Missing icons for Adobe CC programs

All of my adobe icons are missing (show as a white icon, or a white icon with the icon its supposed to be in the middle of it). A few days ago they were all showing up.
How can I fix this?
I've tried assigning the correct programs via associating the file type protocol.

What is your exact brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???)
What is your exact graphics adapter driver version?
Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information

Do you have dual graphics adapters?
Go to the Windows Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound and then select Device Manager... In Device manager you click the + sign to the left of Display Adapters... and see if 2 are listed

Hi, ken.
You can access ExportPDF from your computer more quickly in three ways:
You can download and install the CreatePDF Desktop Application. More info is here. With this application, you can drag PDF files onto a desktop icon and have those converted to Office files. (If you subscribe to the CreatePDF service, this application will also allow you to create PDF files.)
You can download and install the newest Adobe Reader and access the service using Reader's Tools Pane on right. Then, any time you have PDF open in Reader, you can (with a couple of clicks) convert that PDF to an Office file.
You can drag the webpage icon from your browser to your desktop. This will create a shortcut to the ExportPDF website on your desktop. Here are some instructions for doing that using Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Let us know if you have additional questions or issues.

Can't find icon for Adobe XI Pro

I installed the download assistant then downloaded the free trial for Adobe XI Pro. I can't find the icon on my computer to get started. I have windows 7

If you have installed the software then you should be able open the program by going to Start>All Programs>Adobe Acrobat XI.

Why are so many app icons either pixelated or missing? No photo thumbnails in Photoshop CS6 and missing icons for newly installed applications.

Even after a clean install of new applications and permission fixes and disk repairs, this problem persists. Apple must have changed some specifications for thumbnail icons in Mountain Lion. This is a particularly frustrating problem with Adobe Photoshop CS6. If you attempt to save a CS6 file in any format, the thumbnail image icon just disappears or appears dark, with no image visible. I have spoken with both Adobe and Apple about this and no one seems to want to accept responsibility, but I'm beginning to believe the issue is with Mountain Lion, as I did a clean install of a Mountain Lion friendly and compatible app today and the end result was that there is no icon for the application. The application will run, but you cannot see an icon for it in the dock, only the name. This is absurd! Seems like paid "upgrades" are now becoming downgrades. At least that's how I feel when I actually lose rather than gain functionality.

this is happening to me too. if i create a photoshop jpeg file it has no thumbnail icon. the file seems to be there by name only?

Xfce4 missing icons for menu items

My xfce4 seems to have blank icons for some of the menu items and I can't figure out why. I installed the entire xfce4 and xfce4-goodies groups.

maggie: are you talking about icons in the Applications menu applet? If yes, are the icons missing for applications which do not provide icons¹? If yes, then you have the answer: there is no icon displayed because there is no icon to display for the entry.
AFAIR, the pre-4.12 Applications menu applet displayed some ugly stock icon as a placeholder, but it seems that this behaviour is no longer present in the latest release. If you truly want icons for the entries, you may set them by editing corresponding .desktop entries. The best way is placing your overrides in ~/.local/share/applications as this will not pollute pacman-managed /usr/share/applications directory.

Missing Plugin for Adobe Flash Player 10.1?

I have an
64 bit acer computer
Windows Explorer 7 XP
I am using Mozilla Firefox
When trying to download Flashplayer 10.1
I click to download but the information bar comes up saying Additional plug-ins required to display all media on this page.
When I click install missing plug-ins the plugin Finder Service says no suitable plugins could be found.
Please help me find the plugin or help me download.

What are our options?

Don't worry about it since driving in a car is probably more dangerous.
Buy a newer computer which is what we'll ultimately have to do in order to stay up to date.
Not feel so bad about it when in a week or two they report security holes in the new version and one realizes there will always be bugs and holes.
Not focus on it because we're so busy worrying about how we haven't been able to do any other security issue patching in the past year since Apple stopped doing Tiger security updates.
I'm going with 2. If I suddenly see my computer speaking Russian and my keyboard bursts into flames when I try to override it, then I'll worry.
However, updates were announced for Adobe Reader 9.4.1 to 9.4.2 and for Adobe Shockwave 11.5.9r615 to 11./5.9r620. I've installed these updates.

