the buttons do not work. The video is a SWF file, is that the problem? Any help would be appreciated!

As far as I know Toshiba controls utility must be preinstalled if you want to have proper functionality. Check this on your unit.

No Mirroring in Ipad 2? I have IPAD2 and Apple Tv 4.3. I can airplay videos/music from Ipad2 to my HDTV via ATV, but I cant mirror it. When I select airplay to switch from Ipad2 to Apple TV, Mirroring does not show as an option. What am I missing?

Robo v9 Show/Hide without Twisties - One button no longer working

Hey there, as stated I am using Robo v9 with Show/Hide without Twisties (One button) with javascipts. We have most of our images using DHTML drop-downs and when folks click on "Show All Images" on the page, the GIF changes to "Hide All Images" and all drop-downs (our images) and expanding text are diaplayed.
It had been working all the time, but now it only works when I right click the topic in the TOC and choose "Edit Topic", then while in the Edit Window (Display view), when I do a View (Ctrl-W) and it displays the page within RoboHelp..I can click the "Show All Images" and it works like it always had. BUT, if that page is not in the Edit Window, and I right click "Preview Topic", the click "Show All Images" (or on the DHTML dropdown itself) it will NOT show the images, *but the GIF image does properly toggle to "Hide All Images" (and if I do again, then it properly toggles to the "Show All Images" GIF, if I do it again), but now NO images are getting displayed for some reason. It also NEVER works properly when I publish to our website (even when clicking the DHTML dropdown itself), but the GIF images toggle properly.
If I right click and choose "Preview Topic" and click "View With" and use Internet Explorer 8 it still never works anymore, unless the topic is in the Edit Window (Display View), so I know the issue is not on the server. It stops working after I do a generate and run on my pc. Also when I view it IE8 within Robo (and Allow the Blocked Content to run the scripts), many instances of the same error is shown as:

I have a much older backup when restored, it all works properly again in all cases, but I have done so much work since then that I think would need to be manually redone. I have played with keeping those some javascipts alone (in case I changed something) and updated the rest of the data files I had added, deleted the .CPD file, but it somehow stops working again, probably with some updated file. I am not sure what specific files could be causing the negative impact that is preventing it from working. Maybe if I knew what files could impact, I couldrestore those from my old backup. The newer backups when restored do not work properly, so there was a point in time where something changed and is causing this.
All prior versions of RoboHelp (v7 and v8) have always worked and still do. I am using v9.0.1.262, as the latest version has not yet been allowed on our pcs (per security), but since my earlier backup works, I thought it may not be the issue, but wanted to tell you anyway. ;->
Any ideas on how I should proceed? What files may have impact to cause it not to work anymore? The showhide.js is the only .js to show up as a baggage file. Also, the DHTML line does exits in each html page's code, as we are still using Robo v7 as the production software and the Show/Hide always works, and I copy them into the respective Robo v9 folders (and if new, then I copy them, then import them), otherwise the newer v7 updated pages are copied over the older v9 html files while RoboHelp is closed.

I may have figured out what to fix to get v9 back to working on the Show/Hide button, but not the "why?" .
It looks to all be dealing with the Robo automatic html coding of where to locate the .js file(s)...here is a quick overview of this issue and what I did. When I view the non-working pages within Internet Explorer 8 within Robo (and Allow the Blocked Content to run the scripts), I saw many instances of the same error is shown as this in the log, which implied since I *do* have access rights, maybe the file was just not being found.

OK, here are my findings. EXAMPLE #1 and EXAMPLE #2 below are excerpts of the same file. BUT since all .js files are referenced in EXAMPLE #1 have DOS slashes (back slashes), EXCEPT for the ehlpdhtm.js, I decided to change the line in ehlpdhtm.js FROM src="../../ehlpdhtm.js" TO src="..\..\ehlpdhtm.js" and IT (this one page) BEGAN WORKING AGAIN after I published. So having all DOS back slashes DOES work in Robo v9!!!! BUT it appears that Robo v9 only generates new pages using UNIX (forward) slashes in ALL coding. I've read about issues like this occurring with the FireFox browser, but we only use IE8, and have not read anything like this related to IE8 issues.
So if all UNIX forward slashes and all DOS back slashes can work in Robo v9 in finding and using ehlpdhtm.js, (the Show/Hide buttons function properly) why is this problem existing in Robo v9 when there are mixed "slashes" (using forward and backward)? ...and the mixed slashes ALWAYS works in Robo v7! They do not have to all be in the same direction in Robo v7 as it appears to have to be in the newer/more advanced Robo v9. Why does it matter that all slashes need to be all the same direction, if Robo v9 CAN actually read and figure out the DOS back slashes (formatted by Robo v7 creation) and actually generates UNIX forward slashes for the .js files in new Robo v9 output within the .html?
More importantly will I have to always do a Global search and replace in Robo v9 to change the direction of the "back slashes" when I copy updated Robo v7 .html files into the Robo v9 folders (instead of manually reworking each change), while in transition from v7 to v9?

