Missing contacts! Please help!!
My iPhone 4S with update iOS 7 randomly deleted half of my contacts. The first it happened they randomly came back after 10 minutes, now it's the second time this has happened and they are gone! How can I get them back?! Please HELP!!

It would be good for your to consider the email accounts you have or may have had on your device to try to determine if you had contacts syncing to your device from online email accounts?

Indesign missing fonts, please help!

I just switched from windows 8 to a mac mini. I had indesign CC trial on the PC and now that I switched to a mac fonts are missing n my document. Both versions of indesign were up to date. How do I get my fonts back please help. The font I really need is called "Onyx"

Onyx is not a font provided by Adobe with InDesign or any of the Creative Suite or Creative Cloud offerings. It is installed on your Windows system when you install Microsoft Office.
Likewise, if you have licensed and Installed Microsoft Office on your Macintosh, Onyx is installed on your system.
If you have not licensed and installed Microsoft Office on your Macintosh, you can license the font at http://www.fonts.com/family/248141/onyx.

I can't open my books with the update, says failed to load book because the requested resources is missing. Please HELP.
If you can't open a particular ibook then try deleting it from the bookshelf via the Edit button at the top right of the bookshelf, and (assuming that it's still in your country's store) redownload it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the app (or if you have a copy of it on your computer's iTunes library sync it back from there).

FLASH PLAYER MISSING PLUGIN PLEASE HELP!!
Since the Last Safari Update,I've been constantly getting a missing plugin message whenever FlashPlayer was required.
I have tried uninstaling/installing FlashPlayer from the adobe website. But still always asked to download the latest version.And later did disk permission repair/check, nothing worked. I even disabled som of the plugins i had read in the discussion that might cause some problems such as the java cocoa plugin, but flash player's plugin is still missing.
PLEASE HELP!Latest version of Flash is 10.3.181.26
It installs in Macintosh HD/Library/Internet plug-ins and is available to all browsers.
Make sure you're getting the right one; there is one for Firefox, Safari and Opera and a seperate one for Chrome.
Best to install with all browsers closed (note - you have to open and authorise the installer - it doesn't install automatically on download).
If a browser's open, quit and reopen it to enable the plug-in.
Be wary of error messages claiming you don't have the right plug-in. Don't follow links from them, they're often used to redirect you to malware sites.
And ensure JavaScript is enabled when trying to view Flash; it won't work without it.

My phone no longer displays the names of my incoming messages or phone calls. It only shows the number. Some of my contacts are missing also. I tried to deactivate iMessage and nothing changed. Please help.
Are you syncing contacts over the air on your iPhone with an Apple iCloud account or with another email account that supports the same?

Ok so I reset my ipod touch 4th gen and it got stuck on the apple logo screen and holding down the buttons just made it turn off for a few seconds and go straight back onto the logo screen, nothing was happening with it connecting to itunes either. But I held the home and the power button down at the same time while connected to my laptop and then when the logo reappeard I released the power button and it came up with with the itunes logo and the usb logo. It then allowed me to select restore on itunes which I did but a box popped up saying "The ipod software update server could not be contacted. make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later." Please help.

When my iPod was 'preparing for update' my iPod USB accidently fell out. I turned it on and a usb sign and an arrow to iTunes came up, so I plugged it in. It comes up with a message saying iTunes has detected an iPod in recovery mode, You must restore this iPod before it can be used with iTunes. After that, I clicked restore and it said 'The iPod software server update could not be contacted' and that's it!
I've tired,
Resetting my iPod (the usb to iTunes sign still comes up)
Holding down the Home and Power button at the same time for many seconds
Restting my computer
Going into LAN settings and changing that
Please, I really want it too work as I just got it today for my birthday

My internet connection is more than fine, my ipod functions as it should, and I can connect to the itunes store.
It will not, however, connect to the update server.

Initial Activation Remark = I used my gmail email account to add contacts initially. But phone always failed to sync (back) with gmail after the initial setup. As in if I make any changes in the iPhone’s Contact List, it won’t automatically be saved to my gmail account. But I thought to keep a full phone back up on my MacBook Pro will be safer option as well.
Latest Full Phone Backup Date = 19.Sep.2013 [via iTunes-11 on MacBook Pro-OS X 10.8.2]
iOS 7 Update Date = 20.Sep.2013

I am in the great trouble because my 1100+ contact list just zeroed by this new update.
[Also, my iCloud all got screwed up. I had earlier used my wife's credit card to register for iTunes, and now my account got her name all over it. There is no option to change the name on icloud.com. I will start a new discussion for this problem.] Though I am trying not to lash out on Apple (for now), but I think that it is seriously getting into my nerves.
Could anyone please help me to get my contacts back? I will be eternally grateful.
I still got the Full iPhone Backup on my MacBook Pro that I did just before the update.

I followed all directions for the backup assistant for my old phone. Downloaded the backup assistant to my new smartphone. BUT because I am on a prepaid plan - it will not allow me to proceed with the transfer of information. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? Someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!
Luckily your not lost, There are several programs in the play store IE: Import Contacts Export Contacts, You didn't say what type of phone your coming from but I am sure if it's a Iphone you can find a tool to export your contacts to a CSV file and then import into and Android. Better yet is to export to the CSV file and Import into a GOOGLE account via the web and then Google will always store and sync your contacts from Phone to Phone.....Verizon may be able to do an export to a CSV but they will do it for a FEE normally if it's not a Android or Iphone there are tools provided you have a data cable that can read and export contacts for them as well. Profile missing error, PLEASE HELP!
I have read and tried all of the different options within the forum and nothing is working! Its so frustrating! A while back i randomly had the first profile missing error and to fix it i simply reinstalled firefox, when that didnt work I went through and completely deleted anything that had firefox or mozilla in all my libraries figuring i could then just reinstall a complete fresh install. But i was way wrong and that definitely didnt help. Ive now tried all of the different methods on this site to fix the profile missing error and it isnt working, which i think is because when it says to go to ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles folder it is completely empty and there is not a profile to be found. So i am unable to start firefox at all so i cant make a new profile that way, or any other method at all! Please please help! Im running OSX yosemite 10.10.3, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
