Missing "My Wish List" link in iTunes 10

All,
I am unable to see the "My Wish List" link on the iTunes home page (running version 10.1.1). From what I read, it should appear underneath the Quick Links.
I can add songs to the wish list, but I have no way to review and/or purchase them.
Can anyone help me with this so I can get the link to reappear? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Scroll all the way down on the itunes page and under the free songs bar there should be a lot of links (Eplore, Features, Help...Exc.) Under Manage the link is there (My Wish List). You can access it from there

To my knowledge, the wish list has never been in the iTunes app. It certainly isn't now. You can comment to Apple here:

Seriousily...no Wish List available on iTunes ios?

This is a glaring omission on Apple's part. Mobile devices are the one place we should have a wish list feature on iTunes as it is more likely the place people are consuming this content. This is a big Apple "opps"

I agree with ron-man...they are pushing the updates. I've got tons of books on iTunes, iPad, iPhone, etc., but none of them can tell me an easy way to resotre my devices. How hard would it be to have a button that says "Restore "device" (being iPhone, iPad, iTouch, etc.) with original apps, etc.? Basically put the apps and what not back on it? I don't have the extra time to go and find EACH and every app I had on it...
On another note, I'm not too sure that I want to stick with Apple products if this is what we have to go through each time it downloads a NEW UPDATE!!! I'm plenty busy without having to take extra time out of my schedule to try and fix all my apps.

I had the same problem because they moved the Wish List. If you click on your name at the top right on iTunes a drop down box will give you the Wish List. Not sure this is your problem but hope it helps....

Hi Jen. My daughter just compleated her nursing program and is now working as a full time nurse. Focus and study hard and soon you will be there too. Now to the problem at hand. I have the same problem. I gave up on it and satisfied myself with my iPod without the upgrade. Reason being I've read so many posts of people having problems after the upgrade. But I'm sure other factors are involved. Nevertheless here is the fix most say works to solve the problem: What ever virus protection you have installed on your computer, disable it. Then try to install the update. After that enable the protection. I had Kaspersky, and it does it's job well. The thinking is, the virus protection is blocking the upgrade. Hope this works. Charlie

ITunes Store Apps (etc) Page Numbers, Wish List For My iTunes Account

Why doesn't the iTunes Store have page numbers under each page of the items (songs, e-books, apps, etc), because with over 200000 apps I will be damned if I am going to go back to the start of each apps category (for example) clicking in increments of 12 apps at a time until I get to app number 7264!!!!!! I WILL JUST STOP USING THE APPS STORE!!!
Some apps have a PRODUCTIVITY button in the left top corner that will take you back to the last apps browsing page you were on, while other apps have a BACK button in the top left corner WHICH TAKES YOU RIGHT BACK TO THE FIRST PAGE OF THE APPS CATEGORY YOU WERE BROWSING, so if you were up to app 734 (for example) you have to click through 64 apps pages JUST TO GET BACK TO THE APP YOU WERE UP TO LAST!!! INFURIATING - BEGGARS BELIEF!?!
WHY CANT I CLICK AN 'ADD TO WISH LIST' BUTTON ON EACH APP PAGE, SO I ALSO DONT HAVE TO BROWSE THROUGH ANOTHER 100 PAGES OF APPS TO FIND THE ONE I LOOKED AT IN MY LAST ISTORE SESSION??????
Hasn't anyone at apple used eBay or amazon???

Update: As of this morning the updates were GONE again, so I'm thinking this may recur on and off until all settles after the launch of new software and iDevices this week.

What happened to the option to buy your entire wish list in the iTunes Store?

There use to be a "purchase your entire wish list" option in the iTunes store. So instead of buying 12 songs one at a time for $0.99 each, you could make one purchase for $11.88. That option appears to have been removed, or hidden. At least I can't find it anymore. If it's hidden, where is it? If it's gone, why??

I should have read further before posting. Sorry. I see reading elsewhere the option was indeed removed. Hope they bring it back. Posted feedback to that end as suggested elsewhere. Thanks.

