Miss created DIR in Tcode CV02N, CV03N.

Hi Gurus
I've created a DIR in Tcode CV01N.
When I press F4 in CV02N, I can't find this DIR. But I can copy Document Number of this to CV02N and I can view/change it. Or I can find it in Tcode CV04N.
I use a new Document Type and it is transferred from another server by request transferring.
With standard Document Type like FOL, I'm able to find DIRs.
Perhaps have something wrong in the configuration. But I compared it to some standard Document Type, nothing strange
Best Regards
An NLP

I forgot it a long time. When I checked, it worked. So strange... I don't know the reason of this case.

  • Not able to create DIR from PR line Item

    Dear Friends,
I have Cretaed Doc Type "CON" and entered "EBAN - Purchase Req. Item" in the object link and in Create Document I have mentioned " 1 - Create simple document".
When I try to create a DIR from PR Line Item, there is no option or a logo in the Popup  where I can click and create DIR from The Object PR Line Item.
I get the create Document icon in WBS element for same document type.
Can anybody guide me the if I have missed any config.

  • How to create a z-tcode for a report in FSI3 transaction

    hi friends,
i want to create a z tcode for a report in FSI3 transaction, i have copied the program of the report and created a tcode in se93, but some more tabs are getting displayed in selection screen when im executing my Z Tcode, and report is not getting executed. kindly help.
    regards,
    nagarajan.j

    Hi,
    follow these steps:
    1. enter into transaction SE43 and change any Z area menu (we won't save it anyway)
    2. choose to add a new entry
    3. in the popup, choose to add a new report
    4. select "Drilldown"
    5. the application class depends on the area from you are trying to define/launch drilldown reports. In case of transaction FSI3, the appropriate application class is "FBR FI:FIS - Balance sheet, balance sheet key figures
    6. then choose the suitable report type. This corresponds to the nodes that you'll see in transaction FSI3
    7. finally choose a report, and optionally a variant.
    8. you'll return to the screen "Transaction code for reports" (same as in step 4)
    9. expand the button to display further options
    10. optionally, specify a custom transaction code and/or description
    11. accept all popups. This will create the transaction
    12. finally, exit and don't save the area menu
I hope this helps. Kind regards,
    Alvaro

  • Photoshop Elements 10 on Mac Missing Creat & Share Functionality after installation

Running Mac Leopard 10.6.3. Installed Photoshop Elements 10 but am missing Create and Share functionality.
Tried upgrading from OS X 10.5 to 10.6.3, Uninstalling,  Re-installing and rebooting but problem still exists (see attached screenshot with blank Create section).
Also tried looking at installation log file and saw two warnings (see below).
Am I missing something or is this an installation bug?
    Thank you for any help,

  • Problems in creating dir using applet

    hi
i'm getting various exceptions while creating a new directory
i know that an applet can not create dir directly because of some
security . But what if i want to create it using the applets only??
    how to do it??
    Thanx in advance
    Ashish

To answer your question I would need to know what stack trace comes back with.
I also need to know the set up.. Is the applet running on you personal machine and what operating system are you using.

  • How to create DIR/File on a raw device in RAC environment.

    Hi all,
I use a shell script to create DIR and File on a raw device also it creates schema and tablespaces.
I am facing problem in creating DIR and Files on raw device.
One more thing, can multiple tablespaces be created on a raw device.
    Thanks & regards,
    Sanjeev

Thanks for the response. Please help me further.
About the Script - It asks for the path for creating DIR and uses shell command to create DIR. Later same path and DIR name is used to create Oracle DIR. Now in place of absolute path raw device name is passed. The same script is also used for creating tablespaces and schema.
There is second script that is .sql script that creates external table in the newly created schema. All this has been working fine on single instance Oracle server. we have tested many times but fails in RAC environment when we use raw device.
Question is - If I use filesystem will the external table's flat files and Directories be accessible to all the instances.
I have one application written in java that would be clustered and running on these oracle servers. This application would be accessing those external tables and their flat files. Will there be a problem accessing these flat files accross the instances.
    Regards,
    Sanjeev.

