Missed Calls are Missing!

I'm very new to the BlackBerry platform and just starting to get accustomed to my new Pearl 8130.  When I miss a call, it says that I have one missed call, but I can't for the life of me find a way to see who's call I missed. In the Call Log, it only shows a box where I can enter numbers to call, and from there I can also access the calls I have placed. I'm sure there is an incredibly easy solution to my dilemma that I'm simply overlooking, but can someone help me out here?
Solved!

for starters go into your phone application: phone application->blackberry button (left side of trackball)->call logging->make sure all calls is selected.  see if this fixes your problem, if not, let me know and we will see if my technical team can come up with any solutions.

  • CSQ – Agent Summary Report: Missed calls are now being included in the RNA totals

    I have the following situation, with a RNA call, the phone will ring 6 times and if not answered, display as a RNA on the phone and placed back into the queue.  In the case of a missed call, the call will not go back into the queue.  Also, the RNA is originated from the CSQ’s, whereas a missed call is directly to an agent’s extension.  Thus, I am assuming that a RNA and a missed call is not one and the same thing, therefore not to be counted together.

    Hi Gaven,
    Can you please upload the reports you are refering ? There are lots of descripency in Historical report .

  • I restored the iPhone 5 out of a backup and now missed calls are not showed in the notification center

    When I restore the iPhone as a new one, then it works. So the backup is senseless otherwise you're not able to see your missed calls in the NC.

    In the forum I found that switching notification off and back on helped.
    Worth a try, I would think.

  • Missed calls - a missed call is shown on the screen when the phone is locked. I slide the icon an the phone calls the back to the missed number. The phone still show a missed no. It should clear the icon since I obviously noted the missed call. Any fixes?

    Ok, a wish for the next iOS release, just a small anoying thing.
    Scenario:
    I have a missed call, the screen is locked. The name of the caller shows up on the screen, I slide the phone icon and phone back.
    When I've ended the call there is still a notification of a missed call, i.e. the same missed call that I just called back. To clear the missed call red circle icon on the phone icon (in the unlocked state and the notification on the locked screen) I must open the missed call list. Then it clears.
    My wish is that the phone understands that it should clear that missed call after I returned the call since I have obviously noted it.
    -> Is this something apple will update or is there a setting that I could change?
    /Erik

    You have to return the call via the recent list or tap the red missed call entry in recent list otherwise even a hundred calls won't turn the balloon off.

  • Win 7 "Default Programs" does not include MS Office 2007 Programs, the missing Programs are missing ICONs as well

    I installed Windows 7 in an upgrade from Windows XP.  As part of the process MS gave me a URL to download a Office 2007 Pro I could activate with the license key I owned.  I got similar URLs for Visio Professional and Project Professional.
    Downloaded, installed, activated, started the programs.
    From the beginning some of the icons were missing.  Like the icons for Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher, Visio, and of course Project.  I tried most of the answers in this forum, that didn't sound like guesswork, and none of
    them solved either problem.  There must be at least 65 guesses to fix the icon problem, but none with the missing Default Programs problem.
    The programs related to the missing "Default Programs" still work, they startup when you select the related document.  If I check "Associate a File Type or Protocol with a Specific Program" the missing Office 2007 programs are listed
    there, associated with the designated programs, but are missing icons.
    I make it a habit not to pay a vendor for a product so that I can have the privilege of fixing the vendor's problems.   Google tells me these are well known problems.  The only thing missing is the answer.  I won't ever use MS chat or telephone,
    because all they do is tell me why they can't help and transfer me elsewhere.
    Does anyone have a REAL answer please?

