Missing fields in IDoc FIDCCP02

Hello Experts ,
I am using FIDCCP02 IDoc to create a customer invoice. My item level data contains a field XMWST (Calculate Tax) which i can not find anywhere in the IDoc.Even BSEG-ANFBN ,BSEG-ANFBU,BSEG-ANFBJ,BSEZ-EGMLD,BSEG-HZUON fields are not present in the IDoc.I am mapping the above fields using LSMW.Please let me know how to map the above also it would be helpful if these fields are named differently in the above IDoc.
Thanks and regards,

Hello Shafiq,
Thanks for your comment. I think it's a good idea to deactivate option to send IDocs immediately and create an own job to trigger it regularly. It would be great if according user exits would be triggered also only when the IDoc job starts. Otherwise I would have to create a copy of RSNASTED and enhance it to fill according values. Depending on the outcome I'll reward your anwser. Nevertheless thank you very much until then.

  • Missing segment in Idoc

    Hi
Mine is an Idoc to File scenario. The mapping is fine and the interface is also working fine. However, there is one defect attached to it. The Idoc used is ARTMAS. When I trigger the Idoc for a range of articles from BD10, a particular segment is missing in the Idoc. I checked in WE02 and found out that a segment is missing in the Idocs generated. E1BPE1MEANRT is the segment that is missing. Because of this, the file created  at target side has the couple of fields with values missing. The source fields of these missing fields lie in E1BPE1MEANRT.
How do I fic this issue ?
    Regards
    Harish Babu

    Hello,
    Couple of suggestions:
If you want to populate the segment and fields in PI mapping, you can use mapwithDefault function and populate NULL values in PI.
    OR
    1. Check the fields in the segment E1BPE1MEANRT, and respective field data of Article is maintained or not. If not maintained, please update the same with the help of functional.
    2. Check with the Abap team to debug the Bapi / program which populates the Idoc. The issue is inclined towards functional  / ABAP team.

  • Idoc FIDCCP02 posting skipping document number

I am using Idoc FIDCCP02 to post FI document. I have to enter value in field E1FIKPF-AWORG, otherwise it does not allow tax code to be used in certain conditions. Filling up filed E1FIKPF-AWORG is working fine and document is being posted. But the issue is that system is skipping one document number for each posting. If field E1FIKPF-AWORG is left blank, than this does not happen.
    Any help please!

    HI Dehra,
YOu can check if any customizing is done within the IDOC processing function module.
Or you can to analyse if populating the E1FIKPF-AWORG value creates any extra documents, which are consuming the number range.
Suggestion: You may get better responses in either FI Forums or ABAP forum.

  • Extended Idoc FIDCCP02 - getting status code 02

    Hello Friends,
I am extending Idoc FIDCCP02 with an custom segment. I have followed this steps
Created Segment - Created Extended Idoc with Custom Segment created - Released both Segment and Idoc - Attached Idoc to FIDDC2 message type - Added message type to model view - maitained partner Profiles with extended idoc - created port type 'G' - Added necessary code in user exit (I am able to view data in my custom segment)
The Problem is - If I do not maintain Extended Idoc in partner profiles - I get Idoc XML created in external system with status code 03
But once I add extended idoc to the partner profiles - I get Status Code 02 with error saying Error in passing data to HTTP Port 500 internal Server error
Kindly can some body help me if I am missing some steps.
    Thanks for help.

    Dear Vasu,
I am creating Z message type, when I am creating that idoc (I have used XML Port) its initially comes in status 30 (IDoc ready for dispatch (ALE service)).
Now when I process this idoc with tcode WE19 then it give status 02 (Error passing data to port). Please suggest where i am doing mistake.
    Your help will be appreciated.

  • IDOC FIDCCP02 and Customer Invoice Clearing

    All
Has anyone successfully used IDOC FIDCCP02 for customer invoice clearing and/or clearing with residual items?
    Any comments are appreicated.
    Thanks

I once used this IDoc to post FI documents e.g. travel costs from non SAP systems into the ECC 6.0. The task was the clearing of those costs.
AFAIK posting residual items is possible. Just check the IDoc documentation (transaction we60) for the KOART / BUZID fields in the E1FISEG segments. The function IDOC_INPUT_FIDCC1 will process the IDocs.

  • Posting COPA fields through IDOC

    Hi
I am using IDOC FIDCCP02 (Basic Type) to post FI Documents to SAP from external legacy system.
We need to add couple of COPA fields to this INBOUND interface(related to profitability analysis).
Can I extend the IDOC FIDCCP02 to include COPA fields? If yes, what is the exit/badi?
If FIDCCP02 is not the suitable one then which one to go for? Any documentation in this topic?
    Thanks in advance
    Rupa Bhowmick

You need to extend your idoc type.