Wish List, Alerts, Complete Album, etc missing from Quick Links

I don't see the Welcome! message, or the Wish list link and all others under Recommendations in the Store Home Page. I have items in my Wish List and can view them if I use the drop list next to the account name.
I've uninstalled iTunes completely and reinstalled and still don't see those links. I have iTunes running on a different machine with the same account number and they appear fine. That computer is Intel, the one with the missing links is PowerPC. It also has an AppleTV connected.
Any suggestions as to how to get the links to appear?

Thanks, I tried that first. I then did a complete uninstall, removing all prefs and itunes reference files according to the Apple support page on uninstalling iTunes. I then started with a fresh iTunes 9 download copy. Still have the same issues.
I did ask a friend to check on his two computers, a PowerPC G5 and an intel iMac. He sees the same issue. The links appear properly on the intel but not on the G5. A possible issue on the G5???

ITunes Store won't let me access Wish List

I have been trying all morning to purchase some music, but I keep getting a timed out error from the iTunes store. I am not able to access "Add to Wish List" from the drop down menu, nor will it let me access my own "Wish List" from the drop down under my account name. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes completely but nothing has changed.

You are not the only one who is confused. But, yes, Virginia, there is NO way to use the Wishlist that I can find...at least according to Apple. (PLEASE correct me if I am wrong; I have been working on this for about an hour now...)

According to the directions on the KB article "go to the Quicklinks, and in the Quick Links box on the right click the My Wish List link." Not true; the link is NOT there. However, you can navigate to the Wishlist little white dropdown triangle on the far right, next to your email address (it will appear when you hover the mouse over it). Ok, there's the Wishlist; let's manage it, ok? Nope, can't do that, either; the page has no way to manage it-can't add or delete, ONLY purchase. Hmm, well, let's try the rest of the instructions. Ok, go to a song, right click the 'buy' button, and choose Wishlist from the dropdown menu...oops! That doesn't work either! Buying is, again, the only option.
Someone clearly needs to get fired, since this article was updated only 2 days ago. How do you get THE ENTIRE article wrong? Come on, Apple, you can do better than that.

Where are my missing wish list items for music?

For some reason I cannot find my entire wish list. I haven't checked all the applications but my music library is missing many wish list items I had saved to my account. I can remember some of them but I was really looking forward to saving all my interests in my account and now many of them are gone. Is there anyway to get them back?

But I'm digging around inside the package and still puzzled -- images inside the folder Aperture Library.aplibrary -> Masters -> 2009 -> 06 -> 14 -> 20090614-214439/ were indeed shot on June 14, 2009. So it appears that those various level folder names reflect image creation date, not the import date.

these various level folder names reflect what Aperture thinks are the import dates.
The "Import Session" is one of the Aperture specific Metadata tags. You can display it in the Info/Metadata pane of the Inspector Panel, if you add it to one of the presets, and then you'll know, where to search, if you absolutely must to sleep well .
You can also use this tag to search or to define a smart album. For example, the image below has been captured in 2003, but was imported in 2010, and will be found in a 2010 folder.

IPad books not showing in iTunes wish list

Some time ago I added some iPad only books to my iTunes wish list, however they do not show up.
They are still included in the count of items in my wish list and the price to buy all but I can't see them at all.
Does anyone know how to either view them or clear my wish list?

Just want to bump this topic. I've got the same issue: added some books to my Wish List in the iTunes Store via the iTunes app on my MacBook, and they don't show up when I look at the Wish List. I then deleted every item in the Wish List, but the Wish List still lists two items even though the Wish List is empty. There doesn't appear to be any way to delete items in the Wish List if you can't see them. Weird!

Create a new playlist in iTunes for songs you want to buy later, Drag a song you are interested in from the iTunes store to your playlist. If you want to purchase the song later go back to your list and click on the Buy Song button.

Seeing that Christmas is coming up, is there any way to create a wish list on the iTunes store, so that someone could go to the iTunes store, see what I want, and then buy certain songs for me?
