Missing IMG node for Scenario definition

We are currently configuring FIORI PR approval and the IMG node for Scenario Definition under Task Gateway Service is missing. Components installed as well as the IMG screenshot is below. Any thoughts on what would be missing is appreciated.

FYI.
I see you use old UI components which were released in May 2013.
Important Note: Please use new UI with new SAP Fiori Launchpad
New UI components have UI extension points and work with new SAP Fiori Launchpad.
Please find correct components based on your Backend version.

  • Missing IMG steps for Best Practice CRM Service.

    Dear SDN'ers,
    I am working for a client and we are now implementing CRM Service.
    In the Best Practice guide I found IMG step like
    3.3.3.4.     Defining Time Allocation Types,
    3.3.3.6     Defining Availability Template
    3.3.3.8     Defining Service Area
    etc.
    However I cannot find these corresponding transactions in SPRO. They all refer to the path Customer Relationship Management  Workforce Deployment  WFD Server  Business Settings for WFD Server  only In our system this path doesn't excist. It calls IMG transaction like WFM_001 but the system doesn't recognize this IMG activity.
    Please can anybody help me?
    Kind regards,
    Niels

    Hi,
    Have you carried out the prerequisite steps?
    Also chk this path in SPRO
    Customer Relationship Management>Transactions>Settings for Service Processes>Settings for Service Resource Planning>WFM Core-->Make Settings for the WFM Core.
    And also ensure that no RFC connection has been assigned to the WFM Core if you are using it as an add-on in SAP CRM.

    PePe

  • Missing img node

    Hi ,
    I ahv eto implement LWF for Haryana, but In SPRO LWF node is not displayed in indian payroll module, what could be the reason for that
    Regards,
    Rahul

    If you are using ECC 6 then LWF configuration comes in Other Statutory and Non statutory deductions tab in Payroll:India.
    or Use tables V_T7INU1,V_T7INU3 and V_T7INU5.

  • FIORI Leave Approval Scenario Definition Error

    Hi,
    I have implemented a leave approval before. That was working fine. Now I'm implementing another leave approval on a different server (embedded deployment also). I followed the same configurations for scenario definition and system alias. But I'm still having this error.
    Below are my configurations:
    Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Melanie,
    Are you implementing old UI? Please use new one..
    Important Note: Please use new UI with new SAP Fiori launchpad
    Only Approve Requests app uses scenario definition customizing. Other approval apps read workitems from backend application tables.

  • Missing self ID for node ...

    For no apparent reason, my G5 has been having kernel panics (i.e., the grey screen full of text in different languages, telling you to press the power key).
    It has been doing it repeatedly, and I'm not sure I "fixed" it--I turned off a FW800 drive, just as a best-guess without much else to go on.
    Repeated boots (after the kernel panic) and I get the following in the console log:
    Missing self ID for node 2!
    or
    Missing self ID for node 3!
    Any guess what this is?
    Here's the full log for this evening:

  • CRM IMG nodes are missing in SOLAR01 - configuration Tab

    hi Experts
    i am facing very strange issue. I am trying to link IMG nodes from the backend system in configuration tab.
    the IMG nodes are available in backend system  from SPRO ,  whereas when i try to add the IMG object from the configuration Tab  in solar01, these nodes are not available for the selection.
    Does any body faced these kind of situation.
    Please help with the solution
    Thanks
    Sol man

    Hi,
    Make sure that those nodes are selected in the IMG project scope. This can be seen at SPRO_ADMIN for the IMG project, under tab "scope".
    If the nodes are not selected, select them and generate the project IMG.
    best regards,
    Fabricius

  • Where used list is not working for IMG nodes/Document   in solar01

    hi experts
    In template project , we are using same IMG objects in different business processes and subsequent configuration document is attached to each IMG node in configuration tab.  ( like same IMG node  -  define order types used in different business process configuration tab )
    when i use " where used list " from the configuration tab , its not showing the IMG objects  used in different business processes in the same project. whereas its showing the IMG nodes used in the different project.
    I need to find out the same IMG objects/ document  used in the same project using the " Where used list " button.
    Please provide your answers
    Note : we have linked one configuration document to same IMG nodes used in different business. " where used list " also not working for documents as well
    Thanks
    Sol man

