Missing Items List

In purchasing reports window for the open items list reports from the dropdown menu if you the select the "missing items " you get a report for the items which are in negative stock values.What does field consignment mean in this report?

Hi Buddy,
In the Open Items List (Reports -> Sales and Purchasing -> Open items
List),items appear in 'Missing Items List' when the 'Available' stock is
negative. The available stock is displayed in the Item Master Data ->
Stock tab.
When the 'Available' figure (Inventory - Item Master Data - Stock Tab)
falls below zero the item is visible in the missing items.
The consignment field is visible in the Item Master Data - Stock tab.
If it is not visible go to Tools - Form Settings and select the
'Visible' check box for the field.) If this field has a value then it
will be visible when the item appears in the Open Items List.
The figure which appears in the 'Consignment' column is a calculation
field, based on the sum of all open deliveries(where the delivery
increases the negative 'Available' stock)/Released Production orders -
open returns.

Hi All,
Have an issue whereby items are included on the missing items list report which show no consignment value and a positive available value...
I.e. Item A is showing on the list with:
In stock 30
Committed 1
Available 29
Anyone ever come across this?

Hi Guys,
I think the issue is more to do with the fact that the report is picking the items up even though it has a positive value in the available field, the consignment field seems to be correct.
This is happening for a lot of items, even for items where there is no data in either the consignment or available fields.
The version is 8.8 PL14.

[Sales A/R] [Sales Report] [Open Item List] [missing item]

Dear Expoerts,
Business One 2005A:
How to restore or rectify the 'missing item' on the Open Item List?
There is an item shows Commiited 10 however there is no corresponding Sales Orde.
Since there is no stock therefore data shows Available -10.
How can we purge this bug because we tried Goods Issue and Restore, neither methods can do anything about it.
Your advice will be very much appreciated.

Yes, i'm sure. When i test it, i copy Sales Order (eg. got 5 items - 4 of 5 item is 0 amt) to Delivery Order (got 5 items - 4 of 5 items is 0 amt). Then i delete the row of 4th & 5th item with 0 amt.
FROM Sales order:
Example: 1) Item A      $1,000.00
               2) Item B              $0.00
               3) Item C              $0.00
               4) Item D              $0.00
               5) Item E              $0.00
To Delivery Note:
Example: 1) Item A      $1,000.00
               2) Item B              $0.00
               3) Item C              $0.00
               4) Item D              $0.00 (Delete row in Delivery Order)
               5) Item E              $0.00 (Delete row in Delivery Order)
After i check the Open Item List - the amt, net & tax do not show the figure for this Sales Order. The Sales order just show $1,000.00 in "Original Amount" in Open Item List.
Please check for me, the SAP B1 system std is like that?

In the open items list there is an option in drop down for missing items. When we select the option some items and its details get listed. What is the information being communicated by this selection?

Find Missing Items - export list to spreadsheet?

I inherited a LabVIEW project that has a whole lot of missing items (vis, controls, lvlibs, etc...). From the project I can display a list of the missing items, but I cannot figure out how to export the list to something useful for sorting and sharing. Right clicking or trying to select multiple items in the list doesn't work. Is there a way to do this? I have attached a printscreen of the missing items window in case it helps...

Yes you generally can do this, but the technique changes with some versions of LabVIEW because it can be seen as a security risk. But realistically it is more like extracting part of a binary application. After extraction the VI has no documentation, no icon, and just works like a DLL with some inputs and you get some outputs with no way of seeing the code that goes on inside it. It also cannot be recompiled for other versions of LabVIEW so again it isn't all that useful.

Open Items List Production Orders

I have been having issues with my inventory quantities. After a little investigating I have found that a majority if not all my production orders are within in the Open Items List. I had the Idea that once you copy from a production order into Receipt from Production the order would then close. Have I been missing a step in my process? What should I do to stream line and correct the issues?

Receipt from Production will not close the Order. You have to change those order status to Closed in order to close them.

Help needed to setup template item list to send attachement within email te

Hi! I read everything there was in the bookshelf on the setting of template on Outbound communication, advanced template and my main concern, template items list and I still can not send a template email with an attachment inside. I managed to send the email with the attachment in the message body but not send mail with an attachment separately.
Is there a special feature or setting to the template items list or in the Siebel file system that needs to be done ? I've try to put a tag pointing to the template item in the advanced template but got no result. I've tried everything but got no result.
My main goal is to send a template email containing the attachement of an official letter inside. Ideally, I would like the letter as an attachment to be populated by the data of the BC associated (values substitution). This is already working in the advance template. But that's another story. I would be happy if only I can send the email template to include the letter as attachement.

Yes we do. Even if we go with F9 or by the send email from the file menu, the sending of emails is ok. It's just that it wont send attchment as define in the template item list. All settings are ok and are as specified in related bookshelf. By now, i'm looking if there is any activex control missing for outbond email OR if there is any html tags to put inside the advanced template so that the application could properly attach the file to the email. If you have aswer on you side, it would be appreciated.

