I'm a bit confused, but here's what I think is going on:
1) You have a member (Account, Scenario, something?) that has a formula
2) You have data with that member
3) You have loaded data to that member but the data never shows up because of #1
4) You have deleted the formula in #1
5) Now you want to load data from your source (whatever it is) into this aforementioned member.
Is that correct?
How else would you expect to get data into that member without loading it? Is this value something that can be calculated in Essbase? Wouldn't that lead you back to step #1? Otherwise you're going to have to load it. You could write a query that selects just that member, stick it into a load rule, and load it (or do it through Studio, whatever, the concept is the same) or if it's a file, write a load rule that rejects everything but that member, or clear out and reload all the data.
Or you're going to have to explain it better for me or I'm going to have to drink more coffee. Actually, I'll do the latter regardless -- I need all the help I can get.
66 questions, 50 unresolved? Would you mind marking your questions as answered, if indeed that is the case. Otherwise anyone coming across your threads won't know their final outcome.

    Restore Safari Keychain data after Remove All
    I mistakenly removed all Safari Keychain data, which, of course, also removed the data from my iOS devices.  I attempted a restore with a "Keychain" folder.  It's on my desktop, but I'm not sure what to do with it or if it's even the right data.  Can anyone help with how to restore keychain with Mozy?  Thanks!!

    From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the AutoFill tab.
    Select:  User names and passwords
    Visit a website. Enter the login data. You will be prompted tos save that data to a new keychain.
    Restore...  as I mentioned previously, Mozy is not compatible with Keychain Access. There is no way to restore with Mozy.
    In the future, you may want to use iCloud  Keycahin to store login data.

  • Missing data after server restart

    Hi,
    We restarted our MDM server at the OS level last night. Everything seemed okay after the restart. However, when our users came in this morning, they found that some data was missing from a table. We have a Material repository with 3 main tables. Some data which have previously been populated was not appearing in our Products Detail table, the largest of the three. A large number of rows in the table had columns that failed to load with data on the repository auto-start that occured after the server restart. The auto start value in the mds.ini file was set at 300 (5 minutes) as we had seen this iisue happen once before, and thought that may help.
    A stop and restart of the repository corrected the issue. Is there anything we could have done to prevent this? Is it worthwhile to try increasing the auto start delay again? Validating detail data after every server restart is not an effective option.
    MDM version: 7.1 SP08
    OS: AIX  DB: Oracle 11g
    Thanks!
    Dave

    Hi Dave,
    I meant that when you load repository using Immediate data is loaded from .acl files (accelerator files) in a async manner.
    Whereas when you load by Update Indices new acl files are generated.
    Below men6tioned is a comparision between the 2 ways of laoding repository:
    Load Repository Immediate
    o Loads indexes from accelerator files instead of being regenerated by reading the data them from the DB and creating the index.
    o Automatically builds indexes stored in out-of-date accelerator files.
    o Is usually fast.
     Load Repository with Update Indices
    o Rebuilds all MDM indexes files by reading and indexing data stored in the DB. The results are flushed on disk as accelerator files.
    o Necessary by repository schema changes or if any error occurs.
    o Might take significant amount of time to complete.
    So when you observe some visual data impact in your repository it is good idea to rebuild indexes.
    I guess we cannot schedule this as default behavior is to load by immediate even through the inin parameter.
    as a best practice one can do this by fixing a time frame eg monthly depending on data/schema changes.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

  • Missing Data after extraction

    Hi,
    I have a generic datasource in R3, delivering some 20 plus fields. When I check in RSA3, I get all data, for full extraction or even selective extraction.
    I have replicated and activated the DS in BW. Now when I extract the data in BW for a single document, I get all the information in PSA, but when a full extraction without giving any filters, some of the data is missing in the extraction.
    Seems nothing wrong in R3 and nothing wrong in BW, what else am I misssing

    Hi,
      Check the below.
    1) Remove selections in Info package.
    2) Check the filters in DTP.
    3) Compare the number of records PSA and RSA3 in ECC.
    4) Compare the number of records PSA and data target
    5) If you are missing records from PSA to data  target chck filters in DTP and routines.

  • Acrobat 9 Professional forms missing data after upgrade to Adobe Reader 10

    My principal has a macbook pro with OS 10.6 on it, and Acrobat 9 Professional. One of the Xerox technicians in our district came around and updated Adobe Reader on her computer to AR 10. This caused her computer to lose the license key for Acrobat 9 Professional. Now all the of the data that she had saved in forms done in Acrobat 9 Pro has been lost. When she opens these files, the forms are blank. Is there any help for recovering the data that was lost from these files?

