Mise à jour Pages for Ipad2 version 1.7.1

Help ! Help ! Mise à jour de Pages impossible et donc ça bloque cette apllication. Je suis écrivain et tous mes textes sont inaccesibles. C'est bien plus qu'une catastrophe ! Que faut-il faire ? Quelle idée parfois de vouloir suivre les conseils de la technology ! Je compte sur la communauté pour me venir en aide. C'est un coup à déprimer. Déjà l'année dernière grace à Icloud, j'ai perdu six mois de travail. Mais que fait donc Apple ? Merci à tous de votre soutient et de vos conseils.

It's so hard that Adobe has no contact form, no way I can see to contact them. The help is not helpful to me, it's more like an FAQ. So I'd also be interested in knowing how their customer support is from anyone who has had to use it. They don't have any obvious way to contact them for pre-sales support. When I see that I get suspicious that you will get no help once you hand your money over.

Since you are using Mac 10.6.8 you cannot use the CC version of Photoshop
so CS6 version of Photoshop would be apt for you.

I don't think that iBooks offers animation for page turning pdfs. But all iOS devices use gestures for turning pages etc.
iBooks in Mavericks is turning out to be as big a pain as iWork in Maverick.

Thanks for the reply.
I did read the help and went through the tutorial - the butterfly text wrap (and the wrap around the curved contour of the bicycle wheel at the Apple store) is the reason I am asking this question. I don't know how to use one of my own pictures and tell Pages what contour to wrap around. Is there some additional image editing software that I need to "creatively crop" one of my own pictures, so that Pages will be able to wrap around that contour?

I'm not sure if you are saying that you are unable to launch Pages at all but start with this and see if it helps. If not, you need to be more specific as to exactly what is happening.
Quit the Pages app completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If you use iCloud with Pages on your iPad, you should be able to safely delete the app and reinstall it since deleting the app does not delete the documents as long as you are using iCloud and they stored in there.
If you use file sharing on your Mac, you may even have the files in iTunes anyway, but once again, without more information from you, it's difficult to suggest more things to try.

Where is the official download page for full version of Firefox? Old one has only stubs now.

The old page now has stubs only, there is no full version on it:

Separate but valid question: Searching Mozilla Support on this very forum yields no answers as to where to download the full version of the program itself, around which this entire forum has been set up with all the numerous questions in it about the program... yet there is no answer on how and where to actually *GET* the full version of the program... this strongly suggests that the forum administrators went out of their way, to make it difficult to impossible for users to get the FULL VERSION of the program...
There are many valid reasons for needing the full version of the program, don't you think it's pretty incredible that it has always been difficult to download the full version of Firefox? The old page had it buried in between the Acholi and Xhosa languages, even though English (US) is probably needed by millions of users vs. relatively few for Acholi and Xhosa... Millions of users had to go though gymnastics of finding it buried in between all the worlds languages with every consecutive version, and now they completely removed it even from that page...
What is the the reason, and you have to agree there is a reason, for Mozilla preventing us from having the full installation file? And what is the reason, even when the full installation file existed on that page, for this forum to make it almost impossible to find that page when searching the forum, or the entire internet for the official full version download page?

Last time I checked, that page did link to full installers. The format of the links for Windows was:

I have bolded the part that currently says '''stub'''. Hand-crafted links in that form still work (but I have broken the link in this post with my formatting).
I don't have personal knowledge of what's going on with the "all" download page and hope it changes back.
As for blaming this forum for anything having to do with the "all" download page, you must be kidding. That page was always available from the main page using a link that said Systems & Languages and as the link says, it lists all the available systems and languages.