Standard Item List in WAD

We just upgraded to BW 3.5 (Level 11) with Content 3.5.3 (Level 2) and i now wanted to use the new Master Web Item "Web Template". The problem i now have is, that this item is not on the list when starting WAD.
I checked R3-system.
Class CL_RSR_WWW_ITEM_TEMPLATE (active, looks good)
Table RSRRENDERER (entry CL_RSR_WWW_ITEM_TEMPLATE looks good)
Table RSRRENDERERATR (entries for CL_RSR_WWW_ITEM_TEMPLATE look good)
What i tried in WAD is to manually code the html-block with refering to this object:

Has anyone an idea, where this Standard Item list is coming from? What is missing?

Items List won't print out all columns.

When I try to print an Items List it only prints out a few of the columns.

I tried to follow your instructions and got down to where you say, "Right click on template > Document properties" I get nothing about properties when I right click on any of the templates for the sales document. I only have the choice to edit a template, then save it as default.
Next, you said, "Change the layout from portrait to landscape" I am not seeing that option anywhere in the edit of the template window.
Then you said, "Add the fields you like to add and save it as new name" How do you do that? I find no easy way to add the fields I want to add while in the print editor. Am I missing something here?
I appreciate your help, and it sounds very simple the way you state it, but I am not following how you do this. Can you please elaborate?

Recent items list in Finder?

After a file has been deleted I know that it still appears in the recent items list in Finder... But if I were to click on that file nothing happens...not even a message to say something to the extent of the file is missing or deleted. I am new to Mac Computers and I am running Mac OS X Snow Leopard. So I was wondering if this is the norm?

AFAIK, it's the norm. Recent documents only displays ones previously opened, not their current status or whether they still exist.

Missing items on Bridge filter panel

I just took 4 new raw photos and copied them to a folder on my computer. I opened up Bridge and navigated to that folder. I see the 4 image files but the “Filter” panel is missing almost all the items and looks like this:
If I navigate to another folder, then all the filter items are listed. If I copy a few image file pairs (arw and xrp) from a folder where all the filter items are listed to this folder, then all the filter items are listed and the totals include the original 4 image files. The “Filter” panel then looks like this:
The above totals are still not correct. The 4 new images were set to a *** rating. The 8 images I copied into the folder also were set to a *** rating. The “Ratings” item lists those 4 images as incorrectly as unrated but the totals for “Orientation” and “ISO Speed Ratings” are correct.
I then created a new folder and copied the 4 pair of arw/xwp files to it. I then navigated to it in Bridge. For a fraction of a second, all the items in the “Filter” panel appeared but then it immediately changed to just “Keywords” and “Camera Raw”.
What do I need to do to restore all the “Filter” items to this folder and to have the totals be correct?
I am using Bridge CS5 v4.0.5.11 and Windows XP Pro SP3.

In the filter settings you have keywords and star ratings checked?
The images have a *** rating that shows under the images (I added no keywords) but there is no "Ratings" item in the panel to select (unless I add those other images to the folder). In addition, the other items (such as "Orientation" and ISO Speed Ratings") are not in the panel either. That information is part of the image files so it should always appear.
I just opened Bridge again and now there are 4 items in the "Filter" panel (before there was only 2).

All those items should appear in the "Filter" panel but for the folder with these files, they do not (unless other files are mixed in with them).

3. I see phone and see 2 missed call items in separate 2 lines and then I press clear.
4. wife missed call me 10.00AM
5. I see phone and see 1 missed call item.

Have you copied the inf file from another system and copy it to windows system directory?
You need to have that copied or you need manually each and every system using the server name and System ID

Web item : List of documents of an infoprovider

I have problems to display all documents of an infoprovider in a web item "list of documents" of a web template.
I chose as type of data provider : SELECTOR_DATA_PROVIDER and selected an infoprovider but I have the error message :
" The referenced data provider "DP_1" is not a query view
In the Web Application Designer, set parameter DATA_PROVIDER_REF in template TEST_COMMENTAIRE1 for Web item DOCUMENT_LIST_ITEM_1 to a valid data provider of type query view "
And the type "query view" does not respond to my needs because it is too restrictive.
Do you have an idea ?

Hi,
Goto RSA1 --> Metadata repository click Multiprovider , select requried MP and click again .
System would generate a detaild report including report list in next screen.

How to get all menu items list in blackberry curve phone

Hai all
i am new to Blackberry application developer. I done one application in blackberry in default simulaor, I changed my simulator to Blackberry 8900 simulator. The features is more in curve phones like instant messaging. So i need to get the full menu item list from the API. Do i neddd to change the API ?.. I wanted to get the list like .. camera,maps,contacts,messages,weblin,sms,instant messaging etc. Can anyone help me in this case. My intention to get all the menu items in a list.

thank you for your solution.. my aim is list all the menu items in a drop down list. In the default simulator it is fetching all the menu items in the phone through API. But in curve 8900 it is not showing all the menu items, can u give me a suggestion
