Missing A LOT OF files - what to do?
Hi!
I got ~2000 files missing in Lightroom when moved to another computer.
There are no ("red") Folders missing, just files - ~2000 files in
Library/Missing files and every one of it has "?" mark as well.
What can I do to automate the process of finding files in new place?
I mean, I know the place where the files moved, but it's too painful
clicking every one of 2000+ "?" marks and pointing the new place
for every file one by one and again.

I've solved it!
There was another folder with same name as an old - but with no photos in it, so it hasn't marked as RED. When I deleted this empty folder and restarted Lightroom - it became red, so it just took me 2 clicks to locate missing photos in this folder.

But I think it's bug - Lightroom should inform about such cases.

Solaris 10 GA/SunBlade 100 - /usr/openwin missing a lot of files.

SunBlade 100, 500mhz, 768meg memory (problem)

Complete install from CD Media on all 3 machines (default, Entire Group.) On the 100's, after final reboot, X-Server would not start on console. /var/dt/Xerrors showed "not found" libraries (libfont.so.1, libtypesclr.so.1) and Xsun would die. On the 150, no problems.
I compared (by size) /usr/openwin on the 100's and the 150 and revealed the 100's directory pretty much empty. (Sizes at end.)
I copied over /usr/openwin from the 150 to the 100, rebooted and JDS and CDE are working fine.
Happy to assist with any further testing! If my PSP order was here I'd file a bug report. :)

To me, it seems the last entry is not related and then the entries after didn't seem related either. Does the "C8A7A13DC504" identify the specific email (like an ID number or something).
Does the log entry tell you anything?

So whenever I try to download the newest itunes file it won't let me finish the install process because I'm missing the "Itunes.msi" file whatever that is and I've done some searches but I cannot find the file. Anyone know what to do?

You need storage space for your files. You need RAM in order to run programs. They are not the same.
1. Get 8 GBs of RAM.
2. Get a large hard drive or SSD to store your files. The bigger, the better. -
I have a lot of files called FILE0001.CHK etc. on my MacBookPro - they cannot be opened and an app search produces no solution. Does anyone know what they are please?

I do not use Windows on my Mac but it is possible I ran ScanDisk on my previous Windows laptop. Perhaps I have inadvertently brought these files to my Mac?? Can I delete the files or will I be losing something I cannot verify? So appreciate your input - thank you.

Have you created a new account or updated your existing account ? All content that you download from the store is tied to the account that downloaded it, so if you have created a new account then all of your existing downloads will remain tied to your old account.
If you've updated your existing account then try tapping on the id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and log out of it and then log back in with the updated id so as to 'refresh' the account on it. -
I am working on a PC. My InDesign CS6 was working but is now missing its amtlib.dll file. To fix it it says to reinstall program but I was am idiot and didn't make a copy. Is there any way to reinstall this missing file?
It was bought for my son and he never registered it.
I still don't understand why Neema was trying to reinstall it when she didn't have the serial number but after she uninstalled it, said she couldn't reinstall it because I didn't have the serial number. I never had it yet she didn't have a problem with trying to install it originally.
Still won't buy another Adobe product again. I've talked to a lot of people who can't stand Adobe and I now know why. I can't even update Flash without my whole system crashing or getting a virus.
I won't re-purchase InDesign either. I realize it should have been registered and I explained that my email had been hacked and my proof of purchase was deleted with ALL of my emails and I also had a major virus after updating Flash.
I can't afford to buy the same product twice.
I will find out what other formats my book distributor (Ingram Books) accepts and purchase that program.
Not impressed with Adobe and will share my experience with others so they can be sure to register their product and make a copy of the program BEFORE allowing an Adobe employee to take control of their computers.
If you knew the answer to my question, customer support should have too.

I have two cFP-2120 RT controller. They both have NI-Serial RT2.5.6, DataSocket for LV RT4.2, NI-VISA 3.6, FP Drivers 5.1.0, FP VI Manager 3.1.0 LV RT 7.1.1 installed. But one same vi can run on one controller but not another.
the error message got when it runs on another controller is "Error -32810 occurred at The FieldPoint server initialization failed. Possible causes: 1. Missing or corrupt configuration file; 2. Failed to create callbacks. : FP Open.vi"
I wonder by what it is caused?

As mentioned previously, this KnowledgeBase article may be of some help. Also, if your code is being run on an embedded controller and then a network controller (not embedded), you will need to run the program differently. On the embedded controller, you should deploy your VI in a Project Explorer or programmatically (as described here.) However, you do not need to deploy the program to a network controller, but simply run the VI.
I would also suggest creating a new .IAK file. Do you still see the same error? Also, double-check that the software installed on the controller matches the software installed on the host PC. If you have any file paths associated with one FieldPoint controller, ensure that you are changing them to match the second controller.

PLEASE help me.
I was at Starbuck's today trying to install new software for my new wireless internet card and when I finished I could no longer access any of my applications that require java... I have a macbook pro dual platform computer. When I try to access www.bayphoto.com to download my application it says: (see below) (which I think is strange because it's all about Starbuck's and it should be my java code- I think...). I am practicing RMAN recovery procedures and I encountered a problem that I do not know how to solve.
1) I took a hot backup of my test database.
2) Create tablespace TS_DATA_TEMP
3) Deleted tablespace TS_DATA which had 2 datafiles
4) Created tablespace TS_DATA with 1 datafile
5) shutdown database
6) logged into RMAN in nomount
7) restore controlfile from autobackup;
8) alter database mount;
9) restore database;

So i'm not sure what the problem is. Datafile TS_DATA.dbf is located in the control file but i'm getting the error: the filename for datafile 5 is missing in the control file.
Suggestions on what's wrong with the control file?I found my mistake; a newbie error.
I did not know I needed to include in my restore command the 'until' option when doing incomplete recovery. I only included the 'until' option in the recover command:
original command
restore database;
recover database until sequence =123;
should be
restore database until sequence = 123;
recover database until sequence =123;
I usually run the command using a RUN block with a SET UNTIL SEQUENCE but this case I used the single commands separately.

The why it isn't working can be a number of reasons. While I never have exported an EPS out of ID before, I just tried it and it worked fine.
What "graphics" are missing? I used bitmaps, native drawn ID vector, lines and a placed EPS file. Came into AI as an opened EPS fine.
Links up to date? For items not hitting the EPS, are they on a layer set to non-printing?
In the export dialog,General tab, PostScript Level 3? Data format set to ASCII? On the Advanced tab, Send Data set to All? OPI off? -

i´m developing an app that as to send an sql query to a DB server, using Bluetooth to communicate between server and client.
My client is being developed with LabVIEW PDA Module and my server was developed with LabVIEW 7.1.
When i try to make the build for windows in my client app, no error
occurs. But, when i try to make the build for pda, the following error
occurs:
state is a missing VI or C file. Details: There was an error building
the executable. Please check the VI´s or C files that were added.
I have already tried to build simple applications, each application with each of one of the subVIs that i´m using.
But, still the error occurs. In attachment i leave my VI (Execute SQL query.vi) and all the subVIs.
Can anyone give a help with this?

Execute SQL query.zip 48 KBI can't look at your VIs, but the PDA module occasionally has "weird" bugs (for example, try to build a program that monitors a value change event for 2 controls of a different type (numeric and boolean) in the same case and see what happens. This also happens for numeric controls with different represetations). Maybe this is one of them.