Mise à jour de NIDAQ mx version 7.4 pour windows xp/2000/nt

Je cherche à obtenir une version de mise à jour NI-DAQ V4. Pour se faire, je suis allé sur le lien suivant :

Mais suite au telechargement des fichiers suivants :
NIDAQ740CD1.zip (NI-DAQ CD1 Installation File (517 MB))
NIDAQ740CD2.zip (NI-DAQ CD2 Installation and Device Documentation File (174 MB))
J'ai constaté que le 'zip' utile est corrompu et qu'il impose de l'exploiter.
Pourriez vous me donner une autre methode d'obtention de cette version ? [Sachant qu'il me faut obsolument cette version et non une autre pour des raisons de deploiement]

Etes-vous sûr que les fichiers téléchargés sont complets ? (ils doivent faire exactement 517Mo et 174Mo)
Il arive que sur des connexions Internet un peu lentes (ou partagées entre trop d'utilisateurs, ce qui revient au même) , le téléchargement fasse un timeout et s'arrête. Internet Explorer ne signale pas d'erreur, mais le fichier téléchargé est incomplet (ça arrive surtout pour des gros fichiers, comme ceux de NIDAQ par exemple).
Je suggère donc de re-télécharger les fichiers, quitte à le faire depuis un autre endroit disposant d'une meilleure connexion à internet (perso j'ai été obligé de les récupérer depuis mon domicile).

Bonjour, j'ai vu que sur la mise à jour du logiciel pages, une dictée vocale était disponible, cependant je ne vois rien qui permette d'y accéder, si quelqu'un pouvait me renseigner ce serait super ...

Dictation is only available if you have upgraded to Mountain Lion, OS X 10.8
It will work in all apps, not just Pages.
I have tried it, and unfortunately I'm not good at dictating, but the feature does work.
To make it available in Mountain Lion you must go to System Preferences and enable it, and you must be connected to the internet while you are using it.

Thierrybalt did you receive any error messages when you tried to apply the update? I would recommend checking your installation logs for the specific error message. You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.

I have pages version 2.1 for the i pad. When I try to open pages documents on my mac it says You need a newer version of Pages to open this document. I have updated to the very latest Pages for mac version 4.3. Cant figure it out.

IOS Pages 2.0 and 2.1 implement an entirely incompatible document format with Pages ’09 v4.3. It cannot open them, and you are then prompted to update to Pages v5+ which is compatible with your IOS Pages.
Unfortunately, updating to Pages v5+ is a bad thing, as it is a brand new application that has omitted over 90+ features from Pages ’09 v4.3. When you update to Pages v5+, it will move your old still functional version of the earlier Pages into /Applications/iWork. Aside from all the missing functionality, Pages v5+ will likely damage older documents that depend on specific Pages ’09 v4.3 features (including AppleScript and custom Templates).
Oh, by the way, the older and new Pages documents have the same filename extension (.pages) making document organization difficult without applying different tag colors to old and new documents.
We are recommending that users remain on their earlier Pages version. You may have to export documents from IOS Pages as Word .docx to avoid the OS X Pages update notice.

Urgent: Fit to Page for Printed Version

Hi All,
I have a specific requirement from the client where they want all there web reports to fit to one page when exporting to PDF. The problem we are facing is that these are highly formatted reports and there is a mixture of report items and charts. Now the problem is that the report items follow their own print layouts and there is an explicit page break before and after these items. As I understand from SAP that this is how it is going to stay and they dont plan to add this feature. We are still talking to SAP on this. If anyone can help in any way in this regard, it will be much appreciated. Can this be implemented in some way through a custom development etc.

Je n'arrive pas à me connecter pour déclarer ma mise à jour LR6.

J'ai acheté Lightroom 6 (mise à jour à partir de la version 5) par internet. J'ai le code mais je n'arrive pas à me connecter sur le site d'Adobe pour le déclarer. Ma connexion internet fonctionne bien. J'ai essayé plusieurs navigateurs. Je suis sur Mac 10.9.5.

Je me retrouve avec un logiciel payé (75 euros) et inutilisable !
Impossible de me déclarer ma version 6 et impossible d'avoir un technicien !

Curieusement, maintenant, à chaque fois, il me demande de me connecter au Cloud. Je refuse et le logiciel fonctionne (!?).
J'espère que ce n'est pas une version valable uniquement un mois !
Ce qui est énervant, c'est que l'on n'a aucun soutien de la part des techniciens Adobe qui nous renvoient aux pages internet qu'on a déjà visitées plusieurs fois, sans que cela ne résolvent nos problèmes. Leur service n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur.