Missing icons for Tetris and Need for Speed

Hello,
I've had a good look around the forums but cannot find an answer to my problem.
According to "My World", I have installed both "Need for Speed" and "Tetris". However, no icons for these appear on the Playbook.
My home screen currently consists of two pages. These icons do not appear on either page. I have checked carefully.
I have checked inside the BlackBerry Bridge folder, just in case.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Tetris and still no luck.
I have reset the PlayBook (held down the power, and volume buttons for 10 seconds).
I have checked inside File Manager, Pictures, Music.
I am based in the UK, is it possible the app is not available to people in the UK?

Yeah. With the help of someone smarter than me in the office I now have the answer. And in case you miss this too - my icons for both Need for Speed and Tetris were not in the panel to the right. Instead, they were on the default panel but I had to swipe UP. I did not know that icons could be hidden there.
So I'm not feeling like the sharpest tool in the shed but in my defense the PlayBook offers no cues that there are any icons off the screen below (or above) in the same way that it does to the left or the right.

The icon for adobe revel is not there in Photoshop 12

When I open photoshop 12 and go to mobile albums the yellow icon for syncing with adobe revel is not there. Also, if the try the drop-down for opening Adobe Revel it is shaded and I cannot open it that way. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

Xournal - missing icons for tools and colors

Adobe XI send for shared review is missing option for Adobe online services, where did it go?

I am using Adobe XI and trying to share a PDF file using Comments --> Review ---> Send for Shared Review. The option to share via Adobe Online Services is missing. What is causing this and how do I get that option back? I am working on a Mac in Safari. Screen shot below:

With Acrobat Pro 11.0.06 I have send more 188 files for shared review with deadline in June.
After the update (automatically in May) to 11.0.07 Monday June, 2 became a cold shower to me:
1) to start a new Acrobat.com-based shared review was not possible anymore
2) tracking of my 188 reviews was not possible anymore, "no active reviews" = empty tracking list !!
My temporary solution: uninstall 11.0.07 and reinstall 11.0.00 with NO automatic updating: stop updating at version 11.0.06.
Result: the tracking list is filled with all items.
Earlier this year Adobe announced end of life of Acrobat.com-based shared reviews at the end of this year 2014.
My question to Adobe: how long is this type of shared review supported ?
My complete workflows are based on it.

No Save a Copy icon for Adobe Reader 9, using Win 7, IE or Firefox

The Save A Copy icon is no longer shown when I bring up my paycheck stub (and I am certainly authorized for that site). I can view my files but there is no icon to save the PDF to disc. It does not matter whether I go to that site with IE or with Firefox. I am using Windows 7. Thank you anyone that can help me.

Missing icons/ empty windows and programs not responding

Hi all,
I'm posting this on behalf of my brother and I have yet to see the machine but I was wondering if I could get a heads up behalf I get my hands on it.
He is using my old Powermac AGP 450 and a couple of days ago he had problems with the OS. He can boot into tiger but non of the programs are responding, also when he tries to open a folder/window its just coming up with an empty box.
I will have some more info when I get to look at it but for now I wonder if anybody has any suggestions, I'm thinking that the Hard disk is failing.

Finally got to look at the Mac and it seemed to be running as normal but the big problem was that words were missing on the menu's and also when programes were running, it almost seemed to me that it couldn't find certain fonts so it didn't bother showing them at all. Disk utilitly didn't show any problems so I did an install and archive and this solved the problem.

Smaller Icons for Adobe Reader?

I am using Adobe Reader on a Netbook. The Select and Zoom toolbar's icons take up an inordinate amount of real estate on the screen. I have searched but have not been able to find how to make these icons smaller. Is it possible that their size cannot be changed (paid version maybe)? If not from Adobe itself, is there workaround or a third party which offers this functionality?

You csn probably change things so that the toolbars are hidden, but you
cannot change the size of the icons.

KDE doesn't show an icon for Adobe Reader v8.1.1?

Is it me or is KDE (desktop and K menu) not showing the Adobe Reader v8.1.1 icon? I checked the KDE shortcut/link properties and I can see the icon (system icon) it used.
