i see on the services.msc and its running. I have uninstalled and installed like never before yet all effort seems to be useless. Network and sharing center i have set and reset; on the bluetooth setting page only options COMport and hardware is what

According to your description, it should be Bluetooth driver problem, have you tried to access your PC official site to download the Bluetooth driver for test?

What you are seeing is how Safari works now in iOS 5. There is no way to get that icon in Safari now. There other much better browsers available in the App Store. Look at iCab Mobile, Mercury, Atomic, ....
I have been running iOS 5x for so long now, that I don't even remember if that icon did appear in earlier iOS versions

Bluetooth Icon in the Menubar gone

Hi,
sometimes when the computer stars, the Bluetooth Icon in the Menubar doesn't appear. If I go to the bluetooth preferences panel it says it's on and the show menubar icon is checked. I've got to recheck it to see the icon again in the menubar.The icon shows up until maybe weeks later when it doesn't and I don't know why.
How can the icon show up always????

After installing, reboot holding down CMD+s, (+s), then when the DOS like prompt shows, type in...
applejack AUTO
Then let it do all 5 of it's things.
At least it'll eliminate some questions if it doesn't fix it.
The 5 things it does are...
Correct any Disk problems.
Repair Permissions.
Clear out Cache Files.
Repair/check several plist files.
Dump the VM files for a fresh start.
First reboot will be slower, sometimes 2 or 3 restarts will be required for full benefit... my guess is files relying upon other files relying upon other files!
We have more if that doesn't work.

I pair my iphone with my car when I'm driving. Is there a way to put the bluetooth icon on the homepage so I don't have to go through settings to turn the bluetooth on and off?
I don't like to leave the bluetooth on all the time because it drains the battery, but it's kinda a pain to have to go through settings everytime I want to use this feature.
On my last cell phone I could assign a "hot key" to automatically turn the bluetooth on and off. I really liked that. This bluetooth system seems a little dated to me.

Hello, since 10 minutes now my icons on the desktop are flickering / bliking / flashing, the little light under the finder keeps going off and on also. I was working on word, and everything shut down. I tried to restaure my file, but then the paperbin was empty !!!!!! !!! Please help me !! the finder won't open, nore my docs file !!!! Now there is just NO MORE files on my desktop.. it's getting worse !!!! Also, I tried to restart the computer twice.. nothing happended.. still blking... PLease help me !!!!!!!

Mac Pro Bluetooth icon with the wave, says Bluetooth not available, can't seem to find a fix...

I'm showing the bluetooth icon with the little wave/squiggle, drop down says it's not available. Help forum advised unplugging all USB then restarting, what am I a Windows user??? Obviously didn't solve the problem, anyone had this?

If you don't see the "shadow man" icon, right click the toolbar and select customize.. drag the icon up to the bar.

1) The best way to relocate the iTunes library folder is to move the entire iTunes folder with all subfolders to the new path, then press and hold down shift as start iTunes and keep holding until prompted to choose a library, then browse to the relocated folder and open the file iTunes Library.itl inside it.
If you've done something different then provide some more details about what is where and I should be able to help.
2) Purchases on the device should automatically transfer to a Purchased on <DeviceName> playlist, but it my depend a bit on whether automatic iCloud downloads are enabled. If there is a cloudy link then the transfer might not happen. You can use File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. In iTunes you should also check out iTunes Store > Quick Links > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer.
3) Backup the device, then immediately restore it. In some cases you need to add a restore as new device into that equation. Obbviously not to be attempted until you're sure all your media is in your library. See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device should it be needed.
4) I believe there is complimentary 1 incident 90-day support with hardware purchases, but no free software support for iTunes itself. AppleCare gets you a different level of support.

I have a MacPro without bluetooth, but I have a bluetooth Icon in the menubar.
How can I correct this.

If you go into the Bluetooth pane in System Preferences, under the "Settings" tab is "Show Bluetooth status in the menu bar" checked? If so, uncheck it and that should remove the item from the menu bar. (I assume the preferences pane is present even in a Mac without Bluetooth.)

Apparently, security programs like Macafee and Norton view Itunes updates as new programs and block then from access. If you add Itunes to the list of exemptions, it solves the problem.

Please try the following…
First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing.

Iphone will sync with one computer at a time.
When you sync to another it will delete the current content.
Make sure you have copied everything from your old computer to your new one first.

If the computers are also associated to your account (e.g. you've used iTunes Match, automatic downloads, or redownloaded past purchases on them) then they might also show in the 'manage devices' section of your account on your computer's iTunes (Store > View Account menu option): Manage your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support
You can also, once every 12 months, log into account on your computer's iTunes (Store > View Account) and deauthorise all computers and then reauthorise the computers (which you can only do directly on them) that you still have and need.
