Missing node selection when installing Connector 10.1.3 06

When I installed Connector 9.x.x on my PC, I had a choice of which Oracle calendar node I wanted to select when I first opened up Outlook. For Connector 10.1.3. 06, I never have that option and consequently I receive the error message that my "Oracle Calendar server is unavailable."
Any suggestions?

Can you try reinstalling Oracle BAM again ? (donot uninstall old install) Use the same directory names. My 1st guess -is that user pressed finished after EL installation .... and stopped the installation from completion.
During installation -it shows the log file for install -pl verify this log file also for any problems etc. And let us know.
And to double checck- your dos %PATH% variable should have c:\oraclebam\oracleclientforbam as the 1st parameter

I would not care about those files, because they are unneccessary. mscreate.dir is a 0 byte file which just tells that microsoft has created this directory. The *.gid files are winhelp files that get created when you first use the help function.

[SOLVED] mkdir: missing operand error when installing Arch

I am on my first attempt of installing Arch Linux and when i type the command /arch/setup i get the following error

I am attempting to install from an ISO cd i burned.

I am using the 2010.05-core image. I tried installing on a different machine and it worked. I swapped the harddrive and it worked this time, but i received the following error before the arch boot screen came up.
Buffer I/O error on device sr0, logical block 82944
I must have missed this error the first time by not paying attention, because the process continues after repeating the error a few times.

"Actionlist missing" error message when installing latest Adobe Flash

I got the message I need to update it, but after deleting the old version, CANNOT INSTALL the NEW ONE ! HELP?!!!
Error message is "Actionlist missing!" Ideas, anyone? Already deleted the old one per instructions on this site.

CRC missing file error when installing windows

When trying to instal windows on my Mac Pro desktop I keep getting the same error message. I must have tried it 6 times and always get the same message whether I am trying to my main disk partitioned, or to my secondary disk. It tells me to check my disk and I have, and cleaned it, plus I have ued the same disk to instal windows on my laptop Mac Pro without problems.
The message follows...

If you are installing from a CD there might be a problem with the disk; try cleaning the disk or using another disk.

It should be "Cyclic Redundancy Check" I believe. If I were you I would check the disc for scratches...etc., and even if you can't detect any that are very visible, it would still be a good idea to go out and purchase some stuff designed for fixing scratches/blemishes on CD's so you can use them again. If that doesn't work, I'm at a loss.

Has anyone gotten a missing file error when installing 10.5 on windows 7

I have tried to install iTunes 10.5 on my windows 7 64 bit laptop and keep getting a "missing file error" but it doesn't say what file is missing and I haven't been able to find any info to help resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Ok, if you get this message I've read a bit further and found that you must uninstal everything that has something to do with apple. this includes the device driver. this link may help you with that. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1925 Once I went through the list and deleted everything (device support is a *****). I installed it again and it came up with the same error. I then clicked ok and it rolled back but automatically started installing again and it worked. I know have itunes 10.5. but know my iphone 4 wont connect to it, lol. it says i have to reinstal because the driver didn't take or something. I really want the OS update for my phone but gd this is a bit much.

Held back by the partion selection when installing Windows 8.1 with Update

I just bought a brand new model MBP and also downloaded the newest Windows 8.1 Update which was released yesterday.
Everything goes well until I enter the screen where to select the partition to install Windows.
-- If booted from EFI (the default reboot after bootcamp job), the screen shows "Can't use the current partition, because system volume has not reahced the available requirements." (may not be the exact words as I used a language other than English)
I see the EFI parition is marked System Volume and the Bootcamp partion is makred Main Parition. Is this the cause of the issue? But how can I change the Bootcamp partition to a System Parition?
and If booted from the USB disk created by bootcamp, the error would be "Windows can't be installed to this disk because the disk is in GPT partition format."
I've tried a few times and had no luck. Does anyone know what was going on? Or anyone also has this issue? Thanks a lot for any help!

