Mising bb playbook icons...pictures, video, voice notes etc

The media icons on my playbook are missing. I had all my media in one folder, my Pictures/YouTube/Voice Recorder/Podcasts/videos/music and now they're all missing. The applications themselves haven't been deleted cause I can still access my pictures and video recording through the file manager but the icons for any of it don't appear on my playbook.
I tried restarting, I checked everywhere to make sure they weren't accidently somehow moved to a different folder and I swiped up and down and left and right to make sure they weren't moved to a row that I didn't realize was there and I even tried a few things I found on google like putting icons in the dock row and restarting and checking for software updates and nothing is working.

What was the name of the folder in which those icons were located?
Is that folder still present, and if so, is the folder empty?

Video & voice - not in sync

I have tried watching the latest eposides of Office and I am
not able to watch it due to the fact that the voice and video are
not in sync. The voice is way before the picture and the picture is
very jerky. Is there a fix?

HT201210 I just finished the new update (which took 7 hours to complete by the way) and now ALL my pictures, apps, and notes, etc. are gone since June 2013. HELP

I just finished this new update- it took a total of 7 hours to finally finish. Now all my pictures, apps, notes, messages, EVERYTHING, from June 2013 to present is GONE. How/Can I get this all back?!?!?!

All pictures/videos ever taken with my iPad are missing

I have the newest version of iPad (purchased in June). Recently my camera app was not working (it's the third time it's happened since I got my iPad) so I reset my iPad without erasing media/content, because that's the only thing I've found that will make the app start working again.
Anyhow, when I tried to sync using my most recent iClouds backup, every picture and video I've ever taken with my iPad was gone. All music and other photos (from my computer to iPad) synced just fine, but my iPad acts as if I've never taken a picture or video using "Camera," "Photo Booth," or "Instagram" and the pictures I created as wallpaper using the "Granimator" app are no longer there either except for the one I currently had/have as wallpaper. When I go to try and change my wallpaper though, the picture I currently have is not available as a picture option, so I don't know why it's still my wallpaper. I had some of the pictures I had taken with my iPad backed up in iPhoto on my computer, but even those don't automatically sync now. In fact, whereas iPhoto used to automatically open (along with iTunes) when I plugged my iPad into my computer, it doesn't open at all automatically. It did the first couple of times I tried (post reset) but it only ever came up with dotted outlines of where some pictures and videos on my iPad should have been, and would never retrieve the images so I could save them on my computer.
What the heck happened? I never deleted the photos, and the odd dotted outlines that used to appear in iPhoto post reset make me think that my data is somewhere floating around. After one sync, I even had two images "reappear" in my iPad photostream (two of the videos that aren't there now) but when I tried to open them, I got a message saying that the "URL" could not be read. I even reset with an iCloud backup from a few days before I initially reset, and the pictures/videos did not return.
I'm hesitant to take any pictures or videos now with my iPad and that really upsets me. Can I figure out where those pictures and videos disappeared to?
Please let me know too if you know if this is an iPad, iCloud, or camera issue. Normally, I would set up an appointment to go into an Apple store, but I'm living in Thailand and I know I won't find someone that speaks enough English well enough to help me with my problem, and I certainly can't explain my exact issue in Thai.

First double click the home button and swipe to close any open apps. Next reset, press and hold the home and power buttons for 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own. Try taking a photo.

Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel or adjusting your multicast rate.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first. Networks that have inherent issues can be seen to work differently with different versions of the same software. You might also try moving the Apple TV away from other electrical equipment.

BB Curve 9360 wont let me download music, receive pictures or display pictures, or receive voice notes... HELP!

ever since i put my songs off my phone onto my laptop to then transfer onto my iPod i have been having serious difficulty with my phone, i cant receive pictures, voice notes and cannot download music. i have tried everything, i have deleted blackberry messenger, deleted app world, wiped the phone 3 times, taken the battery out a lot and also tried to restore factory settings (dont know if it worked). its really frustrating that i cant even download a song or receive a picture! please help because i dont know how much longer i can go before i smash the thing up!!

Firefox will not load pictures, videos or more than one tab at a time. Help!

