Missing language choice?
Since I'm in Hawaii, it just made sense to do a Hawaiian voicetrack for a science education program we're doing....however, I can add english, spanish, italian, and french but there isn't a listing for Hawaiian nor does there seem to be a way to type in an unknown or unlisted language....
"HI" and "HA" are already taken, but if someone knows how I would more that likely use "HW"...considering that it's a spoken language and we have things like Hawaiian Immersion schools, and communities that ONLY speak Hawaiian...well I'd like to think that this makes sense to add in someplace.
If I choose "--" (no choice made) it seems to default to "Gujaraji" as the language listing in the Mac DVD Player...not something that I would like the Hawaiian community to see. To say that the uproar would be defeaning would be an understatement.

Unfortunately, Hawaiian is not one of the official 136 language codes supported by DVD. You can get a list of all of them here: http://www.dvd-replica.com/DVD/vtslanguage.php
So your problem is with the DVD spec, not Encore. Encore is following the spec.
There is nothing preventing you from creating an additional Hawaiian soundtrack for your project -- you will just have to pick one of the other language codes to represent it, and give the user the option to switch it from a "languages" dvd menu or similar.

I just upgraded my Photoshop CC to PS CC 2104 but eventhough my previous PS language is english Creative Cloud installed Turkish PS and there is no language choice other than Turkish in preferences menu. Pls let me know how to change language to English from Turkish.

Thats strange. Could you share a screenshot of the CC desktop app preferences panel?
May i also know the operating system on which you are working?
Try to sign out from CC desktop app and then sign in back and check if you get the option to change the language.
Also, what is your operating system language?

The OEM Vista doesn't have language choice unless you use the Ultimate version, the language of the Vista is stated on the bottom of the laptop on the microsoft sticker.

Trying to activate a new iPad mini. Keep getting message that activation server can't be reached and to try through iTunes. I can't go back beyond the language choice screen to select iTunes. Two days of trying to activate. Help?
Apple's download AND activation servers are being stressed today with all the downloads/activations. It might be best to wait and try later.

You would need to go to an Apple Store (make an appointment) and take the phone, her father's original invoice when the phone was purchased, and a copy of his death certificate. Only with these will Apple unlock it. If you can't get these, the phone is permanently unusable.

SharePoint stp template is missing Language, Version and Feature ID.
I uploaded a new template(.stp file) to List Template gallery.
But it is not showing Language, version and Feature ID.
As a result, I am not able to create a new library using the template.

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to SharePoint stp template missed Language, Version and Feature ID.
Firstly, please check whether you create list template correctly.
Secondly, please make sure you don’t edit the template.
Finnaly, please use PowerShell to enable the 'ParserEnabled' property for the web site.

How to the remember language choice for Guest Users? You cannot save perferences in Guest user, but the default language is not desired.

New Laptop, no language choice
I bought a Thinkpad T61 with windows Vista on it today. On installation I would normally have a language selection (dutch, french, english, german).
I suspect that the device has already been started in the store for whatever reason, only problem is that now, there is no possibility to change the windows interface to dutch. what can I do to get it installed correctly (haven't finished the first time boot yet)?

I just opened my new ipad2-32GB. It is connected to my macbook pro and itunes is opened. But it is stuck on a screen for language choices. How do i get to the correct screen to begin using it?
yes, thanks. I needed to reset using the power button and home button and hold for longer than i thought. After some serious worry (I'm an electronic illiterate!) I do have everything working and synced with my laptop and phone.

Ufoai-data might be missing language files
Wanted to report this as a bug on the bug tracker, but the bug tracker doesn't let me register myself, so here I am.
I have a problem with the new release of UFO: AI (version 2.4). ufoai-data might be missing language files. I don't have (nearly) any text in UFO: AI, no story introduction (besides "introduction_sentence_1"), no Ufopedia entry (it says something like "grenade_launcher_txt") and no mail text (only says "mail_txt"). An ufo: ai dev thinks, that the packager might have forgot to build the language files.
Could someone confirm, that there is a problem and that it is the missing language files? Thanks.Just in case anyone is still having this issue running ufoai, also make sure to check in your in-game settings that language is set to "English" or whatever language you like. My was set to "No Language" by default, and changing the exec line is absolutely neccessary even if you select a language.
In XFCE, I went to /usr/share/applications directory and edit ufoai.desktop as root.
Change the line "Exec=ufo" to "Exec=/usr/bin/ufo +set fs_i18ndir /usr/share/ufoai/base/i18n/"
Then restart from your menu and set your language. You are good to go.
Thought this might be helpful, sometimes ingame settings are easy to overlook. -
HELP !! Installation stops immediatly after language choice - Windows Installer configuration window

I'm trying to solve this probleme for 1 month now.
Problem :
I'm trying to install the 30 days trial Premiere Elements 9 on my system : Win XP SP3 - with Windows Installer 4.5 (enough RAM/Disk space etc...)
Each time, I double click on the " SET UP.EXE", the install stops just after the language choice window, finishing its process by showing a Windows Installer configuration window providing unuseful information like this (it is in French) :

I tried to resolve the problem by checking/modifying windows installer services process in Win XP, running Windows Clean up utilities, Ccleaner etc..
No way, still the same.
For information, Photoshop Elements 9 trial installation worked on my computer..

Hello, I has a problem with the language choice with the n78. if I with a Bluetooth headset gropes presses opens the language choice, the clay/tone comes however not from headset but from the loudspeaker of the telephone. the language instruction the telephone recognizes only if I the telephone into the hand takes. with the n73 and n70 this functioned problem-free completely over headset.
with one headset by cables this does not function likewise, only with bluetooth headset, all the same whether nokia original or other manufacturers

Hello, I have a problem with voice commands of the N78. If I push the button of the Bluetooth-Headset, the voice command is being activated but instead of coming from the headset, the sound comes from the loudspeaker of the phone. The commands can only be recognized if I hold the phone in my hand. With the N73 and N70 everything worked without any problems over the headset. With a wired headset the problem doesn't show up, but in return the problem exists with all Bluetooth headsets, no matter if from Nokia Original or other manufacturers.

Nokia Support and Nokia specialist dealers cannot help since they don't know why it is that way. And unfortunately there is yet no update for the N78. The problem exists only if I'm using voice commands, all other sounds e.g. phone calls work over the bluetooth headset. To reset the phone didn't help either. (*#7780# and *#7370#)