Have you partitioned the drive with Boot Camp Assistant? If not, start up in OS X, open Boot Camp Assistant and create a partition for Windows (the process is automatic). Missing all audiobooks when installing itunes on new computer

My old laptop broke and I installed iTunes onto my new laptop but none of my audiobooks are there. My music, tv shows, etc. are all there...but no audiobooks.

Restore them from a backup, or put the old computer's internal drive in an enclosure and copy them off, or click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a free redownload of them.

I am getting an error when installing CR XI R2 SP5 (cabinet file m148.cab missing or corrupt). I am downloading it from the Downloads section of the SAP Community Network.
Does anyone know where I can get another copy of this service pack?

If you are using Windows 2000 SP4 then install the "Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4 (KB891861)" should resolve the error message for missing cabinet file when installing SP4 on Windows 2000, as stated in Release Notes of SP4.

Hi Anand i dont know which sap version u are using but i think u should sapgui6.4,because may be it will install properly but there always will be some problem u have to face. so just download the Sap Gui 6.4.

Tree item when-tree-node-selected fires differently from 6i to 10g.

In forms 6i, when you keyboard navigate between tree nodes, the wtns trigger will fire. In 10g it does not. In 10g, it will fire if you press the tab key or mouse click on a node.
Anyone know if this was done on purpose?
I ran into this after finally trying my props.fmb in 10g. It works fine in 6i, but not in 10g

I wrote most of the tree handling code for oracle apps APPTREE. This is the code that most if not all tree's in apps uses to build standard tree. So I have a pretty good understanding of the forms tree item. And know the wtns fired for web forms 6i on every node like 6i client server. This is very strange IMO.

thanks for the reference. Although the bug you identify deals with when-tree-node-activated, it is possible they fixed the when-tree-node-selected issue at the same time. With my test tree, i can currently duplicate both issues. I tried to download the patch, but it is only available for linux and unix. No windows patch. I don't have my linux env up and running to where I can test yet. So I can not confirm.

When installing itunes 10.7 my computer gets all the way to verifying install and then removing applications and stops. I get a message that says "unable to complete - there is a file missing. I tunes has not be completed. See your package dealer

Adobe Flash Player 10, when installed, closes the whole computer when it is used to play any clip from U Tube or other source. I uninstalled it and there was no further trouble but, of course, I cannot view the clip. If I reinstall it the same problem persists. I have contacted my 'computer guru' but his comment is that many of his clients have the same problem but it appears to be a problem with Adobe however many other friends have put in the version 10 Flash Player and have no problems. I do not appear to have any other problems with the computer such as viruses etc and it is scanned very day for such items. On both IE8 and Firefox. Win 7 32 bit on IBM T42 - 1GB ram.
Old laptop I know but the 10.1.x.x Flash Players worked just fine. Problem started with 10.2.152.26 flash player.
Now BBC TV live and iPlayer work just fine, however YouTube does not - audio but no video. Just a black rectangle where the video should be.
Right click to get the menu and "settings" is greyed out. However select the pop-out option and the video plays. Right click on the pop-out and "settings" is available. So deselect "enable hardware acceleration", close the pop-out and refresh the window (F5) and now YouTube videos play. Switch hardware acceleration back on and now they don't.

Trying to instal adobe flash player & firefox says theres missing plugins but when I try to install them it says no suitable plugins found so I can't install AFP

I've been having problems with my internet timing out when I try to access pages & firefox says I may have an old version of adobe flash player which is unstable so I've been trying to install a new version. Try this simple fix... I just got it to work...

This fix doesn't solve the auto-update issue in Firefox, but at least your Flash will hopefully work again in Firefox until a more permanent fix is made available from Mozilla...

For future reference... if you have the trial version installed and plan to buy it after trying it out, there is no need to uninstall it. It can be activted to full use with the serial number from your purchase.
You should still be able to download and install the trial version and use your serial number to activate it.