    As long as the tech did not remove Acrobat, it should still be there. I am not that familiar with MACS, but that is the case for Windows. I would suggest that the tech be requested to rectify the issue. It may be that she just needs to open Acrobat and then the file. It may be that a MAC has a file association like the PC, and in that case she needs to set the file association back to Acrobat.
    If she maintains both AA9 and ARX on the machine, she should also update them. It may be an update issue that is causing the data to not be seen. Some versions have had problems with seeing the data unless the cursor is in the field of interest. So is the data really still there or not?
    Hope my limited thoughts about the MAC is of help. I am sure that some MAC folks will be by to give help.

  • Motion file missing data after MM export

    Hello,
    after finishing a project I exported it using Media Manager. When I reopened the newly created project, I noticed that all Motion clips where missing the video layer.
    I used Motion to blur out some faces and the blur is still there but I'm missing the video track (its just red checker box).
    I fortunately still have the original project to export the clips manually but can someone tell me what I should have done differently, please?

    Nada don't think. Motion project files with "embedded" video aren't managed by Media Manager.

  • PR05 Missing data after upgrade 4.6C to ECC 6.0

    Hi,
    We have just migrated from 4.6c to 6.0 and after that on tcode PR05 for many employees the list of trips is empty and for others there are some trips available but not all of them. Tried SU53 to see authorization check but everything is ok.
    Does anyone have an idea of what could have happened?
    Thank you,
    Paulo Siqueira

    Hi Christian,
    I had already checked that note. But it's not the case. It was missing the role trip, not only some fields. Anyway, I found out what happened. After the upgrade it changed the settings (F9; last icon on the taskbar); option "Display Trips" must be set to all.
    Best regards,

  • Missing data after updating to 1.3.5.1

    I updated my Palm Pre webOS to 1.3.5.1 and lost ALL my calendar events.  My contacts no longer come up when I attempt to create a new text message.  I also cannot view contacts or pull them up by typing the contact name when I want to make a call.
    Am I missing something?  How do I get this info back?  How do I sync my contacts with the text and calling applications?
    This is rather frustrating...

  • Missing data after upgrade to G6 SP1?

    I have a portlet that checks for a user's membership in Collaboration Projects. The relevant code is:
    IProject[] projects = projectManager.queryProjects(projectFilter);
    for(int i = 0; i < projects.length; i++)
    /** line causing error: **/
    int[] userids = projects.getRole(RoleType.LEADER).getMemberIDs(MemberQueryType.ALL_USERS);
    for (int j = 0; j < userids.length; j++)
    if(userids[j] == user.getUserID())
    userProjects.add(projects[i]);
    I've just upgraded our portal from Plumtree/ALUI G6 to service pack 1. The portlet was working before the upgrade. I'm now getting the following error when I try to display the portlet (JSP) that contains this code:
    com.plumtree.remote.prc.collaboration.CollaborationException: Community 205 does not exist
         com.plumtree.remote.prc.collaboration.security.RoleWrapper.getMemberIDs(RoleWrapper.java:105)

         org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet.service(JspServlet.java:236)
         javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:802
    I'm guessing that means that somehow the data has gotten out of whack. What I can I do to correct the situation?

  • Suppress Missing Data not work in web form with formula column inside

    Dear All,
    I've a planning web form with formula column inside to calculate the variance and % variance. But missing cell can't be suppressed, although I've checked the 'Suppress Missing Blocks' and 'Suppress Missing Data' options.
    Anyone have face the same problem..?? and how to fixed it..??
    thanks.
    Regards,

    There is a known issue that sounds like the problem you are experiencing
    10358200 - If a formula column exists in a data form, selecting the Suppress missing option does not hide rows that do not contain data.

  • Deleted a free version of  PDF Max after purchasing the pro version. That resulted in missing data on the pro version too. Please help

    Last week, I purchased the pro version of PDF Max and today deleted the free version since I am not using it anymore.
    I don't what happened or how, this also resulted in missing data on the pro version. I created loads of annotations and notes using the pro version. Now, all that's missing. I am using the word "missing" because I think the data (notes and annotations) is still there but its just not showing up in the app. Since, the size of the app did not change. It still is 1.24gb on iTunes. Can you guys please help me recover or should I say figure out a way to display the files on the app? Pretty please!

    I'm not familiar with the specific app, but generally speaking if the free and paid versions of an app are separate (i.e. not an in app purchase), what you are seeing will be the case. the only resolution I know of is if the vendor provides an account and stores the data online, or it integrates with something like DropBox. If not, once the old version is deleted, the data is pretty much gone.