    Hello there,
    I just tried some tests and couldn't face any problem with locating other usages for the objects in configuration tab.
    You mentioned a configuration document, so have in mind that the document usage will only be considered if it is a link to the same document and not just a copy.
    e.g:
    Here I created a document in this node:
    Then I added it as a link here:
    and as a copy here:
    When I go back to the original node and use the where-used, it'll only show the original and the link:
    This happens because after copying a document, it is considered as a new one instead of another usage of the original one.
    best regards,
    Fabricius

  • IMG Note for a Config Change

    Hello,
    I am very new to SAP. Could someone guide me as to how I can write an IMG note for a customizing change.
    I just need to add some documentation in that IMG note for a change that I am doing.
    I would really appreciate it if someone can help me here.
    Thanks in advance
    Mridula

    Hello Mridula,
    Unfortunately, you cannot add a note to an IMG node anymore. Only the existing SAP nodes being delivered are permitted.
    If you are going to have IMG Activities beneath this node, then you can goto the Documentation tab of each IMG Activity definition (Right click on activity -> Technical details) and maintain a documentation for each one of them.
    If there are no activities, then you really do not require a documentation for the node alone, which practically does no steps, right?
    Best Regards,
    Rekha

  • BOM: Finding Children Nodes For a Given Parent Node

    Hi,
    I am trying to find the longest path for a particular BOM material. I am using the FM CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2 to explode the BOM to get the materials (including children nodes etc.). I think, in this scenario, a recursive function would be the best way to go. The problem is to find the children nodes for a node in a particular level. Looking at the structure STPOX and the fields STUFE (Level), WGEXX (path) , TTIDX (index) and VWGEX (path, multi-level), I cannot find a logical way to link the children nodes to a parent node although visually I can see how things are connected when the FM returns the STB table..
    For example: TBL_STB returns from FM:
    STUFE     WEGXX     BMTYP     TTIDX     VWEGX     OJTXB
    1     1     M     1     0     MATXX1
    2     1     M     2     1     MATXX2
    3(a)     1     M     3     1              MATXX3
    4(c)     1     M     4     1              MATXX4
    4(d)     2     M     4     1              MATXX5
    3(b)     2     M     3     1              MATXX6
    4(e)     3     M     5     2              MATXX7
    4(f)     4     M     5     2              MATXX8
    Visually, we can tell that  Level 2 has one item 2, level 3 has 2 items, 3(a) and 3(b), Level 4 has 4 items where 4c and 4d are connected to 3a and 4e and 4f are connected to 3b.
    Going through STPOX structure itself, how can we find out that 4c and 4d belongs to assembly 3a but 4e and 4f belong to 3b??  If someone can explain the uses of the differnet indicators in STPOX (or other) where I can find out the children from the parent, it would be greatly helpful to write the recursive function..
    Thanks in advance..
    P.S. I will give points out immediately for any useful answers..

  • MRS - CRM Integration:  Resource Planning Node for CRM demands

    Hi all,
    We have a multi backend scenario where MRS 800 add-ons (ECC and NW add-on) have been installed in ECC. Demands can come from the ECC PM/CS orders or from the CRM system as Service orders.
    For PM/CS orders, from the work center of the activity or operation, the system determines the planning node and assigns the demand to that planning node. But we need help in identifying the Evaluation Path for determining the Resource Planning Node for demands coming from CRM. Currently we have to manually select the CRM Service Order to be able to view the demands in the MRS planning board.
    The service organization structure has been created manually in CRM and is not available in ECC system. We are unable to identify which organization structure can be used as resource planning structure (in the Planning board which is in ECC) for CRM service orders.
    Please provide your inputs on these two issues in the MRS-CRM scenario:
    1. What is the evaluation path for determining the Resource Planning Node for demands coming from CRM system?
    2. Which organization structure can be used as resource planning structure (in the Planning board which is in ECC) for CRM service orders?
    I would appreciate any help in this regard.
    Thank you!

