Misplaced link to access new iTunes U site

I am the site admin but need to the link to access our new site. Is there an online tool to retrieve this info? Or who do we contact? Thanks!

ITunes for Windows: Error -9812 when accessing the iTunes Store

So here is the situation. When I try to access our iTunes U site from the public link it works great, when I go thru the link that has me authenticicate it works on macs but on PC's I get the error message "iTunes for Windows: Error -9812 when accessing the iTunes Store" it's happening all thru our campus with PC users. Any ideas?????

We're having similar connection issues, and the error log on our web server says something about a certificate error. I noted that last year on this date there were messages related to certificates. Is it possible they are updated every Dec 2, and we should count on some down time?

& Roger, No, I never had a "mobile me account", if that's a cell phone - wouldn't own one! - IF it was from the Old Tiger mail Ap, I do believe it was discontinued, when they came out with Snow Lion, no? Then Snowleopard, not sure when, maybe '09? it was just before Lion came out, didn't know the new one would come so soon. & in June 2012, first mac crashed, lost a year "unsaved" data.
Q # 1. I can't get into My Account - to get into support & any questions! Somehow all my data is messed up, & I've had to change passwords 3 times today every time I'm "rejected" by my account. I seem to have 3 accounts now, each with a different name Password, & Security Questions! & I've been rejected due to: "Incorrect ID name", "Incorrect Password" & because whatever - doesn't" recognize my birth date" / or "my Security question answers" that I chose - all of which I know are correct. 1) Can you Unzip iPhotos, uploaded from a USB or External Drive (after my SL crashed)? The dpi for these old ones is about 250 x 360 (88 KB) compared to 2448 x 3264 (2.6 MB) for recent ones.
- Do you need a program to do this? Some say there's a "free" program, any good? Can unzip be done to many or 1 at a time? Or is there something I haven't found in iPhoto '11, 9.2.1 (Lion)?

2) Can I combine all 3 of my Apple ID info - or at least delete that 4 year old Email address in my profile? (IF I can ever get in. I wrote a "suggestion" to the Apple folks, who said my new Email was on it, & they'd send me an email - but I never got it, guess it went to the old one?

I have a question about email. I have several thousand emails in 10 or so days. How can I select multiple emails for deletion in stead of one at a time? How do I designate emails from a given sender as junk or block certain senders?

I'd suggest converting your old videos to one of those formats
handbrake is a free program which does this for you
itunes used to be able to too when I right clicked incompatible media but don't see the option any more
or maybe it only show when one right click incompatible media and currently my lib don't have any
about the music then it's odd what formats are they?
if they are acc protected have you tried to remove the DRM this can be don using itunes as

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) (not for XP) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

You are being blocked how ?
If you mean that your library isn't showing then it won't automatically appear on it. You can authorise your iTunes account on it via the Store > Authorise This Computer menu option (with iTunes 11 pressing Alt-S should get the Store menu to appear). You will then need to either download your content onto it (what you can re-download will show under Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage), or copy if from your old computer or your backup.

I can't access the itunes store...help please. I have a new nano, but cant access the store. It just tells me its "accessing..." but does nothing.

In order to create space on my MBA I just bumped iTunes media to G drive linked through Time Capsule. Now pointed iTunes at new iTunes libary on G drive and, even though all music files are there, iTunes can only 'see' 10 albums. Any help appreciated.

Mac Book Air has been struggling for space for a while so I bough at time capsule a) for back up and b) to host my itunes folder remotely. This didnt' work. I took it into the Genius bar and the genius there told me that time capsule is not designed for anything other than back up. Instead I have to connect a G drive through the time capsule's wireless router to my MBA.
I followed his instructions - moved my files from the Time Capsule and MBA directly onto the G Drive - which took a heartening 2 hrs so something must have been happening - and the held down 'Alt' when starting iTunes and selected the new itunes folder as the location of my itunes libarary which I wanted iTunes to 'point at'. When I opened iTunes only 10 albums are visible now.
In ITunes advanced preferences it says it is pointing at the correct folder. The files are all cleary there when I open the G Drive folder to take a look. But I cannot get iTunes to find them.
Any suggestions?
Secondary challenge - in spite of deleting the original itunes folder on my MBA I still get messages pop up telling me my start up disk is out of space and I need to clear some - I expected to stop getting this message now I had done this exercise above. I have emptied Trash. Again - any pointers appreciated. I am new to this world of 'intuitive' macbooks.

After admittedly only a quick read the one thing you don't say is how you are trying to make this move. Most people with moving library issues do it the wrong way. Plenty of web sites tell you how to do it the wrong way.
If the iTunes application is started before the drive with the library is fully mounted and awake iTunes will revert back to the internal drive.

I would just follow the instructions from this article to give your unused 4s to your spouse. Since you have already started using your 5s, you will still be receiving iMessages on that phone and will have no need to receive them on a device that has been replaced. This issue is blocking my access to iTunes and any other file from my home computer. It keeps on telling me that I have to autorise my computer to pass on files, yet, it seems, for all this to happen, I need to get logged in through the phone's Apple ID. This of course is different to my one on my computer - and I have no password for it.
This phone is not stolen!! I payed still a fair bit for it. Am still in contact with the previous owner. He doesn't know how to fix the problem either.
Would appreciate any suggestion ????

Settings>general>resets>erase all content and settings.
That will put it back to its out of the box state. Set it up with your own apple Id.