  • VS2008 - ReportDocument missing data when exporting to PDF

    Hi all,
    First and foremost, I'm using:
    - VS2008 with CR Basic (10.5.3700.0)
    - CR 2008 SP4 (12.4.0.966)
    - SQL Server 2008
    I've developed a small VB.Net application that's supposed to simply load a report, set appropriate connections and parameters and finally export it to PDF.
    While it works on simple reports, I'm having trouble with a report that uses a Stored Procedure to link between two tables. The PDF shows all the data that's obtained directly from tables, but misses the details that depend on the Stored Procedure.
    This same report previews perfectly on CR 2008 SP4, where it's been developed.
    What I've tried, based on SDN and general web search:
    - Different ODBC and OLE DB (both SQLOLEDB and SQLNCLI / SQLNCLI10): No change.
    - Compile in x86 and x64: No change.
    - Add report to VS2008 project and preview it: No change; same data shown, same data missing.
    - SQL Trace while previewing with CR2008 and exporting with .Net application: This showed something interesting; one fairly  simple SQL query when using CR2008 (that successfully returns data when pasted to SQL) was transformed into a query with several joins and cross joins (that does not return data when pasted to SQL) when using the application. Links being somehow changed, I presumed.
    - Printout all the Database.Links from the ReportDocument prior to exporting: showed they were all correct.
    - Following a post on this forum I've inserted a VerifyDatabase command after loading and setting connections: I now get an "Error in formula" stating that one of the Stored Procedure's fields that's used in a formula "is not known". Commenting this line  results (again) in a successfull export of a PDF... but with the same missing data.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks in advance!

    Nuno

    I don't think the language was the problem, but I had problems teasing out the correct info I needed (e.g.; CR 10.5 vs. 12.x, 32 bit vs. 64 and so on. But I know where the problem is now:
    SAP Business One reports
    This is a special OEM build of Crystal Reports.
    It uses a database driver that CR 10.5 does not ship (something like crdb_SAPBusinessOne.dll (?))
    So, you can not use CR 10.5 as it is missing the driver.
    Using CR 2008 assemblies (12.x) will potentially be also problematic. While you will have the SAP One driver, you may not have the neccessary database logon APIs exposed.
    E.g.; more than likely, this will not work. But, you can try the following;
    Make sure you are using CR 2008 (e.g.; remove all of your CR 10.5 references)
    Look at the KB [1553921  - Is there a utility that would help in writing database logon code?|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/oss_notes_boj/sdn_oss_boj_bi/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/scn_bosap/notes%7B6163636573733d36393736354636443646363436353344333933393338323636393736354637333631373036453646373436353733354636453735364436323635373233443330333033303331333533353333333933323331%7D.do]. there is a utility attached to the KB that will write out the DB logon code for you - in VB and C#. Use that code to try to connect to the report. The utility uses InProc RAS SDK which is part of CR 2008 and it is a free runtime - just like CR SDK. For basic info on working with InProc RAS SDK see the article [How to Use The RAS SDK .NET With In-Process RAS Server|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/10b840c0-623f-2b10-03b5-9d1913866b32]
    Now, keep in mind that I have never seen, never mind worked with a report based on SAP Business One (thus my ignorance as to the name of the actual CR DB driver). So this may work. Or not. All I can do from here is keep my fingers crossed. But please do share any successes or failures...

  • Missing metadata after saving in LR 1.3 (Windows)

    I have touched this subject before in other threads, but I have never got around to do a proper test in 1.3 and someone asked for proof before, so here is the proof.
    What I did was shot a JPG with my Canon 1D Mk II and then add some IPTC tags using a IPTC tagger program. I then opened the image in LR, added a keyword and saved it using ctrl-S.
    What I found is that some EXIF information is missing from the saved file, but from what I found it seems to be just EXIF information that is moved to XMP. I find it strange that not all EXIF fields are moved to XMP, but it's not a big deal.
    But worse is IPTC information that was in the file is also missing and not converted to XMP. In the ExifTool that I used to create the linked files, the ID of the missing IPTC fields are 76 (Contact), 1b (Content location name), 0c (Subject reference), 0a (Urgency) and 07 (Edit status).
    Metadata as directly from camera: http://www.svartsinn.net/test/LR/NY7Y1043-fromcamera.txt"
    Metadata after tagging IPTC: http://www.svartsinn.net/test/LR/NY7Y1043-Memoria.txt
    Metadata after tagging IPTC then saving from LR: http://www.svartsinn.net/test/LR/NY7Y1043-Memoria-LR13.txt
    I can accept that LR can not show and edit all types of metadata, but I find it difficult to accept that data is removed from image files.

    Sorry to bump this, but are there anyone here who have experienced the same?
