I downloaded an app on my samsung galaxy s3 and it let me move my music from itunes to my phone. It turned out something was wrong with the phone so I got a new one. I wanted to get my itunes music on my phone but not through the app so i went to my itunes library and i only had the 7 songs i moved to my phone but i know i have a lot more. I tried contacting apple but itunes does not have it's own serial number. I want to recover all of my songs so what do i do?

okay from reading posts it seems if I transfer my backed up info from my old comp to the new one and erase my dad's phone's back up i could reset my phone and it would transfer all my old data back onto the phone, be linked to the new computer and i could proceed. Where do i find the backed up info from my phone?

RINGTONE
This how to make ring tones for your iPhone:
Choose the desired song from you library
Do a secondary click on your song if you are using a MAC (right click for PC)
Click "Get Info"
Go to Options tab
Set Start Time and Stop Time, some iOS only allow for a 30 sec duration for ringtones, then click OK
Do secondary click (right click for PC) to your selected song
Click "Create AAC Version", new song from your selected will added to your library (short one)
Do secondary click (right click for PC) to your short one (new song)
Click "Show in Finder"
Rename file *.m4a to *.m4r, click "use *.m4r"
Drag the file to library, for the first time it would automatically add your library with new folder "Tones" under Apps folder
Open the ring tones in the Tones folder of your library than drag it to your iPhone and your ringtone also would be automatically added "Tones" folder.
Last but not least, set the ring tone in your iPhone under the "Setting-Sound"

Call the apple store you got it from and ask them. Sometimes in the past they've extended the 'no questions asked return' but only Apple can tell you for sure.

I am trying to download apps but all that happens is the icon appears with a "waiting" underneath it. Updates do the same and so I am not able to download anything. I have rebooted the iPad this hasn't helped. I am able to sync the iPad with my PC and this updates everything. I would however not have to do this constantly. we have almost similar problem. i also did restored my iphone5. and it keeps restoring after it finishes. what i did was, i disconnected the phone from iTunes and pressed the home & power button, hold it till the apple logo appears. but i will warn you. after i did this, my phone did worked after, but now im having problem with siri and voice command. both keeps on making calls, playing music even the phone is just inside my bag or not using it. when i use the phone, it keep on going home, enabling siri, going to music wihtout touching anything. such a pain in the neck

the cc desktop app is used to install and update cc programs (and a few other thinigs). but that does not include 'opening' the installed programs.
click your start button or your program files directory to find the acrobat executable to launch acrobat (and any of your other apps, adobe or otherwise).

Is the iPhone recognizing your taps?
If it recognizes taps and is showing the disabled message, you'll have to restore the iPhone with the computer it was last synced with or restored as new from another computer.
If it doesn't recognize the taps, it sounds like you need to send it back in for service.

If you only want the free apps, take a look here:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)