  • Creating a Dynamic Node for a Dynamic Graphic - Tutorial

    Hi everyone,
    I'm sharing my first tutorial, hope it'll be helpful for you.
    In the Layout tab, it's possible to create an UI element "Business Graphic". It's a very simple tool that only requires a context node with a category attribute (that means, the values that will appear in the 'x' axis) and one or more series (each one with a color, generally a numerical value). It's possible to add a label for each series for better understanding of the Graphic.
    Although it's a very powerful tool, there are some problems when we must create a graphic with N series and different labels. If the graphic use an ALV or internal table to fetch data, during runtime we can have more or less series. The definition of a static node and generic series is not enough in this case. That's why I'd like to present you this little tutorial to create a dynamic node that fetchs a dynamic graph:
    In the WDDOINIT or Event Handler method that starts the application (once the data is available) we should create the dynamic node in the following way:
      DATA: lr_node_info    TYPE REF TO if_wd_context_node_info,
                 lt_attributes      TYPE cl_abap_structdescr=>component_table,
                 attribute           LIKE LINE OF lt_attributes,
                 struct_type       TYPE REF TO cl_abap_structdescr,
                 lo_dyn_node    TYPE REF TO if_wd_context_node.
    * Let's suppouse we can LOOP at the data table, so we can fetch the
    * category data type (for example company name, month, year, ...)
    * and each series with a numeric type
      attribute-name = 'CATEGORY'.
      attribute-type ?= cl_abap_datadescr=>describe_by_name( 'STRING' ).
      INSERT attribute INTO TABLE lt_attributes.
      attribute-name = 'SERIE1'.
      attribute-type ?= cl_abap_datadescr=>describe_by_name( 'I' ).
      INSERT attribute INTO TABLE lt_attributes.
      attribute-name = 'SERIE2'.
      attribute-type ?= cl_abap_datadescr=>describe_by_name( 'I' ).
      INSERT attribute INTO TABLE lt_attributes.
    * Once we have all the attributs for the node, we create a formal structure
      struct_type = cl_abap_structdescr=>create( lt_attributes ).
    * Now we can get the context information to add a new node
      lr_node_info = wd_context->get_node_info( ).
    * Create the node
      lr_node_info = lr_node_info->add_new_child_node(
                        name = 'GRPH_DYN'
                        IS_MANDATORY = ABAP_false
                        IS_MULTIPLE = ABAP_true
                        STATIC_ELEMENT_RTTI = struct_type
                        IS_STATIC = ABAP_false ).
    * Now we should populates the node, I'll create a hardcoded table,
    * simulating the internal table that you should already have
      TYPES: BEGIN OF tw_alv,
                        category  TYPE string,
                       SERIE1    TYPE i,
                       SERIE2    TYPE i,
                    END OF tw_alv.
      TYPES: tt_alv TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF tw_alv.
      DATA: lw_alv  TYPE tw_alv,
                  lt_alv   TYPE tt_alv.
      lw_alv-category = 'Alfa'.
      lw_alv-serie1   = 3.
      lw_alv-serie2   = 8.
      APPEND lw_alv TO lt_alv.
      lw_alv-category = 'Beta'.
      lw_alv-serie1   = 4.
      lw_alv-serie2   = 4.
      APPEND lw_alv TO lt_alv.
      lw_alv-category = 'Gamma'.
      lw_alv-serie1   = 1.
      lw_alv-serie2   = 3.
      APPEND lw_alv TO lt_alv.
    * Now let's call the recently created node and bind the lt_alv table.
    * Get node from context
      lo_dyn_node = wd_context->get_child_node( name = 'GRPH_DYN' ).
    * Bind table with ALV Container
      CALL METHOD lo_dyn_node->bind_table
        EXPORTING
          new_items = lt_alv.
    * It's always good to check if the table was succesfully binded.
    * I refresh the lt_alv table and get the values from the node for controlling
      REFRESH lt_alv.
      lo_dyn_node->get_static_attributes_table( IMPORTING table = lt_alv ).
    There are other ways of adding a node structure in the method add_new_child_node, but it works for me only with STATIC_ELEMENT_RTTI. The node is now created and has the data required for the graphic. Now, we should go to WDDOONMODIFYVIEW, or save the target view as a parameter, to create the graphic, bind the category and series and show it on the screen.
      DATA: lr_graph       TYPE REF TO cl_wd_business_graphics,
                  lr_cat           TYPE REF TO cl_wd_category,
                  lr_series1    TYPE REF TO cl_wd_simple_series,
                  lr_series2    TYPE REF TO cl_wd_simple_series,
                  lr_container TYPE REF TO cl_wd_uielement_container,
                  lr_flow         TYPE REF TO cl_wd_flow_data.
    * Get the root element from the Layout or the specific
    * container you have created for the graphic
      lr_container ?= view->get_element( 'ROOTUIELEMENTCONTAINER' ).
    * Creates a line busniess graph
      lr_graph = cl_wd_business_graphics=>new_business_graphics(
            BIND_SERIES_SOURCE = 'GRPH_DYN'
            CHART_TYPE = cl_wd_business_graphics=>e_chart_type-lines
            HEIGHT = 340
            WIDTH = 750
            ID = 'GRAPH'  ).
    * Create the flow data for the new UI Element business graphic
      lr_flow = cl_wd_flow_data=>new_flow_data( element = lr_graph ).
    * Set graph in the root container from the Layout tab
      lr_container->add_child( lr_graph ).
    * Bind the category from the dynamic node to the dynamic graphic
      lr_cat = cl_wd_category=>new_category(
                      view = view
                      bind_description = 'GRPH_DYN.CATEGORY'
                      tooltip = 'Company Name' ).
      lr_graph->set_category( lr_cat ).
    * Bind the two series from the dynamic node to the dynamic graphic
      lr_series1 = cl_wd_simple_series=>new_simple_series(
                      bind_value = 'GRPH_DYN.SERIE1'
                      label = 'Sales'
                      view = view
                      tooltip = 'Average Sales' ).
      lr_graph->add_series( lr_series1 ).

