For the Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro, the download link for the bluetooth driver for Windows 10 is missing. I didn't know if this was a mistake or not.Document ID: DS103763

Hope this is the right forum since this is Services related I believe. Anyway, I thought my ATI HD 2400 could do with a Catalyst Control Centre update since the current version I have installed is from 07. My computer is an A200-2BO a Tesco exclusive, I searched high and low for ATI HD 2400 Mobility drivers but they were nowhere to be found, when I finally found them on my computers Toshiba support page I was so happy : ) But then the link didn't work!

I do have one question, why can't ATI support the Mobility HD 2400 drivers, since I can see in the future than ATI will update the Catalyst Control Centre and I'll be a couple months behind : /

Just wondering if there was a direct download link for Officejet 4500 g510n-z? I've been trying all morning and haven't been able to from the HP site. Keeps getting stuck at .......compiling your results. Thanks in advance.

I noticed that you are having trouble installing your HP Officejet 4500 G510n-z on your Windows 8.1 computer. I am happy to help with this installation issue!
I would recommend the following:
Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the Printer Software. (In case any old software is still present or partially installed, otherwise carry on to the next step).
Clean boot the computer. How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
Re-install using the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows.

Driver download link not working

Greetings,
I am trying to download a driver for the HP Designet 800 (42inch) printer series for Windows XP 32-bit. I am on the download page, which is: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=18...
However, I just cannot download the driver. It simply won't launch. I am on IE8 and I have tried Firefox but it does the same (I get to a connection problem page after a while).
The name of the file is hpdj510wumglen.exe.
Could anyone assist me with this?

Adobe Acrobat download link on client website

Do I need to get permission before I include a link on the client's website for the Adobe Acrobat Reader free download? Thanks for any help.

I am missing the 'Download Popup', 'Home', and 'Website address window' buttons.

The functions button for these three items (Download Popup Downward Arrow, Home Icon located on the righthand side of screen, and the Webside address window where you can type in the webside address or URL or IP-address) just disappeared. How can I get them back?
I am running Release 9.0.1 and the only recent update I installed involved google opt-out policy for collecting information.

What's happening here? Could the BEA folks please make an official statement why there is no more JRockit Download available? Is that all about Oracles acquisition??

HeHe,?Cl is rather hilarious, if you go to download drivers and select vista 32 bit for soundblaster X-fi Fatality, the drivers that were released on the 8th are no longer available for download, they have been removed from the webpage.....Hmmmmm? wonder why that is huh CL ? apart from the MacBook Air this feature is of no use for other Macs right now.
Simply ingnore it (click "I already have the Drivers...) and continue with the installation.
Sorry to say but you need the OSX Install DVD for the BootCamp Driver installation.
The 3.0 version of the BootCamp Drivers is only avaiable on the disc.
Later updates (3.1 and 3.2) can be downloaded from Apples Support website.
Call Apple and ask for a replacement and they usually send you one for a small fee.
And have the Serial-Number of your Mac at hand when calling.
And since the OSX Install DVD can also be vital for maintenance and repair it is best to have one.
The needed BootCamp Drivers are on the OSX Install DVD 1 that came with your Mac.
Insert that disc while in Windows after the Windows installation to install the drivers.

The download panel does show some informations but i'm missing the download link. Is it possible to show this information in some way (userstyle, addon...)? I know i can copy the url but that's not really comfortable.

Thanks for your response to my question, I see your point and will do that, however, I have another folder that was created before I had a Mac, which has all sorts of lovely titles and labels and some of those pictures I brought over to my ibook when I first started. So there are some duplicates in my iphoto library that I already have backed up in that other folder. I guess I shouldn't really obsess about those. I guess I am just nervous about deleting all my prior iphoto library, but I should have faith that it will all be there in my pictures library. Just trying to clean up the virtual mess.
I'll hold my breath and take the plunge.

I receive a message when trying to open Photoshop CS6, Illustrator CS6, etc., then when I try to follow the directions for troubleshooting, the installer fails to initialize.
Error message: "Adobe Application Manager is needed to resolve this problem. However it is missing or damaged". Then, after download, the program fails to load and displays this message: "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem". start at the top and work your way down applying applicable fixes until your problem is resolved.

if, your error is:
"Installer failed to initialize. File not found." or "Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to missing files."
first, rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old.
to find OOBE:
64 bit win OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
32 bit win OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
mac os: HD>library>application support>adobe>caps
mac os: USER>library>application support>adobe>OOB
if that fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
if you're using a dvd to install:
copy the disc contents to a desktop directory and install from that directory.
if you're using a mac:
1. Try to Create a new user account in Mac with Administrator Priviledges.
2. Login to the New user, Navigate to Mac HD> Application> Utilities> Adobe Installer folder, Locate products like Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and un-install them
3. Navigate to User Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
4. Navigate to Mac HD> Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
5. Start the installation again.
if everything applicable above fails, check your installation logs:

1) "Care Pack" product registration page error 2) Driver download page error - links don't work

I cannot register my printer because the page has "Care Pack" product registration page has errors:

I fill in all the information and click the blue "Submit Query" button, and nothing happens except 3 silver "Submit Query" buttons appear below where it says, "Search results" "Select the product that you want to register." But there are no results! And why 3 buttons if no results?
Cookies and scripts are enabled. I did that and refreshed the page before I entered anything, so nothing is getting rejected.
It seems the website has a lot of problems...the download links on the driver page wouldn't work either, so I had to get them from a 3rd party. I am lucky to find a reliable site! (The driver was official and the printer finally installed correctly, which it couldn't even find if I let Windows search online!)

Where's the download link for X230 Windows 8 beta driver?

I am trying to download the Media Card Reader Driver for Windows 8 Beta for my new X230i, but there is no download link on the driver details page as below:
