  • Lost my entire CS6 extended after update

After updating to the Maverick OS X I realized that I now no longer have any of my Adobe collection. My entire CS6 extended is GONE.
Anyone else have this problem? How can I fix this?

I suggest you call 1-800-MY-APPLE to see what they can do for you.

  • Missing movies and tv programs after update to iO5 and iTunes 10.5

So I backed-up my films and TV programs from my iPad to my Sony Vaio laptop after updating to iTunes 10.5 and iO5. But now I can't find them. I can find all my purchased music and apps fine. What's happened?

Since the update my white iMac 24 is having an odd situation with the sound. Example: I send an email and the sent sound is proceeded by a very audible click just before the sent sound is played. I am using the built in sound. It is as if the sound is turned off, until needed, it turns on with a click, plays, and later it does it again when I send an email later, as if it turned off, again. Very odd. Alan in Boise

  • Loss of Photoshop functionality after update

Yesterday I updated  Photoshop as suggested in a message on my Creative Cloud.  Since the update, much of the functionality inside of Photoshop has been lost from the cloning tool, filters e.g. Camera Raw, saving the file etc etc.  I repeatedly get the message "Could not complete your request because of a program error."  Prior to the update I had no issues with running Photoshop CC on my computer.
    System:  IMAC
    Operating System : OS 10.8.3
Graphics : AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512 MG
    Memory : 16 GB
I have uninstalled and reinstalled from Cloud ... to no avail and after a day of reading forums and trying many different options I just cannot get to the bottom of the problem.
Can anyone advise how do I revert back to the version before the update.  Everything worked perfectly fine in that version.
    Thank you

Thank you Mylenium for your quick response.
Ran the cleaner tool and reinstalled.  Everything seemed to work for about 5 minutes and now it is again back to my original porblem with the "Could not complete your request because of a program error".
So unfortunately I am back to square 1 trying to find a solution.

  • Photoshop Problem ( After Update )

Hi Guys  i Got  A Error when i updated photoshop cc to 14.1.2 i got this error :
    http://www.gulfup.com/?VmYI9C
So i Unistall Photoshop then i ((( DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN   ))) then i got the update message and i scary to do the update and get this error again ????

Please re-install PS CC, restart your system and then apply updates.
Updates usually fail when the file which are required for patching are missing or corrupt.
If this does not solve your issue then i would try to resolve it through connect session.

  • Phone says extended after updating to iOS 8.1

i updated to iOS 8.1 last monday and since then my phone has been stuck on extended i called verizon and tried everything they told me to do. I even restored my phone but it still says extended. Vericon said Apple should fix it but it's been over 10 days and I still don't see an update or anything. I don't know what to do anymore

    Things I have already tried:
    - logging out of itunes, then restarting
    - unlinking the device via the 'view Apple ID' menu
    - updating to iOS 8.1.2
correction to my original post, it is not all purchased movies and shows it is trying, just 9 specific ones.

  • Books purchased through iBooks App missing on ipod touch 4 after updating to 5.0.1

I updated my ipod touch 4 to version 5.0.1 and now all of the books I purchased through iBooks are unable to load because "the requested resource is missing." When I go to Purchased items, it appears empty.  But why I go to the Store to attempt to rebuy the book I was reading, it doesn't give me the option to purchase, stating that it has already been downloaded.  Anyone else having a similar problem?  Or better yet, does anyone have a solution or advice???? Thanks.

If or some reason you failed to transfer any purchases to your computer before updating, then redownload them:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

  • My cursor keeps disappearing using Photoshop 6 after updating to the latest Mac Operating Software

Known issue in MacOS 10.8, happens in multiple apps -- Apple is working on it.

  • Tools/Photoshop/Batch no longer available after updating Bridge. Is there a missing file?

I have just updated all my cc apps, Photoshop, Bridge etc. Being able to batch process files from Bridge is no longer a visible option. Can anyone advise about possible missing files that might enable this?

    Same problem here:
Bridge batch problem after Photoshop cc 2014 update
I recently updated all my adobe cc products to the 2014 version. The previous cc version is still on my pc (Windows 7 professional)
I’ve come across 2 problems since that update:
All the actions I’ve made in the regular cc version are gone in de updated version. I tried to recover the actions by clicking load actions in the actions panel, and then went searching for them in the actions folder (…\Adobe Photoshop CC\Presets\Actions) of the cc version, but photoshop cc 2014 apparently couldn’t find a compatible file. So, is there a way to import those actions to the cc 2014 version or do I have to remake all those actions?
I’ve made a new action in Photoshop cc 2014 and tried to batch several images with that action in Bridge. When the cc 2014 is open (or not) a message appears in that version of photoshop stating that photoshop cc is required for this command and that I should close this version and try again. When I open the photoshop cc version before I click on batch in Bridge nothing happens at all.
            Any solutions for this problem?

  • Photoshop Extended trial version launching after updating PS Design Standard to version 13.0.2

I installed the retina display-optimized update to my purchased (non-Creative Cloud) version of Photoshop Design Standard (via the Adobe Updater app that pops up in my menu bar only when updates are available), but now when Photoshop launches, I get Photoshop Extended (and it's a trial version). Is this a known issue? Will I need to reinstall Photoshop?

Yes, its known. I'm surprised you didn't see the umpteen reports when you searched the forum before posting. Just re-enter your Standard activation code.

  • Can't update adobe photoshop extended past 13.0.6

I Have been trying for the last couple of days to update my cs6 photoshop extended 13.0.6 to 13.1 but the updater says everything is up to date, I have re installed, wiped and deactivated the instal and yet nothing works. Any ideas?

Ok so the link you gave me had this on it read below and nowhere does it say to use the desktop app. The desktop app btw says it is up to date at 13.0.6
When I do use the desktop app it says the application is up to date.
Also step 4 says to go to:
    https://creative.adobe.com.
which does not even exist anymore I get a redirect to
    https://accounts.adobe.com
which is supposed to contain a version of cs 6 which will update to 13.1.2 but it does not exist.
So is there a link to the 13.1 manual update??
Also given I have the master suite collection I don;t really want to download the 7.1 gig file again just to get the same results.
so yeah any other ideas? I've already gone through all this stuff like I said on march 12th.

  • Cnt file missing after updating 7230

I have updated my 7230 to V9.83 but after updating camera is not working properly Pc suite is not recognizing the device The mobile has gone out of order?
Please Suggest me what to do?????????????????????

    1) You're missing all the Photoshop updates
    2) You're missing required plugins - all of them.
Looks like something went wrong with your install -- uninstall, then reinstall and make sure you get all the updates.