    To restore office icons you could try this method
    http://transitionmarketing.wordpress.com/2013/01/16/restoring-microsoft-office-icons/
    I had the same problem with Office 2010 programs not showing in "Set Your Default Programs". No other "fixes" (including repair) worked. Found this thread:
    http://www.sevenforums.com/microsoft-office/222503-office-2010-not-listed-default-programs.html
    and used it as a guide. When you look at this key
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RegisteredApplications
    you will see a list of software pointing to another HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry key. For example, my Word program was showing up as "Word.Application.14" and pointing to Software\Clients\Word Processing\Microsoft Word\Capabilities
    (In contrast, PastorMike's fix in the link above advocates making a new entry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Capabilities. However, OneNote did appear in my "Set Your Default Programs" and it - and the other Office programs
    - were listed under ..\Software\Clients\... and not ...\Software\Microsoft\...)
    So at this point I went my own way (although maybe PastorMike's fix would also work).
    The difference between OneNote and the other programs was the existence of values for "ApplicationName"  and "ApplicationDescription" in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Word Processing\Microsoft Word\Capabilities. Also, for OneNote
    there was a "FileAssociations" sub-key that was missing from the other programs.
    It is setting the values for ApplicationName and ApplicationDescription which cause the program to show up in the list in the left pane of "Set Your Default Programs". And it is the file associations in the FileAssociations key that allows resetting
    associations en masse when they are snaffled by another program.
    Below is the reg file I added for Word 2010. (i used similar for the other programs) After doing this, Word appeared after reopening "Set Default Programs" - no reboot required
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Word Processing\Microsoft Word\Capabilities]
    "ApplicationDescription"="Create and edit professional-looking documents such as letters, papers, reports, and booklets by using Microsoft Word."
    "ApplicationName"="Microsoft Word 2010"
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Word Processing\Microsoft Word\Capabilities\FileAssociations]
    ".doc"="Word.Document.8"
    ".dochtml"="wordhtmlfile"
    ".docm"="Word.DocumentMacroEnabled.12"
    ".docmhtml"="wordmhtmlfile"
    ".docx"="Word.Document.12"
    ".docxml"="wordxmlfile"
    ".dot"="Word.Template.8"
    ".dothtml"="wordhtmltemplate"
    ".dotm"="Word.TemplateMacroEnabled.12"
    ".dotx"="Word.Template.12"
    ".htm"="wordhtmlfile"
    ".html"="wordhtmlfile"
    ".odt"="Word.OpenDocumentText.12"
    ".rtf"="Word.RTF.8"
    ".wbk"="Word.Backup.8"
    ".wiz"="Word.Wizard.8"
    ".wll"="Word.Addin.8"
    By using my ramblings and the link provided above you may be able fix the problem you are having with Office 2007. However, I am unsure of how to find the necessary file associations for Office 2007 except by trawling through your registry for the filetypes
    listed in the link above and the values for them in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.

  • Lumia 920: Incoming calls are missing sound

    For a couple of days all incoming calls have been missing sound. After some trial and error I found that this can be fixed by  placing the call briefly on hold and then taking it off hold. Outgoing calls have sound normally. This would indicate that some setting for incoming calls has not been properly reset. How can this issue be fixed? The phone has been restarted several times.
    My phone is Lumia 920 with the latest Portico update installed (the problems actually started before the update and continued after it).

    Have you tried a factory reset? OR even changing your sim card..
    If  i have helped at all a click on the white star below would be nice thanks.
    Now using the Lumia 1520

  • Questions re: missed calls iphone5

    Past few days (so far not today) have had numerous missed calls. No ring, just discover later that a call was missed. Caller tells me it either rang a few times then went to vm or sometimes immediately to vm. I want my iphone 5 to notify me and then remind me every few seconds that I have a missed call (missed calls are more important to me and my business than a text message, which does remind me). No settings to set this up.  Summary: two issues... (1) why missed calls; and (2) how to be notified and reminded.

        HB-Mike, I know that this would concern me just the same and we definitely want to get this figured out for you. Does this happen in all locations or just specific areas? More often occur while indoors or outdoors? Let's make sure that the Do Not Disturb setting is on, take a look here to see how http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-64978/.

  • N97 - Missed calls not logged

    Hi,
    Just got a new N97 with Vodafone and getting the same problems as others (backlight etc). I can live with that for now until the Vodafone firmware is available.
    But missed calls are important to me. I'm getting missed calls but not logged. I just get 'no missed calls' in the log but I get the missed calls notification. The 'Received calls' and 'Dialled numbers' logs are working fine.
    Now sure if this another firmware issue or some settings not set correctly. I've not managed to find this problem on the net.
    Any help appreciated.

    I've uinstalled the app (and also any apps I think might be causing the problem) and did an soft reset (*#'7780#).
    I've also tried changing the log duration from 30 days to No log and back again to 30 days.
    Unfortunately it has made matters worse. Now, it doesn't even store any of it (missed, incoming, outgoing calls). It's so unstable now. Sometimes if I switch from one tab (missing call to incoming) it just hangs. Only way to come out is using menu key and Exit. Other times I can see displaying 'Retrieving data' and hangs. Even sometimes the numbers are displayed in 'Received calls', and I tab to 'Missing calls' and back to 'Received calls' the numbers are gone again. I've tried the soft reset many times now but no luck.
    As I've not seen others having this problem I suspect I may have a defective N97.
    My firmware is Vodafone UK  v10.0.012.