  • Mandatory fields for IDOC

Do we need to specify the mandatory fields in IDOC as 1:Unbound? if its not then how does IDOC differentiate from Mandatory filed to non mandatory field if there has to occur a mapping error incase some mandatory field is missing.

    Hi,
There is no need to modify the structure of an IDOC since it is already a standard. The mandatory fields are the fields that are needed (minimum) to be mapped so that the IDOC would post successfully But as for business requirements, you have to consult that with vendors.
    Hope this helps,

  • FB01 posting using IDOC FIDCCP02

We are trying to post accounting transactions from non-SAP system to SAP system using idoc FIDCCP02 and XI as the middleware.  Please let me know if anybody has done this before and if yes, please share with me the mandatory fields to send to the idoc.

I looked at the note...But if somebody has done this type of integration,  I thought of using their experience to build out the same.
    Thank you,

  • Missing fields in Purchasing View

    Dear all,
We have got an issue like this. For our client we are using Workflow to
create a material. For this we made a process like this .
    User1-Basic Data1&2
    User2-Sales Views
User3 or User4-Purchasing Views. Both are having same roles in workflow.
    User5- MRP1,2,3&4 Views
    User6- Finance&Costing Views
When we create a material,we are getting an issue in Purchasing View.
In Purchasing View User 3 able to see all fields in Purchasing view.
If User 4 tried to fill the data for this Purchasing View some fields
are hidden, which we are not able to see.The missing fields are as
    follows.
    Purchasing Group,Plant-sp.matl status,Tax ind. f.
    material,Qual.f.FreeGoodsDis,Autom.PO,but both user3 and user4 share
    same roles in workflow.
After that we had given SAP_ALL to User4 and tried to create a material
using standard MM01,then also we are not able to see all fields in
Purchasing View. But User 3 is able to see those fields through MM01 too.I have attached a document, please go through it.
What would be the reason for this? Please suggest us possible
    solution,as soon as possible.
    Regards
    Ganesh.

    Hi,
Option:1=>For user 3 and user 4 , problems in cretaion of material difference, Consult your Basis  Consultant.
Option:2=>For hidden field, follow below steps( in user 3 , check and correct for user 4)
    1. Just click the tab ,(Which is hidden for user 4, in user 3 )and get the field name
2.Go to T.Code: OMSR and enter that field name and get Selection Group in user
3.In USER 4,Go to T.code: OMS9 and select your material type and go to "overviews" .In the next screen, you can see your field selection Group, click that and you can make that field  required entry for User4 and save.
Now try to create material in USER 4.
Hope helpful to you and then reward.

  • Mandatory Fields for IDOC ORDERS01 for Pricing Condition EDI1 to trigger

    Hi ,
I'm Testing an Inbound ORDRSP using we 19  for Pricing Conditions EDI1. What are the Mandatory Fields for IDOC ORDERS01
    Thanks

    hello,
I think it's better to execute VA01 to create a sales order; in that way you should have an idea of mandatory fields.
    Thanks.

  • Idoc- File scenario: Read a data field in IDOC and name the file with it

    Hi All,
I am configuring an IDOC to File scenario.
I have a requirement where I need to read one of the IDOC data field and use that as the name of the File.
E.g: If the IDOC data field-1 = '123456', then I need to name the output file as '123456'.
Is it possible to do this. Appreciate your help on same.
    Thanks
    Shirin

    Try this code..
desired field from IDoc will be input parameter to UDF
    DynamicConfiguration conf = (DynamicConfiguration) container.getTransformationParameters().get(StreamTransformationConstants.DYNAMIC_CONFIGURATION);
    DynamicConfigurationKey key = DynamicConfigurationKey.create("http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/File","FileName");
    conf.put(key,a);  // a is input parameter
    String ourSourceFileName = conf.get(key);
    return  ourSourceFileName;
Also, check Adapter specific message attributes in file adapter, check  filename

  • How to handle empty field in idoc to file scenario

some field of IDoc is empty, there occurs error. like
<Trace level="1" type="T">com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.BaseRuntimeException: RuntimeException in Message-Mapping transformation: Cannot produce target element /ns0:vendor_list/vendor[3]/company_code. Check xml instance is valid for source xsd and target-field mapping fulfills requirements of target xsd at

    Hi Shen,
You can do this in two ways :
1.If you are above XI3.0 SP14 then you can use the node function "mapWithDefault" in between the mapping. This will create the xml tag for the field on the target side even if you are not having those fields in the source side i.e.,  idoc.
2.At first check your field exists or not at runtime & based on that  If exists then you map it to the target field else if you dont have then if the field is alphanumeric then map the same length spaces as constant in the target or if the target field is numeric then map with a constant having that many no. of zeros.
    Ex:
    If>Idocfield>Exists>then>Idocfield
    >else>constant(may be with spaces or zeros)