I have reinstalled Firefox 3.6 a few times, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. When I try and load a site with pictures, videos (such as YouTube, but including a blog post with pictures), or more than one tab at a time, I just get "Untitled" tabs that don't even register the address. This happens especially when clicking to open a link in a new tab from a Google Reader.
At this point too, a lot of pages will not load correctly; even Firefox Help as it turns out!

I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue.

If your pictures and video are not on the camera roll, I do not think your iPhone is taking pictures and video.
You have already tried resetting and restarting your device. Next, check whether your camera has been disabled in Settings > General > Restrictions > Camera. If not, ask your Apple Authorized Service provider to check your device or contact Apple Support for help: http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/contact/

Photobooth and iPhoto are two quite different apps with no connection between them. I'd try the Using Mac OS X forum for whatever version of the OS you have.

Excellent question. When you open the Verizon Cloud app you will see the menu option in the top left hand corner. It consists of 4 vertical lines. Then you will select Settings and chose What to Backup. When it backs up the videos are you connected to wifi?

Why do not every picture/video AirDrop back to the time it was taken?

I have a 64GB iPad and a 16GB iPhone. Since my iPad has way more storage than my iPhone, I wanted to transfer photos and videos from months ago from my iPhone to my iPad to free up some space on my iPhone. I tried using iCloud services such as iCloud Photo Library (wouldn't let me just transfer photos from my iPhone to my iPad) and My Photo Stream (I want full resolution photos on my iPad) but they seemed too complicated Or wouldn't achieve what I want (iPhone pictures/videos transferred to my iPad. So I decided to try AirDrop and when transferring these pictures/videos I wanted them to still have the dates they were taken so things don't get mixed up (A picture of me swimming in the summer next to me skiing in the winter). However when using AirDrop some pictures would go transfer to their original dates while others would go to the bottom of my photos not being in the time period they were taken. Is there anyway I can fix this so that ALL my photos/videos being transferred over AirDrop will go back be within the time periods they were originally taken? Thanks all feed back is much appreciated.
if your unsure of what I want to achieve with AirDrop, an example would be wanting a photo taken back in September to not appear at the bottom of my photos in January.
If there are any other better methods of transferring photos than AirDrop or iCloud please feel free to tell me them.

The first time an iPhone is connected to iTunes that is used to sync with another iPhone or iOS device, you are prompted to transfer the backup for the other iPhone or iOS device or to set up the iPhone as a new iPhone.
The former does as provided - it transfers the backup for the other iPhone or iOS device to the iPhone replacing all data on the iPhone that is included with the backup being transferred. The latter does nothing allowing you to make your various selections for the iPhone sync preferences with iTunes.
This is designed to be done right away with a new iPhone.
If you don't have a backup for the iPhone with iTunes on your computer and don't have an iCloud backup that hasn't been updated since choosing to transfer the backup for your iPod Touch to the iPhone, the data that was on the iPhone is gone.

Chatango not desplaying Icons, Most Youtube videos will not play.

I do seem to be getting the issue were FF5 will not play Youtube videos, but this is not consistent. If I go to youtube to watch them, the will state there was an error in loading the video. But if I click on a video in MSN and it takes me to youtube, then the video will play.
Also, avatar Icons on chatango are not showing up. So far these are the only two sites I've noticed a problem on.
I tried to do a lot of trouble shooting myself, such as running my antimalware bytes, cleaning my cache and cookies, checking to make sure all the plug ins I knew how to get to were up to date, and that I had the latest version of Java Script and Flash Player.
At this point...I'm at a lose as to what else it could be, or I can do. I've even re-downloaded FF5 and reinstalled it.
This is getting really annoying, because I have Chrome as well, and it keeps crashing Flash. Explorer likes to think it crashed when I close it and it restarts. None of my Browsers seem to be working correctly right now.

As you know, Firefox 5 contains publicly reported security vulnerabilities, so you probably should update again soon.
You've probably read that there are some compatibility issues between the latest Flash player and some Firefox add-ons or settings. Could you see whether this article has anything new that you haven't tried: [[Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox]].
