Missing Magnolia Purchase Points

Hello - I purchased a Sony 4K Ultra HDTV and a Sony 4K media server on December 31, 2013. The Magnolia sales person said the points would appear in a few days, but there is no record of this purchase. Delivery was on January 2, 2014. Total cost on the invoice was $5117.55. Can you help on this matter? Note: I also purchased a refrigerator from Pacific Sales on January 3, 2014 and I have already received the reward coupon.

A purchase made from one of our Magnolia stores will not usually post to a member's My Best Buy™ account in the same manner that a BestBuy.com or Best Buy store purchase will post. It can take up to 20 days for points from a Best Buy purchase to post and generally 30 days for a Magnolia purchase. If the points for your Magnolia purchase do not post by 1/30/2014, please send me a private message and I will see what I can do to help. The points for a qualifying Pacific Sales or Magnolia purchase should post to a member's My Best Buy account 20 to 35 days after delivery has been completed. If your washer & dryer were delivered on 8/22/2014 and promotional financing was not used, then the points should have posted to your account by 10/10/2014. I attempted to look over your My Best Buy account, but was unable to do so using the email address you registered with the forum.

Missing preorder bonus points

I preordered Far Cry 4 before the release date for in-store pickup. Picked it up on release and the bonus preorder purchase points has not shown up yet. Please help. Thank you.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

HT1725 I have been trying to purchase points for a slot machine game using my itunes card. It has subtracted all the $$$$ off the card but I never got the points. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Have restarted the ipad and still nothing.

Non Besy Buy Purchase Points Not Being Attached Properly !!

Here's the terms. ...
My Best Buy MasterCard (((non-Best Buy))) purchases:
Get 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying dining and grocery purchases.
Get 1 point for every $2 spent on all other MasterCard purchases.
Since around fall of 2013, I've had to call a HOUND the phone lines just to get my non-Best Buy purchase points credited. ...
In the latest SAGA, thier response was 832 points for EIGHT months worth on non Best Buy purchases when I literaly ran THOUSANDS through the card in that time span. ... Say WHAT ? They are having me EMAIL pictures of my statements becuase evidenataly they can't download PDF files? In response, I converted PDF to JPG & put a picture of EACH month in a SEPARATE email & sent it back to them, but I've seen another fellow get his issue handled quite qucikly by using this forum. I have to wait weeks, or days just to get a half hearted email response.

After using the email address you registered with the forum to review your My Best Buy™ account, I can see exactly why your non-Best Buy MasterCard points have not been automatically posting. It looks like you had two accounts merged about this time last year and the merge was not processed correctly, which resulted in the link between your MasterCard and My Best Buy™ accounts to be broken. We are going to want to make sure they are properly linked so that future points for non-Best Buy MasterCard purchases post automatically.

What account was it downloaded with ? Whether or not an app is free you can only make in-app purchases using the same account that downloaded it. As it is free you could delete it (which will remove your game settings/progress) and re-download it with your own account

Just so you'll know, there is no Java on that page. There is, however JavaScript. You should know that those two things are different as night and day.

Pacific Home purchase points missing

Hi, I bought a samsung oven from pacific home over 2 months ago and my points still didn't post although I used my BB credit card. At the time of the purchase, I asked the Pacific Home employee 3 times and he assured me they will be added. I tried to report missing points online but the receipt does not have the codes your website is asking for... Could you please help me add the points to my account? Thank you,Richard

If points for your Pacific Sales purchase have not posted to your My Best Buy™ account, then it is likely one of these reasons:
1. It has not been a full 35 days since the appliances purchased were delivered
2. The purchase was applied to a promotional financing offer
3. Your account was not attached to the purchase while at the store
A purchase made at one of our Pacific Sales or Magnolia stores is considered separate from an everyday Best Buy purchase, so they have invoice numbers rather than a Customer Service Pin numbers. That basically means those purchases cannot be reported as "missing" on BestBuy.com. I am going to need some additional information from you before we can move forward, so I will be sending you a private message. You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page.

Missing 2x base points from Purchases made on October 26th 2014

Hello! I recently joined Gamers Club Unlocked this past weekend and was wondering if there was something in particular that I was suppose to do to get the 2X points? In the membeship terms it says I'm suppose to earn 2X the points if I purchase new game software. I purchased Bayonetta 2 and Borderlands: The presequel, however in MyBestBuy it is only showing my points as 1X instead. Hopefully that can be fixed. Thank you!