  • Unable to create DIR from the objects

    Hi,
I want to create the DIR from the object  transaction, eg., Purchase Order, I have set "1" - Create Simple Document under Define Object Links for that particular Document type, But despite this config, I am not getting the "create" button. whereas I have assigned the same document type to another Object link Appropriation Request, and I am able to create DIR from the object transaction itself. Upon, exploring the system, I found that the Purchase order uses the Program "SAPLCVOB" screen"0200" whereas Appropriation request has Program "SAPLCV140" screen"0204" So, I presume that the configuration affects only SAPLCV140 and it has no affect to SAPLCVOB. Or is there any other way to create the DIR directly from the objects which uses SAPLCVOB program? My user wants to create DIR directly from PO.

    Dear Mohamed,
To grant that allways the currenct screens and authorizations were
called please maintain also the value "1" into the "Authorization"
column. For further informations on this maintainance please see the
SAP note 1066915. It's important that you not enter the mentioned
screen number wihtout the leading "1" as this number is added
automatically by the system (e.g. object MARA 1201 maintain like MARA
201). You can do this in customizing under:
    Transaction SPRO
    > Cross-Application-Component
        > Document Management
             > Control Data
                 > Define screen for object links
If you need the dynpro number or object you will find all standard SAP
objects and their screen number in function module CV130 (Screens) by
transaction SE80. Please maintain all necessary SAP objects.
    Best regards,
    Christoph

  • Help! MBeanCreationException: Unable to create bean...missing create method

I am trying to configure an authentication provider with ant using the wlconfig task. This has been working fine until recently and I have no idea what could be wrong. The ant script has not changed and I'm not sure what information to post to be more useful. Hopefully someone has had this problem or can point me in the right direction.
Below is the target I'm trying to run. I fails with the following exception. I am able to configure the provider manually through the console, however, but this is not an option for our deployments:
Caused by: weblogic.management.MBeanCreationException: Unable to create new bean of type com.xxx.MyAuthenticator for myDomain:Name=myDomain,Type=Domain:missing create method
    Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: MyAuthenticator(java.lang.String,)

    Hi Balaji,
LSMW using IDOC is similar to using flat file method. Here you are getting data from IDOC container and mapping data with Idoc segments insted of flatfile column.
Hope this is what you are looking for. If helpful then don’t forget to reward me for that

  • Restrict creating DIR in some other status

    Hi All,
How to restrict creating DIR by using some other status.
for ex: user A (status AA) logins in cv01n, sets status of user B as BB and creates DIR but once status BB is set by user A, system must restrict.
    Thank You,
    Manoj

    hi,
Offcours authorization objects plays major role, but by configauring network is prerequisit to acheive complete use from authorization objects.
i don;t know how many user;s are ther in ur status network. just there is difference in [P] and <i> just look onece.
    Initial status (I)
This status is set when a new document is created and can be linked into a cycle. This means that the document can be given this status again at a later point in time.
    Primary status (P)
This status is only set when a new document is created. It cannot be set at a subsequent stage of processing.
Set <i> for AA and now BB could change doc, this is called including in Cycle.

  • WEB DMS Error uploading file  / create DIR

    Hi SapGurus,
I have a problem creating new documents using WEB DMS, i remember trying to do it some time ago, and i could manually create the documents through WEB-DMS Create option choosing the configured document type,
but right now iam not able to upload any original file and create a NEW DIR, as it gives me an error message "an Error occurred while loading file" please suggest me what may be wrong with this now.
Also can we maintain standard SAP Object links while creating the DIR through WEBDMS, as iam not able to find the SAP Object link Tab / field while creating the DIR In WEB DMS,
(FYI, in the find documents we could find the document based on the SAP Object link Reference,) so i think there is an option to maintain SAP Object link details for the DIR getting created.
    Thanks and regards
    Priya S

    Hi Priya,
please note that in WebDocuments only the existing object links are displayed. Therefore not all maintained objects are visible but only those where links exists.
There are certain selected data sections in WebDocuments that are shown in display mode or in change mode. The following sections can only be displayed and not changed
    - Data for Document key
    - Data for Object Links
The following sections can be changed in WebDocuments
    - Document Data
    - Additional Data
    - Originals
    - Description
Hence when a Document Info Record is created or changed, the object links data are not shown. It is shown only in search and display mode. This is the way system is designed. You can look at the application help for more information on the web documents. Also kindly note that WebDocuments is not the complete replica of SAP GUI CV01n, CV02n or CV03n. It has some limitations when compared to SAP GUI transactions. So as no new links could be created in WebDocuments not all available objects are displayed.
I hope this information could be useful regarding the object link behavior in WebDMS.
    Best regards,
    Christoph