  • Mail 6.6 missing plug-in for PDF view, can't save to RTFD file

    Hi,
    I see there are some similar queries about this, but no definitive answer. I can't seem to save to RTFD file format, and my sent mail indicates a missing plug-in for where the PDF attachment should be.
    I did mess around with the Mail Library a bit to transfer across my mail database from an older machine. Something which did not go smoothly at all.
    Is there a way I can fix this?
    Thanks.

  • URL mapping config for Experience Definition rule

    Hello,
    I have a question regarding the configuration of url mappings for experience definitions. Here is our scenario:
    We have 2 experience definitions that allow us to localize the guest user experience when a user hits the portal for the first time. We need to setup 2 rules that are based on url so that if a user comes from one url they get the English definition and the other url gives the French definition.
    This portal will be access by outside users and we cannot have two different domain or sub-domain names in order to differentiate the 2 urls. We’ve been told that it is possible to setup a system so that 2 different context url can resolve to the actual portal url so that the portal sees the different url values and serves up the proper experience def.
    So basically I am asking for a somewhat detailed explanation of how to configure it so we have one of the following 2 setups (whichever one is possible):
    English url = http://www.domain.ca/portal/en/server.pt
    French url = http://www.domain.ca/portal/fr/server.pt
    OR
    English url = http://www.domain.ca/portal/en.pt
    French url = http://www.domain.ca/portal/fr.pt
    And both of these urls would map to the same portal at http://www.domain.ca/portal/server.pt (not directly accessible from outside)
    We have the portal deployed via Websphere 6.1 on AIX and using IBM HTTP server.
    Any help regarding how to configure app server, web server, portal would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you
    Richard