Getting "transaction already applied to account" message on order missing from Purchase History

On 11/1 I placed an order for In-store pickup and picked up the game on 11/3. For whatever reason the transaction has not shown up as pending under my Purchase history (though other transactions on 11/4 & 11/6 have). After the 5 days it suggests for pending transactions to show up I tried to manually report the missing points, and its telling me "This transaction has already been added to an account."
This is the first time ive ever had this issue and it being a game with the 500 bonus points for pre-ordering, I wanted to make complete sure that this purchase (and the pending points) are going to be tied to my account. Hope you can help me.

If the pre-order you picked up on 11/3/2014 was eligible for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus, then I can understand wanting to make sure that it was attached to your account. A qualifying purchase should generally take 3 to 5 days to emerge as pending and a total of 20 days to officially post to a member's account. Your pre-order does show to have attached to your account, so you should see points post by the end of the day on 11/23/2014.

Fields are missing in Purchasing View

Dear Experts,
We have developed Work flow to create material.The work flow cycle follows like this
User1-Basic Data1&2,User2-Sales Views,User 3-Purchasing View,User4-MRP Views and User5- Finance and Accounting Views...
For this we made an option in Basic Data1 view.There is a field called Lab/Office,we customized this field for our purpose.
1.If we give value as 1, system will trigger user to create a material through work flow.
2.If we give value as 2,system will come out of work flow,and user can create a material as normal.
Now we got an issue like this...when user has created a material through work flow,in Purchasing View some fields are missing...Purchasing Group,Plant-sp.matl status,Tax ind. f. material,Qual.f.FreeGoodsDis,Autom.PO....
While creation of material this Purchasing Group field is appearing at the time of MRP1 and after creation of material,when we go for display material it is showing Purchasing Group,Plant-sp.matl status,Tax ind. f. material,Qual.f.FreeGoodsDis fields.....
Why it is happening like this???Does this Lab/Office Field has got any affect on work flow???

I would like to ask one more thing,with this particular user we tried to create a material through normal procedure with MM01.Then also in Purchasing View Screen,some fields are missing.
Purchasing Group,Plant-sp.matl status,Tax ind. f. material,Qual.f.FreeGoodsDis,Autom.PO.......
We tried to create with other user,then we can see all field Purchasing View....
So is there any settings on user specific for these fields???

Songs missing from purchased music but are in library?

I just got a new Macbook Air and uploaded my itunes music via flash drive. I also exported/imported my playlists. I just noticed that my purchased music playlist is missing the first 22 songs however, they are in my library. Any ideas why this would happen and how to fix it other than manually putting the songs back into that playlist?

The "purchased" playlist is automatically generated only when purchases are made on any particular computer and those purchases are automatically added to it. It is not a Smart Playlist that automatically picks up old purchases if you transfer the library to a new computer. You can easily drag-n-drop anything you want into the playlist, though.

Why is the "All Movies" selection missing from Purchased Movies on Apple TV?

THere is no longer an option to search "all" of my Purchased iTunes movies in the Apple TV menu. It was nice to just scroll through all of the movies alphabetically. Now I can only search by ---- RECENT , SHARED, OR BY GENRES. This can sometimes be frustrating because a movie might not be listed in the Genre it Should be I.e. The Outlaw Josey Wales is not listed in Westerns but in Drama , or Big Hero 6 is in Action & Adventure not Kids & Family etc.
IS there anyway to activate this under some setting , or is it gone for good ? If gone is there a way to petition for the option to be brought back ?

We're just fellow users here and have no information as to why the episode might be missing, if it is. My guess would be some sort of rights hangup with a guest artist, the episode director, or something like that, but that's just a guess. You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking:

Asset cost center assignment missing in purchase req or purchase order

Has anyone else ever encountered this?
When we create a purchase requsition for assets, the cost assignment is determined from the existing asset. Most assets bring over the cost center into the account assignment. A few do not. FMDERIVE shows the cost center populated when tracing. When you exit the derivation trace, the cost center is missing from the purchase requeistion or purchase order line item. Any ideas?
PS: THis happens whether or not the asset has an entered serial number.
Any thoughts of what to check are appreciated.

No, our FMDERIVE defaults Funds Center from Cost Center, which IS occurring, and, as stated above, the cost center appears correctly as expected on the FMDERIVE trace screen..
Added info: In our test system we have reconfigured the ME51N entry screen to allow manual input of the cost center. It is STILL automagically cleared during the save/validation process.