NetStream Video Control button issue

The stop button plays as expected. The play/pause button plays as expected. The issue is when you press pause which will cause the play button to appear, then press stop. the video automatically plays and it shouldn't. I have bolded the control button script for convenience.

Cannot operate youtube videos in Firefox. Cannot use play, pause, volume, or any of the control buttons.

Video Playback - Need a way to make students watch the entire video without taking away their controls.

We want to give our students a good viewing experience for our videos so we'd like to give them playback controls. BUT, we need them to watch the entire video without being able to skip ahead. An ideal situation would allow the user to move to any point in the video, just as long as they have already viewed that portion of the video. Make sense? The only option we have to make sure they are watching the video, is to take away their playback controls.

Think about it. How does taking away their ability to NAVIGATE prove the learner actually WATCHED the video? They could still easily go do something else while the video is playing. Does this somewhat draconian 'state' of which you speak also mandate that someone is present when the student is forced to watch this entire video to verify their compliance?
This whole approach is futile. Get the person to tick a box either at the end of the slide or on the next slide requiring them to verify they DID watch the video in its entirety. If they choose to lie, it's on their adult head.

Common control buttons for animation+video

I wan to be able to embed an animation like one of these http://http://www.texample.net/tikz/examples/tag/animations/, which has its own control buttons,
alongside a regular video, and have both of them run by a common set of control buttons for play/pause/rewind.
For example, the video could be a video of an actual object or a ball falling, and the animation could be the animated drawing of some math formula related to the fall of the object.

(1) Is it possible to put 3 buttons, say A, B, C, on a PDF page so that pressing A will be equivalent to pressing B and C?
(2) And would Adobe Pro allow one button to be placed on top of another one?
The simplistic idea here is to manually perform what a program would do. So I will use A as the master control and place B on top of the control button for the video and put C on the control button for animation. Then when I click on A it is as if I have pressed B and C simultaneously.

Can anyone tell me how to set this controls? (this controls buttons are on front of the notebook.)
I don't have any more original cd which come with this notebook and i don't know how to set them. If i press any of this keys nothing happens. I'm not shore my be this buttons are related only with Toshiba Media Player, if yes where can i find it and download it?

There are not so many drivers that you can miss it. Just download the driver for "Controls" which version is 2.6.2900 and remove the software you installed before so you can be sure that the downloaded one can be properly installed.
I dont understand why it doesnt works. If you have XP and you installed it by using the "setup.exe" then I dont really dont know where the problem is..

ARD no longer shows "control computer", only "screen sharing avail"??

I have been running ARD for well over a year on my iMac to manage several servers that are located far away from me.
I normally use the "copy" feature to push new zip files of our Web site to the server when it is updated. When logging into ARD today, I noticed all the servers are no longer showing "Control". Instead they all have "Screen Sharing Available" listed in the current status column. When I go to copy my files from my local machine to the servers, I get an error: "This Task Will Fail - The remote desktop software is not active on www.servername.com".
However if I select a server and then click the control button, I can still connect to the server fully and work with it?
This has never happened before and I am at a loss as to the issue. I have had some changes to my local setup recently that may be the cause of the problem.
1) Linksys router died, replaced it with a Apple Airport Extreme.
2) Keychain got corrupted. Deleted the login.keychain file to rebuild a new one.
I have restarted my iMac several times, and even restarted the servers to see if this would clear up the problem. No luck.
If I try and drag-copy my zip files to the servers from my local machine after connecting via ARD, the window that asks if I want to send the file ignores my click on the "send" button and does nothing? Before this problem occurred I could easily drag-copy items.
Does anyone know what could be causing this to occur or how I can reset/fix my ARD clients and servers?

Okay I have figured out part of the problem and fixed it, although one issue still persists.
I fixed the "Current Status" issue for my servers by adding port 5900 & 3283 to the port forwarding settings in my Airport Extreme via the Airport Utility application. I don't remember having port forwarding turned on for my (now dead) Linksys router, but I could be mistaken.
Now I have a different problem. When I go to "copy" a file from my local machine to a remote server, I get a message that says "This task will fail: A console user is not logged in on www/servername/com"
If I log into that computer first, I am able to copy items, but I remember being able to copy items to my remote servers before without having to first sign into them? Am I mistaken on this or have I uncovered another problem?
Any help appreciated.

Problem with full screen display showing control b...

Now BT have fixed the squashed full screen issue on the Hudl and other tablets perhaps they can now fix the issue where full screen mode still shows the main control buttons (Back, Home, History) underneath the video leaving the video itself still slightly squashed top to bottom. Compare with how BBC iPlayer hides the main control buttons until needed and makes full use of the available screen space for the video itself for example.

I found that since the update to fix the full screen issue I have more options on my tv to alter the picture. I can now zoom in to hide the black bar at the bottom. Worth a try.