    Hi Doevelaar,
    sorry, no help but: Iam fighting like you.
    I tried the same to get multiple databases to live: no result
    I tried to get a connection to configure apex-listener running under Glassfish via SQL-Developer: no Connection possible
    I tried to get a connection to configue apex-listener via SQL-Developer : this works if Apex-Listener runs standalone but: I can't store the configuration
    I am surely a Oracle-fan with APEX and the DBMS but all installations of Oracle makes me mad.
    Try to install the dbms 3 times, it will react 3 times different.
    The clone tool of db's works one day, the next one it stops anywhere without any online comment (anywhere in hidden logs you will find a miracle error description.. java-errors self explaining if you know all libaries)
    I dont know who ever makes quality checks there but they need any old guy, not the young hackers.
    I think Bill Gates has time.
    I am so frustrated with all this installation stuff and sh..., i hope one day microsoft buys Oracle, then the installation may be smooth and all features will work.
    And you dont have to be a script guru to manage an update, may be. This is naturally only a daydream...
    I work like you at this problem, if I have  any solution I let you know.
    Cheers

  • Zynq Petalinux 2014.4 device tree node for two SD card interfaces?

    I'm using a 3rd party zynq module (Trenz TE0720) for which they provide a .bsp file.  The resulting Petalinux build boots just fine out of the SD card.  But the module also has an on board eMMC memory that should look llike second SD card and it is connected to the zynq's second sdhci controller.  But Linux is unaware of its existence.
    The likely cause is an omission from the device tree script and I would imagine it should be possible to add the missing device tree node.  However all of attempts thus far have failed.  The (very simple) device tree script looks like the below.
    Can anyone point me to a correct SD card device tree node for a Petalinux 2014.4 device tree script?  Also the full present device tree script archive is attached.  Thanks!
    /dts-v1/;
    /include/ "system-conf.dtsi"
    aliases {
    mio = &gpio0;
    /* TE0720-02 uses Spansion Flash */
    &qspi {
    flash0: flash@0 {
    compatible = "spansion,s25fl256s1";
    &usb0 {
    dr_mode = "host";
    &gem0 {
    phy-handle = <&phy0>;
    mdio {
    #address-cells = <1>;
    #size-cells = <0>;
    phy0: phy@0 {
    compatible = "marvell,88e1510";
    device_type = "ethernet-phy";
    reg = <0>;
    /* restore LED settings */
    marvell,reg-init = <0x3 0x10 0x0000 0x0501 0x3 0x11 0x0000 0x4415>;
    &i2c1 {
    /* Real Time Clock RAM is not supported, map as EEPROM */
    eeprom@57 {
    compatible = "at,24c01";
    reg = <0x57>;
    /* Real Time Clock, rtc0 name can used to set time at startup! */
    rtc0: rtc@6F {
    compatible = "isl12022";
    reg = <0x6F>;
    };

    I figured out a solution by myself:
    The Kernel image was not read from the correct position in the QSPI flash. In order to find out which is the correct address to read from, I modified the .bif-file (./build/bootgen.bif)  that was generated by petalinux-package:
    the_ROM_image:
    [bootloader] ./images/linux/zynq_fsbl.elf
    ./images/linux/u-boot.elf
    ./images/linux/image.ub
    Then I executed:
    bootgen -image newbif.bif -o test.bin -debug -w
    The -debug is important here. This gave me:
    *** After Link

    0005c7c0 Len: 00691ac0 Res: 00000000 "image.ub.0"
    -- End of Dump
    Here we see that the Kernel image is to be found at an offset of 0x0005c7c0 and has a length of 0x00691ac0.
    The image can therefore be booted in u-boot by doing:
    U-Boot-PetaLinux> sf read $netstart 0005c7c0 00691ac0
    SF: 6888128 bytes @ 0x5c7c0 Read: OK
    U-Boot-PetaLinux> bootm $netstart
    This loads and successfully boots the kernel, finally presenting me a login prompt.
    Hope this helps someone in the future.