  • Can't figure out why FPGA code won't compile, says files are missing

    Hey guys, I get the following error, sorry for the big vomit of error code. As near as I can tell from reading that, it thinks a number of the files it requires to run some of the subvi's I'm calling are missing. I don't understand how to fix this when these are LabView native files, for example, the high-throughput rectangular to polar converter?
    Help much appreciated.
    Error code follows:
    Error 7 occurred at Open VI Reference in nirviOpenVIRefByNameOrPath.vi->niFpgaRemapObjsAndListIfUnderXNode.vi->niFpgaRemapObjsHandleXNodeSubErrors.vi->nirviMassageErrorList.vi->nirviParseAndMassageErrors.vi->nirviReloadErrorList.vi->nirviGenerateErrors.vi
    Possible reason(s):
    LabVIEW:  File not found. The file might have been moved or deleted, or the file path might be incorrectly formatted for the operating system. For example, use \ as path separators on Windows, : on Mac OS, and / on Linux. Verify that the path is correct using the command prompt or file explorer.

    GotRobotFriends,
    Hello! First of all, can I get the following information from you?
    1.) LabVIEW and LabVIEW FPGA Versions
    2.) FPGA Target you are trying to compile code for.
    Typically errors 61101 and 61160 are thrown when a Single Cycle Timed Loop (SCTL) has elements within it that won't allow it to finish it's execution in 1 clock cycle.
    Looking through the error codes below, do you have any of the following items in a Single Cycle Timed Loop?
    High Throughput Rectangular To Polar
    Butterworth Filter
    Also, are you using xnodes? Problems have been seen when items that would normally return an error when placed in a SCTL do not return errors if they are used with xnodes.

  • Missed Calls showing up for all lines

    We have users complaining that they are seeing missed calls from all lines on their phone and not just their own line. Is there any way to change it so that the missed calls are only for line 1 on the phone?

    Mike,
    The new 8.0.3 code for the 7961 and 7941 support line associations for the missed, placed and received calls. The calls will still show up but they will be able to determine what line the call was for. They just click a detail softkey to get additional information.

    Looks like it's kinda a hodgepodge on which phones have this new feature and don't so you should hit the phone release notes to determine this.

  • Missed call badge doesn't reduce.  Is there some type of setting I'm missing?

    Shouldn't that Badge counter reduce when missed calls are and/or voice mails reviewed?  Both the related Badges are not going down in numbers.  Is there some type of setting I'm missing?  Thanks!

  • FaceTime Missed Call Badge Remains After Recents Checked on iPhone

    I have FaceTime set up on my iMac (Mavericks 10.9.4) and iPhone 5 (iOS 7.1.2). When I miss a FaceTime call, the missed call badge appears on both FaceTime icons (iMac app and iPhone app) as it's supposed to. When I open the iPhone app to check my recent/missed calls, the missed call badge goes away. However, it remains on the iMac FaceTime app icon until I also open that app to clear the icon. Aren't the badges (like everything else) supposed to sync? If so, does anyone know what may be causing the FaceTime app on my iMac to fail to recognize when I've already reviewed missed calls on my iPhone and accordingly remove the missed call badge?
    Thank you in advance.

    Okay... For anyone still having this problem, I just finished talking to AppleCare. I was really curious what I might be missing because I had FaceTime turned OFF and I was signed out, and I'd also turned off the handshake feature (I don't want calls going to my Mac). The rep had never heard of this before and I let her know that a bunch of people had posted in the Apple Community and several mentioned they had contacted Apple. After a bit of a wait, she said her supervisor wanted to speak to me.
    He double-checked some of the settings I'd already made...then asked me to check my iPhone Settings-FaceTime. While FaceTime was turned ON for the iPhone (which was fine) "iPhone Cellular Calls" needed to be turned OFF. That setting allows all devices signed into your iCloud account to make and receive calls when they are nearby and on WiFi.
    I've received a few calls already and so far, so good!
    Hope this helps!

  • Text messages and phone calls from March 2012 to date are missing after activating iphone5

    text messages and phone calls from March 2012 to date are missing after activating iphone5. I backed up my 4 before activating my 5. Can i retrieve them somehow?

    i would not want to bet on nokia ever releasing a patch or update in the software to allow this function on this particular phone.
    if you look at nokia phones over the years, they have added functionality like this across a wide range all at once, take for example timed profiles on symbian phones. these have only just been phased in.
    i do not think it is a development cop out, more along the lines that nokia is a huge company and as such would have a huge effor in market research. if they didnt pick this out through their market researc, why spend the money adding it?
    the comment on annoyance is entirely personal to me, as it is important to you - you may want to consider moving to a symbian (series 60) based handset as these give you a lot of expansion for this sort of need.

  • In iOS 7.0.2 All and Missed tabs are not showing call history correctly

    In iOS 7.0.2 All and Missed tabs are not showing call history correctly, I have iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.2 version it looks like there is a bug. Missed call history and All calls (incoming, outgoing and missed) history is not showing properly in a list. Ideally when I click on missed it should show me recent missed call list and when I click on All it should show me (incoming, outgoing and missed) calls list sorted by current date and time.
    I would like to request Apple developer team to look into this and fix this bug asap. Thanks in advance.
